This is a short excerpt from a T. Harv Eker YouTube video in which he revises a prior belief about how people get rich. He introduces a "success formula" (visualized as a triangle) that requires three things: the right vehicle (the right business or investment at the right time), the right knowledge, and a third personal element the speaker had not recognized about himself.

Because I thought it was one thing. I thought it was. If you have the right vehicle, the right business at the right time, you got in at the right right business at the right time, and wouldn't doubt that happens with investments, too, then you're going to get rich. Because other people are getting rich. You know, they're getting rich in opening coffee shops or yogurt stores or fitness stores or whatever it is which I end up doing and. Or they're in this business or that business or whatever's hot at the time and they're doing well and they. And they get in on it and they make a lot of money, right? No, Some do, but most don't, right? Because they don't have the rest of it. So there's a formula, and the formula looks like a little triangle, and it says you need to have the right vehicle at the right time, you need to have the right knowledge, and you need to have the right u. Well, I didn't know that. I especially didn't know this one. I didn't know that I was in any part of this formula.
