Google Screened charges you only when someone contacts you, while pay-per-click charges for every click. For real estate leads, Google Screened often costs less because you're not paying for clicks that go nowhere.
This is, to me, the best thing Google's ever done, and that is Google Screen. Okay? Google Screen is pay per lead. So this stuff down here, it's pay per click. So every time I click, I just cost my agent finder. I don't know how much their clicks are costing, but for that keyword, Realtors, that's an expensive keyword. I probably just charge them $2. Okay, and. And what I don't like about pay per click is it's so spammy. Like my agent finder, I'm savvy enough to know if I click on that, I'm going to end up in their funnel. And I need a local agent, so that's not going to help me. And then you got Cedar Rapid area homes. It's another list. It looks like. No, no, it's a paperclip. So one of your local people is running a paper, so they're competing against Agent Pronto for space here. They're probably spending like three grand a month. At least two grand a month. To me, that's insane, because the number of great leads you get, small.
