Hadar Shemesh argues that most people don't notice or care about your mistakes. You waste mental energy guessing how others judge you, when they're barely paying attention. Stop overthinking and focus on your own life instead.

I'm gonna tell you one more thing. No one cares about your mistakes unless it's a teacher or a very petty person who is the grammar police who is judging everyone else because they are suffering from over-perfectionism. I'm putting them aside. Honestly, no one cares. No one notices. People like don't even fully pay attention to what you're saying because they're thinking about themselves. You are putting so much effort into thinking how other people think or about what they're thinking that it's again compromising your own experience, and we are here to change that. Thank you.
