New Sound Ambassadors Answering Questions

Live YouTube session (host Hadar Shemesh) with four New Sound ambassadors (Marina, Katya, Leia, Orshi). Each ambassador tells their personal English-learning story, explains what they run inside the New Sound community (conversation groups, module reviews, audio-assisted reading, impromptu/public-speaking exercises), and answers audience questions about time management, program options (Standard vs VIP/unlimited), how to build consistency with short daily practice, and what fluency feels like. The ambassadors emphasize community support, small consistent steps, repetition, and that significant gains are achievable in ~90 days with the program.

Hello, hello, hello, everyone. Hello. Welcome to our live today. How are you doing? I am so thrilled for this. I'm gonna give it another second or two before ever so that everyone could join. But in the meantime, you can see that I'm not alone. I'm with these lovely, incredible, powerful women who are going to share with you some secrets that they know about what it takes to feel powerful and confident and free in English and what they do to help people achieve just that. So here we already have some students join. Students, people joining in. Vanessa is here, Lissandra Junko. So first of all, our gang is here, right? Like, New Sounders are here. Beyonders are here. I feel good already. So hello, everyone. Hello, hello, hello. Allow me to introduce you to our ambassadors. Our ambassadors inside of New Sound are New Sounders, students who have taken New Sound and now are helping new New Sounders go through the program, succeed in the program, get to the finish line and understand how to optimize their experience. And you know, I just said before we went live, I was like, I love these ladies so much. They have been a huge part of New Sound in our company and our community, and I cannot believe that it's all online. I feel like, you know, they're. They're our best friends, so. So I'm so honored and privileged and proud to introduce you to Marina and Katya, Leah and Orshi. Hi, ladies.
Hello.
Hello. Hello, ladies.
So I'm sure a lot of you already know them, whether it's from beyond or our community or the festival, Renew sound and. But I'm sure that there are a lot of people who don't. So what we're going to do now is we're going to go around and each of them will introduce herself. And ladies, if you can tell us a little bit about you, you know, where you're at, what you doing, and.
Also.
Maybe when you joined New Sound and why you joined to begin with, and then we're going to go deeper into your story. So, Marina, would you like to begin?
Yes, sure. Thank you, Hadar, for this opportunity. So I'm Marina. I am proud Ukrainian. Now I'm living in the United States. And you know, when I came here, I spoke very basic English, but I was sure that it was enough. When I came, I found out, no, it was actually not right. So I started taking different courses. And to be honest, I almost gave up that I would speak English freely. I had so many different obstacles and didn't believe until I met that lady Hadar and all her team. And during her Course. And literally when people ask me how long you've been learning English, I say like, it's just one year because literally, you know, active learning started with new sound. And this program was transformational. It changed my life so much. It's not only in terms of English. So when you join the program, you will hear our stories, like the whole story. But trust me, you see all those ladies are nodding, so it's really changed our lives. So I decided to be an ambassador and help others to walk the same path. Because for me it was amazing. The last six months, a little bit more than six months, I've got so much. I've met so many incredible people. I love this and I cannot miss this round.
And we are so excited to have you there. And I want you to tell me a little bit about. I know I said just a quick introduction, but like I can't. So I'm going to ask each of you specific questions. Marina, why is it important for you to help other people or facilitate people's path inside of English? Why is it important to you?
You know, when I learned by myself, I didn't get those result that I wanted. But when you surrounded with like mind community, it's like one plus one. It's not equal to one plus one, equal 11 or 11,000. You know, it's like everyone helps and everyone helps to, to walk, to be like, to hold you accountable, to answer your questions. That's why, you know, because you helped me and I would like to help others because good things should be spread out as wide as possible. And you know, it's actually the way two ways because it's not only we are helping our students, our students are helping us also. We learning so much from each other. It's absolutely wonderful. You know, we met so many friends, we learned about different cultures, about cultural differences. And when I was a student, I found my voice in English and I overcame this fear of public speaking when I was ambassador for the first time, actually I found my values, my real values, what I want to do, what is important for me. So to help people, to work in an international community is really important for me. So I believe that multicultural teams, it's a future, it's the key to success.
Ah, so beautiful. I like I've, I've actually learned a few new things from you today. Like, you know, this idea really of, of like being a part of this multicultural community which to me it's, it's of course it's obvious. But yeah, like I think it's so important for Us as individuals, to be aware of it and to be a part of the world as it is and not as we are. We assume it is or learn about it growing up. Because we are. We live in a bubble, right? Like we grow up, we look more people who are like us. Yeah. That's amazing. Okay, we're going to come back to you, Marina. And now we're going to move on to Katya. Hello, my love.
Hello.
Hello. Hello, Hadar. Hello everyone.
I know Katya. I've known Katya for a year and a half already. Yeah, yeah, a year and a half. And I. This person, you guys listen like, she is a powerhouse. Like she is unbelievable. I. I don't know, Katya. I consider myself a productive person. I do a lot. I don't know how you manage to do all that you do. And it was funny. Sometimes we send out. That's. I don't know if you ladies know that, but like sometimes we send surveys inside beyond just to see how people are doing and how they're, you know, what they need and what they want. And we, we always get a response and it's a nice response. But then Katya sent a survey to know what people want about practicing. And she got a far better response than what we get. So our community absolutely adores her because she has made so much impact over the past year and a half, both Inside beyond and New Sound. And one of the reasons why she did it is because she kept showing up, especially as a student. I think that that's when the impact started. Like as a student, you made a point of showing up every day on video. And your. Your journey has influenced people simply by look, by watching you. So please introduce yourself and then also tell me why was it important for you to share your journey?
