This is a short YouTube coaching monologue (creator: Hannah Keeley) in which the speaker coaches Cinderella to process grief, reprogram limiting beliefs, reclaim her legal inheritance, and pursue joy rather than remaining 'indebted' to suffering. The excerpt uses direct, motivational reframes (e.g., 'I am the heir of this estate') and encourages active assertion against an oppressive stepfamily.

If I could coach Cinderella for one minute. When you lose someone you love, sometimes you feel an indebtedness to stay broken. If you started to experience joy and you started to prosper, then it's almost like you're doing a disservice to that person who has gone on. What happened for Cinderella is that she lost her father and now it changed her identity. She felt that since she lost her father, she should also be suffering. What if she could understand that the best wishes of her father would be for her to live a full, abundant life? She could reprogram how she believes about herself. The only reason she was in the cinders, that her identity was there before her body was there. He could reprogram herself to say, wait a minute. I am the heir of this estate. It is legally mine. He wants me to experience joy in my life. And now, as a service to my father, I won't stay broken. I'll now build myself back up. She would get her butt out of those cinders. Let her stepmother and her stepsisters know. Sorry, babe, this place is mine.
