A short, informal YouTube conversation (hosted by Hallie Bulkin) thanking providers who practice team-based healthcare and highlighting the value of early identification and intervention for children’s development. Speakers discuss how addressing issues early improves function and form in children, mention a related book that frames these ideas, and close with a light personal anecdote about knowing each other since second grade.

I just wanted to take a moment of appreciation, thank all the providers that are treating as a team, because it's really, it's a great thing. It's beautiful. It's really helping so many people that maybe it didn't help before.
And I think the more that this happens, the earlier we find these kids, the earlier they get the help that they need so they can thrive.
Yes.
And, you know, it's like, there's already stuff going on. We don't need to wait for it to snowball to the point of it being like. So the kid is so off kilter that, like, we're in like, total, totally just, you.
Know, survival mode.
Right.
Is like, like, you know, it's one thing if you need to do some things to restore, you know, but like, if I feel like if you see these kids in their formative years, they're like, they're. They're able to function so much better. Like, it's all about function and obviously form. But form in influences function and function influences form. Like, all those things are intertwined. And I mean, I just feel like that's part of what this book brings into light, is like, okay, what is the function right now? What is the form? Thank you. I appreciate. I love working with you and your team. I know.
It's so funny. It's like, who would have known when we were in second grade together that.