Okay. So my name is Katya and I'm from Russia and I've been always living in Russia. I have never been to any English speaking country. So I don't have any experience of, of being abroad or in trying my English. But four years ago I knew, I've known the news at my work that probably I would need English at some point at my work and it would give me better opportunities and better salary. And that's how my journey started. And even though this opportunity disappeared on the way, on the way, I found out that English actually is my passion. But before New Sound, I had been studying English in a very passive way. But I liked doing that even. I was just listening and reading and writing and doing all those passive things. I was trying to speak to myself and using all those techniques that you can do by your own. But I wanted to speak to someone even though I am an introvert and I don't know that for introverted people, very hard to go out of your comfort zone and start speaking, especially if you need to go online and speak to a total strangers. It's double struggle, I would say. But at some point I started feeling that, okay, you need to do something you can do like you are doing right now because nothing is working. And that's when I decided that probably I need to try an online course. And at that point, I had been following Hadar, I don't know, maybe for two years. And I always wanted to join Accent Makeover at that time, but I don't know, something was always stopping me. But at that point, one year and a half, almost a half ago, I decided, okay, I don't know what I'm doing. I need and help. And I decided to join a new sound course. And I need to tell you that it was the best decision in my life because it completely changed, as Marina said, not only my English, but also my life in general. I would say that I fell in love with English even more. And I found out that now for me, it's not only me who is enjoying speaking English and doing all those things, but I found out that other people who are joining my conversation groups and all those activities that I'm doing, they're also enjoying. And for me, it's such a joy to see that all those things that I'm doing are not only helping other people, but also make them happier and make them fall in love with English too, as I am in love with it. So. So why I decided to be an ambassador, I don't know. I just feel other people because I can feel what they are feeling struggling with their English. I've been in there, I was in their shoes one day feeling that I'm limited, that I can't speak English, that it doesn't matter what I'm doing, nothing is working. And I was in this loop and I didn't know how to get out of there. But when I found out that there is a path and you can do it and you and other coaches and other people who I was in my round of new sound were doing it with me. They showed me this path. Now I feel that I need to show other people that they also can do it, that it's possible and they need most of the time, they need just to believe in themselves because they already have all necessary skills. They have huge knowledge behind their back and the only thing that they need to do right now is just to allow themselves to believe and start showing up and start doing something in an active way and start to trust people. And as Marina said, I found out the power of community. And yeah, so this is the reason I feel those people and I want to help them.
Amazing. And you know, we always, I, I mentioned it I think yesterday but like it's, it's like that path where you feel like you've gotten what you needed and then you are ready to move it forward or to give back. And that's part of our like personal growth. Personal growth inside of English and how we use English to just to self fulfill ourselves. To fulfill ourselves and to self actualize ourselves. Beautiful. Thank you, Katya. And next up we have Leia. So I've known Leia the longest. Leia has been my accent makeover student from. What is it, four years ago. Leia, yes, four, about four years ago.
Could be even more.
And, and, and I have seen her throughout many different stages in her life and her confidence in English from a place of fear and avoidance to a place of impact and influence and love and joy. And Leah, if you join New Sound and by the way, New Sound is open and the team is going to pop in the link. Just so you know, in case you don't know just yet. These are my new sound ambassadors, if you just joined us and they help you get through the program. And, and Leia and New Sound does the module reviews because Leia is in the content. Leia is going to help you make sure that you get through the content. And, and so Leia, would you like to introduce yourself? And then I, I'll, I have one question for you. And then also just so you know, we have some questions from the audience so we'll, I'll start asking you after all right. So.
Hi Leah. Hi. Hi Heather. Hi my beautiful ladies, fellow ambassadors. It is such a joy to be here. I know. I mean it's always inspiring and exciting. This is going to be my fourth round as a student and the third as an ambassador and it's always exciting. You know, I met you Hadar. I would say in the worst period of my life. I was like feeling miserable. I had lost my hope. You know, I moved. I'm from Brazil. Right. But I've been living in the United States for eight plus years and the first two years I have made a lot of progress in my English was a struggle but because of my first job here in the United States. My first job was as a school custodian. I learned a lot, I was making a lot of Progress. But in 2017, everything changed in my life. I separated. It was a very difficult year for me. I went through an abusive relationship with an American citizen and it took me a while to understand what was happening. And that abusive relationship cost me a lot of things. My freedom, my mental health, my self esteem, everything was lost. It was really difficult for me. That year was really hard. In the middle of this chaos, I decided to take care of myself. Finally, because I was married for 20 plus years, I separated. I went through that relationship. I was like tired, exhausted of everything because I have lost my confidence and everything that I all the progress that I've made in English. I knew that I needed to look for professional help. So first I started with doing therapy, therapy sessions with a Brazilian therapist. She helped me a lot. But still I couldn't communicate in English because the damage was was big. I knew that I needed someone that could help me to get my confidence back and to make me overcome that fear of speaking because the English was here, my voice was here, but I couldn't speak out of fear. So that's how in 2018, I met Hadar, this angel in my life. I'm so grateful for you, Hadar, for the team, for the community. I first joined the influency community right through your YouTube channel. So I met you, I watched one of your interviews and I decided she's the one that's gonna help me. So I started following, following you and I joined the influencing community. And after that accent makeover, I took three rounds of accent makeover actually. But I didn't have the consistency to get to stick with the program. I was going through a lot. But finally in 2021, I was in a much better place. And when I joined New Sound, I knew that that was going to be amazing. And right at the beginning with the first videos, I knew that I needed to do something to change my habits and to stick with the program. So that's why I decided to start the module reviews to myself accountable. So I was able to finish the course. Not only finish the course, but I was able to help other students to finish. And that's why I was invited to be an ambassador and that's why I'm here today. So Hadar, thank you so much. I love you. You made such a transformation in my life and I found my voice and I found a purpose in my life that I was looking for for so long. That now I found it.
I love, I love hearing your story each time because it is yours in such a different place, you know, and like it's a story of bravery and it's a story of overcoming obstacles and what's possible on the other side. And I think that, you know, it's not related to English, but it's really, you know, I, I, it's always so inspiring to hear that. And one of the things that you do inside the, the inside of New Sound and each of the ambassadors here, they have their focus, you know, and, and you will come to see that each of them has a different. Like Marina is into motivational speakers, speaking and speeches and she does a lot of in public speaking. So she would really, really help you own your voice in English. And she's a powerful speaker as well. And Katya will teach you to kind of like how to make peace with your videos and learn how to communicate. And Leia does the, the weekly. And Leia, sorry, but Katya also does a lot of public speaking which like, you know, those sessions are very, very powerful for our students. And Leah or she, we're going to get to you in a second. What Leia does is the module review, but she also helps with audio Assisted reading. So do you want to explain a little bit what that is?
Yes, yes. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share. Yes. Actually after. Because New Sound not only teaches you English, the course inspires, inspires you to do things, to create things. You get that power and that confidence and then you want to create and do things by your own. So after the first round of New Sound I decided to do something to give back and to help others. So I started. One of my goals after the course was starting doing the speaking clubs right into host sessions. So I started hosting sessions. After a while I was feeling confident and by the experiences that I was exchanging with the members.
I thought that.
