If you hear snoring, loud breathing, gasping for air, mouth open, you know, you see mouth open sleep, you see restless sleep, we have to consider sleep disorder breathing. And this is true for adults and children, okay? This might include snoring, UARS, which is what I was diagnosed with because I had sleep studies and I did not get diagnosed with sleep apnea. But let me say this clearly again, snoring is not normal. It never has been, it never will be. Unfortunately, it's been normalized in culture, but physiologically, it usually means airway resistance.
