I'm going to give you a framework I use. I call it the FAST screen, okay? The Functional Airway Screening Tool. F is for functional presentation and face, ultimately. A is for airway, okay, the anatomy. S is for sleep history. And then T, we look at like tone and tension. And I kind of have like shifted this a little bit because I had those letters standing for slightly different things on my initial FAST screener. Like S was for sleep but also for speech, which we can still keep it there. T is for tone or tension or even like tethered oral tissues. But anyways, and tongue, right? All these T's. But the bottom line is it's FAST, okay? So it's a functional airway screening tool.