I could bring into the sessions this activity that I came across and that was helping me. So I started hosting the auto assisted readings and then first in the influencing community. And after that I adapted to New Sound. So in New Sound I do the module reviews and weekly and also the audio assisted reading which is an activity that you are going to read following the audio of a fluent speaker or reader. You are going to follow through the highlighted sentences, you are going to repeat many times and read out loud so you can free up your voice and you can read and you know, have that word recognition at the same time. It's really amazing. So I learned everything that I could about this activity. Actually, here in the United States, teachers use this activity to teach kids to read. Right. So I kind of adapted to Zoom meetings and especially for adults English learners. So not only we do the, the practice in the first part of the session, we do a lot of repetition, but also I invite members and students to read to the audience. It is amazing because actually especially for the avoiders anxious speakers. Right? You don't need to prepare anything. You don't need to improvise anything. After some practice in the first part of the session, you are ready to go. And all the time I see people sharing that. Oh, Leia. That was the first time ever that I spoke in front of the audience. I practiced. I felt so confident that I gave me the courage to, to read. So I'm passionate. I'm passionate about this activity and what I love the most is that we. I can adapt. For example, I have different sessions for speaking the influencing community, for example, and for the new sound, I can adapt it to the content in New sound so you can practice twice with the content and in the audio assisted readings session. So such a gift.
And our students love those sessions. And I think like the repetition is part of the idea of building the confidence and building pronunciation confidence. So definitely, definitely very much aligned with, with the, the work that you do inside of New Sound.
The pronunciation method, because it is combined. Your pronunciation method was the one that inspired me to bring this activity into, into New South.
Amazing and amazing, amazing work. All right, so moving on to or she hi. Or she hi.
So nice to be here with you. I couldn't wait to start speaking. You know, it was so difficult. I was ready to say something and oh my God. So thank you for this opportunity, Hadar. And sorry I have interrupted you right before.
You have no, I. I invited you to speak and then I wanted to speak on top of you so you, you win. I just wanted to say the dance. I just want to say that I have an interview up on the podcast and on YouTube with or she and it's one of the most interesting conversations that I had about fluency. And if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend that you watch it because or she is like one of the wisest people I know. So you would want to hear her talk about. Thank you.
And but before I speak about myself, you know, I was just here listening to Marina Kachalea and guys, you have such an amazing English. Oh my God. And I remember from where we started, you know, so I remember how it was at the Beginning when we just practiced with videos and we started to show up in the Facebook group. And I absolutely remember how you were at the beginning and now look at you. So you are just a fluent speaker. So congratulations. Beautiful. It's so nice to listen.
I agree.
What I was thinking that as well. Like, I was like. And it's just getting better and better. Yeah.
And it is not the top of that, you know, so there is always something to add. So it is a never ending story. And I think that's the best part of that, you know?
Yeah.
And so, okay. I think that's the moment I start speaking about myself. That's my favorite topic, you know, So.
I'm not saying anything. So I don't interrupt you again.
So you have just done it.
Thank you.
So my name is Orshi. I'm from Hungary. And honestly, I'm a bit embarrassed because I have no idea from where to start it. So maybe I speak about the journey I went through with before I joined New Sound a year ago. I think because I wanted to teach English. I had a great English, actually, but just inside myself, it couldn't come out. So I struggled a lot when I had to speak because even in my job, it was so important to have the courage to show up, stand up and speak in front of people. Because I'm a tour guide in Budapest and previously I worked just in Italian. In five years, I presented my country and Budapest, you know, the city. I was born to 15,000 Italian tourists. That's a huge number. So I practiced Italian on a daily basis. I was fluent more than that. But when it came to English, it was a different thing. And I tried to create the atmosphere around me to be better in English. But somehow when I had a group in front of me, someone stopped me all the time. And you know how it is when you are in front of 30, 40, 50 people and you start counting the minutes to the end of your speech and you have four hours to speak. And it was so, so difficult. And for years I couldn't go through this. So it was really, really bad. And it happened that before New Sound I was in a teaching program that was a teacher training and I got, let's say, a feedback on my English. And the teacher said that my pronunciation wasn't good because my Italian interfered with English. And I said, but could you please give me examples or could you just tell me what to do because I would like to improve it. And there was no answers, you know, so it was difficult to figure out what the problem was. And I tried to look for some answers to my questions. And that was the moment when I found you, Hadar. I think that was a podcast. And I became addicted to that. Really. And I don't know if you remember that when we spoke, I think here in Budapest, because we met once here. Personally, I'm so proud. Amazing.
One of the best days. Yes.
Yeah. So actually the thing was that I just wanted to have my answers and I just listened to you and I complained that the podcast episodes were just short. I wanted longer. Yeah. Because, you know, I. I went for jogging and the tracking, whatever, and they just stop. And I have to say, stop my walking, look for another one. So please do longer episodes. Okay.
Just today, today we're gonna have a two hour episode, just saying the interview that we had with students. So.
Yes. So yeah, that's how it started. And then when I was just thinking of your words, I understood what I. I was looking for. And I promised myself, if you will open a course ever, I will be the first student to apply for that. And that was that. And I started. So. And I spent all my time with your program every day. I went through everything. I was even active somehow, visibly, but I went through all this. And when we arrived to the mindset module, somehow here inside, something switched on. I mean, there was a thought that went through my mind and it said that or she, you can do it. So who, who has ever told you that you are not great in English? And this, only this small, you know, part started my English journey. And when I got to the end of your course, the day after actually, I decided to start working as a tour guide in English. And I've been doing that for one year. And even today I had about 30 people in front of me. And you should see the reviews they write about my English. And that's amazing that they say that my English is clear, that they can follow the tour, I can deliver the message, and people write it down on tourist platforms. Yeah, they say something. Yeah.
Let me read one review from Natalia, who was on Orchid's tour. It was a great tour. I've taken many of these tours in different places and this was one of the best ones. Or she is a great storyteller and I'm glad I could learn more about the history of Hungary from her. Also, she communicates very well. Sometimes accents can make it a bit harder for someone who's not an English native speaker, which is my case. But that didn't happen this time. I definitely recommend it. Boom.
That's that. That's My power, you know, that's my energy. And I'm so proud and thankful for everything because your program changed my life, really. And I've been living in English now, so I do whatever I can. I do it in English, and I improve myself day by day. And now that I'm trained how to speak in front of English, English audience, I listen to myself, how I speak, and then analyze myself, and I correct my pronunciation day by day. So I'm. I'm playing this game with myself. So had I really. I don't know. New sound and me are one thing. You know, we are so new sound.
And I think a new sound is what it is. And I think for you, it's. It was really like opening up your voice and. And like, you are a real example of, like, how not only it has helped you own your voice and express yourself in a way that. That gets people, you know, to respond and to react and to hear it and to be interested. It's your job. Like, you're a storyteller. You're. You tell the story of the stories of Budapest, and this is where, like, your livelihood is dependent on it. And you were able to do that, so you created more opportunities, and then you build the confidence even more. So I think in the mindset work, especially after what that teacher told you that gave you this feeling like, you can't go out there and do this because there's a problem, you know?
