When you sit down to practice, have a blank sheet next to you, and then you do your work, right? And every time you remember something that you need to do or something else that you want to practice, or you get curious about researching something or a word, you simply write it down. You gotta be very, very disciplined here, right? Because you are going to want to do the things that are more interesting, like going online and researching things. This is like the brain is like a monkey, right, that wants to go and run around and do the things that it's not supposed to do. Because when you do a few things, you're not fully committed to any of them. You get easily distracted. It's hard for you to find focus. So it's a bad idea, really.
