The secret is not to block the air as you stick the tongue out and as you bring it in three, you end it with a high E. Think of it as if it has two Rs. The second word is 13. The beginning is pretty much the same, a th to an R. Here we have a bit more time thir and then you end it with teen. A t sound, a high e and an n. The n is important. 13 stresses usually on teen. Then we have the word 30. Here the stress is on the first syllable. That's how you distinguish between the two words 13 30.