Yeah, yeah. Actually, the keyword is problem. And my problem that time was that he couldn't give me a proper answer. Because if a teacher corrects you, it's totally okay. But if, if, if you just get the feedback and no solutions, you are just there and you say, okay, now that I'm aware of that, what is the next step? So what. What to do now? And that was the problem. Problem. I never use this. You know, I'm Hungarian. That's the most common word in my country.
We can learn a lot about cultures from the language.
I know someone who is a storyteller, you know.
And. Or she. What is your focus? What do you think is most powerful inside the community of new sound?
I think that from my side, the power of the community is attention. If you have the attention of others that appreciate you, especially if there is one focused attention on you and you have a chance to speak with someone personally, one by one, you know, one on one, I think that's really powerful because attention gives you power and makes you show up even more and more and more. And if there is someone interested in you, you just simply open up and you start speaking. And I think that's the power. And in this community, you can do it. So I have here so many friends, so many friends. And you know, we are keeping touch, you know, on a daily basis. And it's such a beautiful community. And then another thing which is I think crucial that it is a safe community. That means that nobody will ever judge you here. Everybody's happy to talk to you, even personally. And you can, you have the opportunity to make friends. And we in a very safe environment when you can just open up. And that's really some. Something that can transform your attitude towards English. So my focus is on speaking. Well, what else? One on one, you know, focused attention.
On each other, mutual attention. And I love what you said because I think it's so true. Ultimately, we speak because we want to get heard. People want to be listened to. People want to be noticed. They want people to see them. And I think that the focus of all of us is to see the students. You know, our entire team is like, we want to see each person. And. And when you feel like you're saying seen and heard, more specifically in our case, then it gives you the permission to be you. Because so often in our lives, people don't pay attention. They skip through their. They mind their own business. They talk to you, but you feel like they're not really talking to you, you know, that, you know, like, and. And when that's the case, we hide and we curl inside. And we don't want to show up. We don't want to be vulnerable. Because the worst thing is to put yourself to out there and see that no one cares and that no one pays even attention and that no one sees you. So even as kids, like, it happens when we're kids and we learn how to kind of like not do that so we don't get hurt. But I think that in order for you to have the confidence to speak and you need to speak to improve your English, then it's not just, hey, let's speak, but also create the right environment. And for some people, joining a group session, you know, conversation group is the best. For others, it's still too far from what they're capable of doing. So I think the opportunity of speaking one on one, which or she in your sessions, like, it's something that you really focus on. This has been something that, like, some people found their space there and that was the only place where they can really, really open up.
And.
And thanks to that, like, we were also Encouraging people to find one on one speaking partners and connect outside of the sessions, which is, you know, you find what you need and however it is comfortable for you to be listened to and to be seen. So thank you for, for pointing.
Can I add to something?
Of course you can.
Thank you.
Because I think if you speak to someone or you still have this struggle inside that you don't want to speak because what could happen if you make a mistake? What if the other person can't listen to you and it just stops you and here you don't have this struggle anymore because you know that we have the same purpose. We are here for the same thing. We are here to help each other. We are here to communicate and share our thoughts about English and even our struggles in English, you know, so. And I think that's something that can help you to show up and even if you use your video camera is something that can just simply help you to, to speak to people directly. Because it is not an easy task to open up a camera and speak directly in that. Especially if it is a life right now, guys. And I think Katya is a. Is a master in live videos. But here you can just practice this and nothing will happen. And what if you make a mistake? Nothing. We go through.
Yeah, that's it.
I love that. Thank you first of all for sharing all of your stories and why you do what you do. And I think we have. So first of all, for those of you watching, if you have any specific questions for the. The women here, then feel free to just ask a question. Just write who this question is directed to. If you also have questions about New Sound that you'd like them to answer, please do. And in the meantime, I'm going to ask a few questions. Marina, I'm going to ask you a question from Suya and she says, I love Hadar. I love watching your videos. I would really like to join New Sound. By the way, it's from a previous Q and A that we had. We didn't get to answer it. However, I live in Ireland and working full time as a full time nurse and I have a family to look after. So I'm just wondering would it be flexible enough for me to join in? So Marina and all everyone else who has maybe something to say and I want to kind of like make it broader for people, maybe women in particular who feel more responsible for, you know, taking care of a lot of things including family and, and work and life. What. And, and men as well, of course. But what would you say to someone who's very afraid of joining because you know, they're afraid that they're not going to have the time, know how to manage it all. And Marina, I know that you, you probably have some wise words to share here.
Oh, I hope I, I will find wise words. But first of all I would like to say please don't be afraid. Please just don't. It's right time. It's a perfect spot, it's perfect place and it will be like a greenhouse for your English with perfect conditions. First of all, the program itself created meticulously and if you had chance to have a look there when it was open for free few days, you probably noticed you can watch videos and lessons in a time that fits you, fits your schedule. It's first of all. So doesn't matter where you live, you make your own schedule for everything. So you watch, you go through the program and you have the community, Facebook community and you have five ambassadors. So just four of us here but we have Alma that is busy in the office but she'll join us. So we live in different time zones so we will get you covered, no worries. I think like every minute in the community somebody is on duty. So or it's Katya or it's me or Leah or she or Hadar's team because we live all over the world. Literally we have 14 hours difference with Katya and we managed to talk actually, you know, so I would say it's not an obstacle. And another thing that will help inside of the course we have special module that will teach you how to make your own schedule and how to stick with it. And this is amazing because Hadar said that I'm into motivational, motivational speeches. I used to teach my team when I worked in the office how to create schedule, how to be productive. And I taught them a magic of small steps. But that time I taught them in the theory because I never, never did it by myself. For me it was, you know, if you're learning something, it should be difficult, it should be long and you should struggle, suffer and struggle.
Katya is smiling.
I see you, Katya.
So to learn English like two hours straight. If you do 15 minutes.
Yeah.
It's not serious.
It has to be hard for you to feel like it's working.
Yeah, you're sweating.
You should sweating.
So when I started learning new sound and came across that module about small consistent steps and I trust you Hagar and I did it and I followed those steps and I saw the results, it I was in awe, like, like wow. It works. Yes, I told people. But now I can. I can share my personal experience.
It works.
