Then you wake up and then you get phone calls and emails and everyone wants something from you. And then you get to the end of the day and you're like, wait, I didn't practice my English. Plan it. Put it in your calendar and make it non negotiable. So you tell everyone between 11:30 and 11:50 I'm not available.
