Hallie Bulkin (presenter) offers practical advice about planning holiday treats and daily routines to support children’s sleep and airway health. She stresses balance and moderation—allowing occasional treats (e.g., at parties or Halloween) while preparing families for likely effects like sugar crashes—and emphasizes parental modeling of healthy habits because regular behaviors directly affect children’s sleep, breathing, and daytime functioning.