And I made an experiment. Actually, it was last December. I was learning he any course and I was trying to find job and it's like everything. And I have family. I have family here, I have family in Ukraine. It's eight hours difference. I have my life, I have my job, I have my friends, everything. So I wanted to come and I used to teach yoga. So I wanted to come back to yoga. And I applied this technique that I learned actually in the English course to another activity that I do in my life. And I started doing yoga here and there and just made notes. I was so surprised that by the end of the month I found out that I've spent 18 hours total doing yoga just here and there. That's why, please don't worry that you don't have time. We will teach you how to do those small steps and stay consistent. And you will be surprised by your achievements by the end of the course. Trust me, we know what we are talking about. About. We've seen so many people who said the same. So it's perfect time and perfect spot and perfect team to do this.
Perfect ambassadors. Marina, this is so good what you just said, like, about. I told you she's into motivational speaking. Just listen to her. I remember watching your first video. My jaw dropped. It was like, like this woman. I love it. Listen, because yeah, we don't pay attention to those 10 minutes, five minutes that we practice and we think it's not enough. I love, I love it that you said, oh, I did here and there and then 18 hours. And then usually if I were to tell you, okay, you got to practice 18 hours a month or X amount of hours a week, you'd be like, no way. How can I do it work? Can I fit it? And you end up like, that's what happens. Because you have a lot of time during the day. You just have to find pockets of time. And that's what we do inside of new sound. This is why we have the daily schedule and short exercises to help you do just that. So I think it's great. And I think that consistency and small steps is really, it's really key. I had one more thing to say, but I forgot. But for now, until I remember, thank you so much for your input. And I, I agree with that 100%. Okay, I have another question for. Who did the pods here? Katya, did you do the pods? No. No one did.
Right?
The coaching pods.
The.
Okay. Because there is a specific question about the coaching pods. So I can, I can help you understand that after. And then the ladies can tell you from like their perspective. I'm having, Okay, I have a different question that someone submitted. I'm having a hard time formulating my thoughts. This affects my speaking time. Can you advise me in order to improve that? Thanks, Katya. Maybe you want to take that? Yeah. Okay, let's go.
Good.
I, I, I have a lot of things to say about that. So first off, live videos or videos in general, it's actually was my problem when I joined New Sound. I couldn't organize my thoughts and I didn't know what, what I can say when I was asked about something. And I remember that advice of getting random questions and answering them. Making a video or making an audio, you don't need to make a video and you can keep those videos and audios for yourself. You don't need to post them. But it seems like a very simple tool and you might not believe that it's working, but it's really working. And it doesn't take, again, it doesn't take a lot of time. It takes just, I don't know, two, three minutes per day. But after three months answering random questions live on Facebook page, I've experienced, I don't know, blowing mind results because finally I could come up with an answer for unexpected question and I could structure my answer in a beautiful way. I could give the introduction the main point, I could come to the conclusion and I could do it freely. And I wasn't afraid of being stuck or I wasn't afraid of not finding great words to say something. I was not afraid of not finding something to say because I developed this ability to think and to speak spontaneously without any kind of preparation is the first thing. And another thing which actually we do in New Sound is the special session which is called impromptu speeches. It's actually the same, but so you receive a question right on the spot, unexpected question, and it might be in any kind of area. And you need to frame your answer in two minutes. This is a task. You should speak not less than one minute and not more than three minutes. And it's again, it's a powerful tool. And we do it in the main room for those people who feel confident to speak in front of audience and answer those questions in front of people. And then we go into breakout rooms where you do the same but with your partner. And there is one person who is tracking the time and you're answering the question and you see the person showing you that you should conclude already. And this is amazing. And I think it's helpful in many ways, especially for those people who are preparing for taking any kind of exams, because there is this speaking part in any kind of exam where you need to answer again, unexpected question and you need to frame this question in a certain time. And it helps you with spontaneity, but also it helps you to feel the time because the task is to answer the question in a full way, but in a certain period of time. And this exercise is super helpful. And also every time when we start these sessions, we share with you some tips and tricks which can help you to answer those questions. What are the techniques? What is the structure and how it different depending on what kind of question you have? Because there are opinion questions, agreeing and disagreeing questions, and there are many types of questions. There are different techniques how to answer them. And I don't know. I think public speaking sessions are also very helpful. Helpful in this case because again, especially during the last round, we had short public speaking sessions just for five minutes. And it's also kind of answering a certain question for a limited period of time. And you need to structure your question or your answer. And yeah, so we have many types of exercises in new sound which are aiming different areas where you might want to improve. So you're gonna be covered in this way. We. We are gonna teach you.
I was speaking and I was. Katya's so good. Like, I. First of all, someone just mentioned you like Katya, you. What is it? Wow, Katya, you speak more fluently than ever before today. We were talking about tension in the voice, and I was like, what tension, my friends? What tension? This is effortlessness at its best. So agreed. Katya, listen, this is the. Like, I think that because of your journey and understanding how. How powerful it is to talk about random things. And I always talk about it like we're so used to a certain vocabulary because we're used to talking about the same things. And this is why we don't grow our active vocabulary. And one of the best ways to do that is to really challenge yourself to talk about things that are not easy for you to talk about random things. And that's when you struggle with finding that word that you know, but you never use. And then it gets easier and easier and easier. And your brain learns to retrieve words a lot easier, like more quickly. And the impromptu speech is brilliance, really, because I think that idea of like being concise, not too short, not too long, is something that most people struggle with either People are. Don't have anything to say or, or they have something to say, but it takes them too long to say it and they don't know how to be concise and make a point in a short time, which sometimes it is necessary, you know, especially in a professional environment. So I think these sessions are extra, are exceptional and very helpful. So.
And they are the close ones to real life. Because it's real life. You might be asked any question in real life and you need to come up with the ideas, you need to come up with the thoughts and words. And actually it's helpful not only in English, it's helpful in your native language too. Because actually I'm struggling with this thing in my native language too. It's not the point of language sometimes, it's the point of how quick you are able to think and come up with ideas.
Yes, exactly. Like a lot of times I get people saying to me, I don't know what, what to say and how to structure it. And then this is not an English thing. Yeah. Yet we blame. Blame English and we feel we don't know how to commit. No, it's like a thought process and organizing your thoughts and giving yourself permission to express your thoughts. So great. So that was Ed and Joy to Kai's question and that was a great answer. So, Leia, the next question is from Daisy and Daisy asks, when did you realize you are fluent? It takes me some seconds to under. Well, I think like it was a question that was submitted earlier on, but I want you to answer it. When did you realize you are fluent? And also it takes me some seconds to understand what the people are saying. Can this change?
Great question, great question. But first I just want to say to everyone watching here and for the future students, guys, you are lucky because New Sound, as you can see, you have everything plus the ambassadors. I'm so happy because I, as I was listening to you ladies, I, I feel that we complete each other, each and every one of us. We have different activities that cover all, you know, any style, any English speaker, you know, style from the, you know, the avoiders or the challengers. So I'm really happy because of that because I see we have different activities. So guys, join New Sound because you have a lot of coaching sessions, activities different, that covers everybody, every, you know, the content in activities. So that I, I had to share that because it's so amazing. I think I realized I was flowing in New sound, the first round of New Sound because I was doing the job before when I joined the influency. Community in 2018. But there's a thing in Katya I don't know who was talking about. I think it was Marina about these small steps. And it's called the compound effect. So I was working since 2018 when I joined the influency community. But it's really gradually. The fluency doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, it takes consistency, and it takes a lot of work. So I was working with the community, and the community helped me a lot. And also accent makeover, even though I was not able to finish the rounds that I. I was taking, but I was learning something new. And something was like everything was sticking in my brain, but I didn't have the consistency. So I think was a new sound. Daisy, right? I think Daisy was. Was asking. So Daisy, I think, was a new sound the first round when I took. Because then I had the consistency from the first week when I joined. I saw that I needed to build new habits and I started doing. Following the daily recommended practice. Because in new sound, you don't have to worry about, you know, oh, I need to. To do this, this and that. You have a schedule. You have the recommended practice if you follow and if you put the effort in when you see you are fluent without even noticing. That was what happened to me. I was able to finish the course, and when I saw I was speaking freely, you know, confident, but I had to put the effort in it. It doesn't. It didn't happen overnight. So fluency happens when you feel free. You have this freedom to speak without. Without caring about what others they're gonna tell or say about your English. You. You don't. Because there was a time that I was afraid of speaking because of my mistakes. I knew what I wanted to say, but I was afraid. A new sound gave me this confidence because I was learning not only how to pronounce the words, the sounds, but I was learning how to stand up for myself every situation in every conversation. So I learned how to have this fluency. If I don't have the words to explain what I want, what I want to say. I learned how to go around and how to bring, you know, that word that will give. That will make sense to what I'm. I want to say. So, yeah, definitely was a new sound. With the activities, conversation groups, and the work that I put in what I was doing. Definitely. I can hear you. You were muted.
Oh, sorry. I said amazing. Amazing. Or should you have something to add?
Yes, absolutely. No. Can you hear me?
Yes.
Yeah. Because, you know, fluency is one of my favorite topics, and I couldn't stand not to add my contribution to this topic. We have that interview, the famous one on your YouTube channel, and we spoke about that for an hour maybe. So I try to cut it short now. But if the question is when fluency happens, I can tell you that that's that specific moment. It's just a moment when you realize that actually you forget that you are speaking a foreign language because it is more important that there is a message to deliver and you have the passion and you know this feeling that you would like to say something to someone and that's more important than your language. And it is really a moment. And I can tell you that it happens during New Sound in a certain point. And I am absolutely convinced that that's a part of this journey. If you do the work day by day, you achieve this moment and you can just touch it. You know, that that was the moment I forgot that that was English I was using. And you know, in one of my sessions, I asked my friends there that, guys, have you experienced that? Do you still struggle with the language? Have you already forgotten that you are speaking English? And we realized that, in fact, we had fun. We had a good time together, and we couldn't wait to stay in pairs and speak and show up and say just hello and whatever in English, because that was the connection between us. So. And it is a part of this journey. And I think if you experience this, you can do anything in English. So I think that's the key here.
First of all, I love how you defined it.
Yeah.
So just let me. I'm going to quickly respond like, you know that touching that moment. Because it's true. It's like we.
It.
Like you go get on it and get off it. And like, we all had that. I know of students who share exactly that. That moment where it's like, I know what it feels like to. To not care. And I'm just gonna add, like, yes. When you don't even notice what language you speak. Right. And the. The inner critic, like, that voice is gone for a second. You know, like, you don't. You don't worry. You don't look at yourself from the outside, thinking about what's happening. You're present. And I think that is a huge part of fluency. Katya, what do you have to say to that? Yeah, it is such a great question.
Yeah, it's. It's an amazing question. And for me, this moment also happened during New Sound, but it was a bit different. I agree with everything that you said, that it's the moment when you don't feel any barriers and anything. But for me, maybe it was mostly about allowing myself to finally believe that actually it happens to me because I think for a long time I was just refusing to notice that I'm already fluent. And I have those moments when I don't feel that I speak another language and I can communicate and I can convey my message and it doesn't matter what kind of language I'm speaking in. But I was just. I was keeping telling myself that it's not fluency. I'm not ready. I need to have 100 of this feeling. But I don't know. For me, it happened in one moment when I finally allowed myself to feel that I'm fluent, to accept that I'm fluent.
And. And a lot of it has to do. And Katya, I totally remember this for you, and it, A lot of it has to do is what you choose to focus on. Because in any given moment in our lives, how we perform, what we do, what the outcome is like, you can focus on what was not working and what. Like all the negative. And you can focus on what is working. And when you focus on what's not working, you'll never feel successful or fluent or anything. And when you focus on what is working, you recognize. Yes, you have that freedom, you have that fluency. You're able to communicate even with mistakes, even if someone asks you to repeat yourself. Yeah, Leah.
Yes, and I agree. And I think that sometimes we spend your entire life trying to get fluency. But what is missing is a method, is a program, is the roadmap, that roadmap to guide you. And it can happen in 90 days. Because when you have consistency, when you have a guidance, a method, it's just a matter of time for you to get that fluency. And I've. I've heard from people that they share. I've spent my entire life trying using the best, best resources out there. And by the way, the Internet has a lot of resources. We have such amazing teachers out there. Resources. But what you need sometimes is a method, is. Is a, a program. And that's why I'm. I'm such a fan of new sound. Because you, you learn. It's not what you learn only, but it's how to learn.
Yeah.
And how to learn. It teaches you not only English, but you can apply for every aspect of, of your life.
Can I?
Amazing. How can I stop you orgy from speaking?
No. No way. Don't.
It goes against My, you know, like the rules, rules that I live by.
Yeah. I have two things to add to this because, yeah, I agree with Leia that the method is, is just great and fantastic. And I trust them. You know, I mean, when I open a lesson in new sound, I don't look for anything else because I know that I get everything and, and, and I love how you speak about certain things and I trust. And sometimes, you know, and that's a very private thing. When you explain, when you explain how to pronounce certain sounds in, in words and I try to pronounce them, I couldn't understand what, I couldn't understand what I was speaking. You know, the words were so foreign for me. But then when I recorded myself and I listened myself back, I said, but Hadar knows how it works. Oh my God. You know, because you give me a technical tool, how to use my muscles, my tongue, this and that, and it gives me not just fluency but the technical support when I, when I speak in English. And that was one thought and just another small thing for the fluency and this moment that happened when you realize that you are you, you are actually fluent and that you have the passion to show up in the, and speak to anybody else. And I think there is also an emotional part in that because this moment doesn't happen just in a neutral environment. There are emotions around you and happens something maybe important or funny or touching or I don't know, some emotions must be involved in that. And that helps you to go through this, this moment and to understand that you are really fluent. So that's it. Beautiful.
Thank you.
And I, and, and I absolutely agree. And I want to say, like, I'm just. You can't see it, but I'm reading some of the comments here and just, I wanted to read one comment so you. Anita says, I'm convinced that this program is for me because I need to be free. And like that is. I, I think whatever, whatever it takes to get me to be free, let's have that pronunciation, understanding, grammar, like, whatever that is. And for every person. I do think that everyone has a similar path and all, every person needs all of the components, but you can also choose what works more for you, whether you want to focus on mindset or pronunciation or both to get those results. And she says I need to, to be me in English as I am in my own language. So I think this is really. Anita, like, first of all, I hope you can join us because this is exactly what it's about. There's hard Work and technical work to get there, for sure. Right. You know, all of you have worked, you know, have done the work. It's not just, oh, let's just sit and think about it and talk about it, and that's it. No, the work is necessary because you got to build the habit and you got to change speaking habits, for sure. Someone was also asking about pronunciation and accent and all of that. Like, yes, if you want to sound clearer, then pronunciation is a big part, and you need. And. And for that, it's repetition. And, you know, like, you have to do it again and again and again and again. It's not going to happen just by simply understanding it. So what. Or she was describing. Yeah, true. Like, you learn how to do it, then you got to repeat it a bunch of times until you build a muscle memory. So there is work there. But the result, and all of these women have gotten those results within 90 days. So you don't have to work for years to see results. And also my assumption, and they will all agree, is that you already know so much. Someone said that already, you know, like, I can't remember who it was, but you already have all this knowledge of English you've learned from for years. Michaela from New Sound. The last round, she was like, I've been learning English for 12 years, and that's the first time I'm speaking, realizing that I actually know how to speak English. In three months, I'm speaking. And it's not because I've learned English in three months. It's because in three months I was able to express that and to speak. Speak and to give myself permission to. To use the language and learn the tools to use that. Leia.
Yes, Anita, when you feel like yourself, because we have. Sometimes we have this feeling of I need to speak like a native speaker in or in order to be fluent. But when, as you go through the course, you realize that the most important thing is to speak like yourself, is to own your voice, and that is freedom. I used to hate my voice. I didn't like. And now I love my voice. I love the way I speak, and I speak slower than, let's say the average. But I don't care, because this is the confidence that I got from the course. So speaking like ourselves is the best, and it's freedom. And, you know, it's amazing.
Amazing. I was. Yes. Like, trying to. Katya, go ahead.
Yeah. I also wanted to say to Anita, what expects you after gaining or achieving this freedom? Because it's a whole new world and you are Gonna be addicted. Because you, after achieving your freedom, you start enjoying every time when you're speaking English and it starts being like your obsession. It's the thing that you are receiving a lot of joy doing. And this is. That's actually why I host so many conversation groups everywhere. Because for me, it's the way when I feel enjoy. When I'm enjoying every. I is the thing that I've been working towards for a long time. And I wanted to have this fluency and this freedom. And after all those years of not having this, when I finally have. This is the most amazing feeling that I have. And every time when I speak English, I feel this. And that's why I want to speak more and more and more. And I know that a lot of people, when they reach this freedom and fluency, they want to speak more and more. And they are searching new opportunities for them to speak. They're searching for native speakers, they are searching for platforms, they're searching for new jobs where they could speak English. They are searching for public speaking opportunities. Because now it's not only about being able to speak, but enjoying while you're speaking.
Yeah, yeah. You know, the other day when we had Delphi speaking as part of the student panel, she was like, a day where I don't speak English is like a day I. I can't. Like, it's something that I have to do is people who are. Who do yoga every day or meditate, and all of a sudden you take that away from them and they're like, I know this is. This has to happen every day. Exactly. When you find joy and it's not a burden anymore, you know, it's like it's just another way to express yourself. And I think that when you feel like yourself in English, it's. It even goes beyond that because then you can use English to express parts in you that are inhibited in your first language. Because sometimes, not only that, you feel like yourself, it actually gives you more freedom to be yourself. If you really understand how the language works and you understand that in your own language, you might have inhibitions and fear of judgment and all of those things. And you give yourself permission to be a bit more and give your person now, like, more room for your personality in a language that is like you weren't born into. And then you're like, now that's freedom.
Yes. Very quick, I have an example from the last round of New Sound. Our dear Claudiana. I remember at the beginning of the course.
Sorry, just a second. Claudiana has birthday today.
Happy birthday Claudiana.
Happy birthday. Happy birthday Claudiana. Amazing.
So what a better way to. To wish her a happy birthday birthday than to celebrate her by telling. Sharing that story.
Yes, yes. Because the other day I think was few days ago in if I'm not mistaken, I think was the Fluency Festival by the way was amazing. I was watching her video and I remember the first time I saw her a new sound the last round she was speaking like this, like you know, very quiet and she was trying to explain something and at the end she was like, you know, you can feel the body language and how she speaks freely and confident. She was so confident in that video. I was like yes, yes. So this is the result of 90 days because she already knew English but she needed that boost of confidence and if you, if you can compare her first video and her last video like now in the, in the Fluency Festival is amazing. I was. Claudiana, happy birthday. We are so proud of you because you, you nailed that video was amazing. And the transformation that you can see, she's an amazing example of, of what is possible in 90 days. So Claudiana, congratulations, we love you and thank you for that video. It was, I think it was a 10 minutes video.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I know which video you're talking about. Honestly, like I think that putting those two, I just like I, I know I should do it but like just to show people the difference between the before and after. Right. Because there is nothing more powerful. Katya, you did it like in the last round, showed your first video and people were like I was shocked because I didn't remember the progress because they know like you know, I'm so used to your current voice and I think this is a powerful tool to just remind us even if we just keep our own like trace our, our progress. All right, so we have just a few more minutes. I have two more questions, one specifically for Mark and the other one I'm going to ask or she to talk a little bit about the different plans. I know that you like I'm going to add some stuff around like the technicalities of the different plans. But I'm going to start with that and then Marina, you're going to get your question. Fatoumata is asking. I'm hesitating between three programs. Standard VIP and limited of new sound. Can you tell us which programs you did? So I'm going to direct this to Orshi but all of them, just so you know, all of them did the standard plan. So all of this magnificent joy is with a standard Plan. You don't need a VIP experience to see results in the program. And I'm so proud of it. And this is our mission and our vision. Yet we know that some people need like they don't have time to go through all the sessions, they don't have time to review their videos and do that. And they need the very, very precise, specific feedback once a week from someone they know or people who don't, who know that they lose track really quickly and they need someone to grab them by the hand and show them what to do every, you know, every week. Tell them, did you do that? Because I'm, I'm a little bit like that. I need to be held accountable. That's when the VIP or unlimited plan might be a good fit because then you'll meet with your own coach once a week. One of our new sound coaches, you meet once a week and you get that or she. Do you have anything else that you'd like to share about that? Do you want to ask me some questions? Maybe I'll help with clarity around that.
Basically I was just thinking that the basic program is powerful enough to have a great success, you know, at the.
End.
Because we have the coaches and there is hadar somewhere, you know, having coaching sessions. And it is brilliant when we have a chance to have a hot seat with you and we can, we can work on our personal pronunciation. I wanted to use again the word problem. Pronunciation Challenges. Challenges. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, yeah. So that's also a very nice opportunity. And I think each of us had this opportunity to speak with you and train ourselves in a hot seat. So even if someone doesn't want to have a VIP access, it doesn't really matter because the program is working even in the basic way, you know, the VIP is just something more, something much more, let's say focused and personal and. And maybe some people need that kind of assistance, but you know, it is absolutely not a must.
Yeah, I agree and that's what I wanted to say. Like we do have that offer for people who do need that very, very tailor made experience. Experience for whatever reason that is. But the standard plan is what most of our students take and it is because people sometimes are afraid of not getting feedback. Right. In the standard plan or she.
And you.
Like that's what you're saying that you do get.
But actually you get feedback. And even in the program, when I just think of the single lessons, your explanation is so clear that.
Video lessons.
Video lessons, yes. In the program it is so specific that actually if you pay Attention, it is just a question of repetition. You need to invest in that and you understand it by yourself. You know, you improve without anybody holding your hand personally, you know, because actually your hand is here. We are holding your hand all together and it really works. It really works. So, yeah, and I think we are the best examples. And not just we here, the other newsstanders that went through this program in the last one year and a half.
Yeah, I want to say. Yes, Marina, just a sec. I'm just going to put this link right here. No, that's not it. This one. Always do that. Hadarashemage.com and what I want you to do is not just read about the program. I do want you, but I want you to go to the top right part of the page and click on success stories and read the stories of over 100 students who tell a very similar story to what you've heard. A story of freedom, a story of discovery, a story of letting go of fears, a story story of different feelings. So I, I want my students to speak for themselves in the program, to speak for itself and for you to see that before you make a decision. And just for all of you watching, if you're thinking about it, if you're wondering, if you're debating if it, if it's for you, I'm inviting you to try it. First of all, you have a 14 day money back guarantee, so you can really give it a try and then decide if it's right for you or not. And also today as a reminder, we have an early bird bird bonus that expires today, which is an email writing guide and it's a fantastic tool to help you craft your emails no matter what you're trying to say. A lot of different scenarios, like different ways of saying different phrases that you just copy paste and then just tweak some things according to our instructions and it's going to simplify. And that bonus expires today. So if you are thinking about it, you're not sure. Listen to the stories that these women are telling you and our students from a few days ago and look at the success stories. And even if you make a decision, if it's not the right decision, you can always back out of it. But it's important that you make a decision and not let us make a decision for you by, you know, us closing doors on Friday and then we won't open them again until probably February, maybe March. So the thing is that this is an opportunity to make a difference still in 2022. I can't believe it's almost the end of the year. Marina, what did you want to add?
Yes, actually I wanted to add that you have all the tools and all your questions will be answered. You can ask question in the community, you can ask question directly Hadar and her hot seats. But we have amazing student success team behind the scene that check on you every time. Jelena, she's amazing. And it was my personal experience, you know, when you buy the course and, and it's wonderful and you are fully involved in that and all of a sudden like two weeks after the beginning, you got an email from Jelena asking like, how you doing actually, and I used to have like, you know, it's like standard letter that computer sends and. And I answered and I got my personal feedback answer, like answered my questions and even my personal feedback like, hey, Marina, so and so.
Wow.
It's not the computer, it's a real person.
You literally watched what I asked.
So don't worry. I mean, even without VIP access, you will get your personal VIP access.
Yes. This course is a vip. Is vip.
Yeah.
So Marina, if you're here, I already. I have a question for you and we're going to wrap up with that. Hi, Marina, how much do you. How much time do you need to devote to classes in order to speak like you?
Actually, I just install my English into my re everyday routine. So I cannot say that I do like certain amount of time. I just here and there. So I do some sprints in the morning and I listen podcasts when I'm driving. I do something else and of course take part in conversational groups. This is the best and you should. You will spend as much time as you have. You cannot stretch out. There was 24 hours and trust me, you won't put your life on on the pause. You just will find time when it will will help you to find that time in between your daily activities and make small shift and it's good. So just do it every day a.
Little bit, but every day it's so great. And I think that that is the point, like understanding that it needs to fit you and your life and your schedule because if you work too hard for it, then you know you won't stay consistent and it would be really hard. Right? Right.
Absolutely. I mean, English is a tool, beautiful, powerful. But this is a tool to express yourself. So it's not the final destination, it's a tool. So fit it into your life.
It's a tool and a way to get other things. Definitely not the final destination. Which is what? What a great way to end this conversation with ladies Marina, Katya, Leia and or she. First of all, I dearly love all of you, like from the bottom, bottom, bottom part of my heart. And some of you all get to hug soon. And the rest, I'll have to travel somewhere far to visit Katya. But you're a big part of of our community and my life and the team's life. We all love you and appreciate you so much and we're inspired by your work. Thank you so much. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for all the all that you do for our students. And thank you for being with us today just to share your story and how and show others what's waiting for them on the other side if they decide to join us, which I hope they do if they can. So everyone watching, thank you so much for joining us on this conversation and if you have any follow up questions, we will be in the chat. You can send us an email@supportadarshamesh.com the link to check out more about new sound is@hadarshamesh.com join check out the customer success stories and student success stories stories. And for now, take care. Tomorrow if you're in the Fluency Festival Tomorrow at 9:00am EST, the time we started this session, we're gonna have a prosody training a little bit about intonation, rhythm and stress. So I'm excited for that. Thank you and thank you ladies so much.
