When the defining moment comes, either you define the moment or the moment defines you. Either you define the moment. You decided that you're gonna not concern yourself with the naysayers, that you're not going to concern yourself with what has.
Happened or what hasn't happened.
But you're going to make the commitment to do what you've got to do so that you can have a lifestyle that you've never experienced before. Or the moment defines you, and you decide to play it safe in 20 years from now. You say to yourself, what if I would have taken a ch on myself? What if I would have stayed in the game? What if I would have kept making the phone calls? What if? What if? And what if? But let me tell you something. Something amazing begins to happen when you make the decision to move forward on your goals and your dreams. If you are an underdog, you gotta believe against all odds. You gotta learn to close your ears to everybody. You gotta learn to close your ears to everything. You gotta learn to block out the distractions, and you gotta learn to get focused. All be very intentional, very deliberate, very strategic. You are very deliberate about what time you wake up. You're very deliberate about what time you go to bed. You're very deliberate about what you eat, what you don't eat. You're very deliberate about the people you bring in your life. You are very, very focused, intentional and deliberate. Winners win and losers lose. And if you create a culture of losing, if you keep being a victim, if you keep letting losing happen to you, if you keep letting people do you and treat you any kind of way, it's going to become culture. And so here's what I say to you. There are gonna be times that you're gonna be wondering, why should I keep showing up and working my business? Why should I keep at it? Why should I keep showing up to the conventions? Why should I keep picking up the phones and making the phone calls? Why should I keep fighting for my goals and fighting for my dreams? And what I want to remind you is that you gotta show up for your life regardless of the circumstances. You gotta show up in spite of the naysayers. You gotta show up in spite of the conversation going on in you gotta show up for your life. Because if you don't, nobody else will.
When you hit something in life, you find a way. You find a way over, around or through it. You have to stop at nothing. You have to become unstoppable. I want you to fight for this dream like your life depends on it, because it does if you want to make it happen, it's up to you. You have to put your life on the line and willing to do whatever it takes. It. There we go. Hey. Ah, man. I was saying some good stuff right there. I'm like, you guys couldn't read my lips. So what I said was I had to do it. I had to put that out there, the motivation stuff. Anyways, today I want to. Dang. I gotta get that checklist going on. So I want to answer some questions, if you have any about tribe. I want to work on some businesses. I want to make sure that we're continuing to clarify the niche today. I just kind of spread out about an hour to kind of just hang out with you guys over, deliver, answer some questions. I'd love to. If anyone's got any questions specific about build you'd tribe, I definitely want to make sure I get to those. And if anyone's got any questions about their business, like their niche or what they're working on or want some feedback about something, I'm here for that as well. So I'm going to give us about an hour. If you're on Facebook and you're tuning in, there is a link for you to join me live for the first time. We haven't obviously been giving that out since we had a VIP kind of upgrade, but if you wanted to experience what that's like to be on Zoom and have an opportunity to have an opportunity to get some coaching, just click that link above me right now and you can come join. But what I do want to say is it's weird not having like an actual day. So even though we are here for day number six, it's not the challenge day. It feels weird. So I want to keep the momentum going. Obviously. I want to keep showing up for you guys and I appreciate any and all of you who are here right now participating. So let's see if anyone's got any questions first about tribe and then as I'm going through this, we'll go from there. But one question I did get from someone. Specifically was I did see someone like, how are we building your network? And I just want to answer that really quickly. So there's a lot of different ways we build networks and there's just three main categories that we work in and we're going to show you tactically on all three of them. So, like, how do I make sure that it's relevant for me? Well, this is how you get visitors, traffic, any way you want. There's always three ways that you can do it. One way that we do it is through organic traffic, which means that it's either your time, your energy or your assistant's time and energy. And you're going out and you're meeting people, you're starting conversations, you're joining groups, you're getting things done to find your target audience. There's the organic way. I know a lot of people who are about doing about two hours about of organic with the way that we'll show you how to do it. And I know some people making anywhere from 30 to $50,000 a month with their coaching program just doing organic traffic, no paid traffic. So you don't necessarily need to pay for traffic to be successful or scale. Right. The thing that you need is a process, a system, a way that you can duplicate your efforts with the time and energy of someone else so that they can alleviate you, so that you can again, delegate and elevate your role. So don't harp on the strategy of what you're doing. Organic doesn't mean bad. Actually. Organic brings you the most qualified people for your business, so making the sales process even easier. So it does take some more time. But based off of one of the bonuses that we're giving you in tribe, we're making the time for you. We're going to show you how to create at least an extra 10 hours a week in your calendar just by simply proactively planning using my time management system. So I wanted to answer that. That was organic. There's also paid. This is where you can obviously pay for traffic and there's ways to do very low cost advertising to just basically amplify your message and get more people into it. And then there is referral where we're talking about pockets of your tribe with other people and how to tap into those. So we're going to be talking about those three sections and going deeper into that. We're also going to be talking about where does your tribe live? Is it an asset class of your email? Is it going to be your Facebook group? Is it going to be a LinkedIn? Is it going to be an email list? Is it going to be a database in some way? Is it going to be just a network of people that you know, a tribe can be in a lot of different things. There's different assets for different purposes. So we'll talk about that. We'll talk about what works for you and your business and how you're going to have the most effectiveness. Right. So I want to make sure we're talking about that. And then referrals like, how do you find the influencers, how do you partner with the influencers? How do you find a network of people to promote you? How do you approach them, how do you talk to them, how do you get them to agree to something to make sure that you can access their tribe? How do you get some media, right? How do you get on podcasts, how do you get some interviews going, right? So someone named Christy, she joined the vip. You guys have all seen her, she joined the vip. I think two days in, she joined Bill, my tribe. But she actually came from a summit that I was on. So I never met her before. We never promoted, but I did this interview summit. She liked my story, she came over, tried the challenge. She loved the challenge. She joined vip, loved the VIP join tribe. See how that all works together. So we're going to show you how to do all of this kind of stuff tactically. And that's just build your network, right? And then obviously there's going to be leading your tribe. Like I think one of the biggest challenges is like, what do I have the tribe, what do I even say to them, how do I keep them engaged? Sue is in my high level coaching and she had this challenge on our momentum call the other day. And so I went and showed her some posts that I was doing and some things that doing some basic principles behind it. She went away and did it right away because she was like, my group isn't interacting with me. All I'm doing is posting but no one's saying anything. I was like, try these few things. She went and tried it. 20 comments right away, people thanking her, like, all this different stuff right away. And it's like instant results once you know and have like a little system to it. So that's obviously leading your tribe, like not just leading your tribe to build authority on the outside, but leading on the inside, like how to do it as well. And then the final one is obviously moving to sales. Like, we want to make sure that we are not only providing free information, that we're not only giving it our all and over, delivering and building our authority, but we have to make offers, right? Make offers, meaning like invite them to sales. Like invite them to move one step farther, invite them to go deeper. If this resonates with you, great, let's go talk a little bit more. You still have the problem, I have the solution. Right? We're complementing each other and it's really that simple. But there's a lot of tactics that go with it and you Go at a high level tactics and low level of like just some cool little hacks that we've learned over, you know, the time that we've done this, we've had. We now have over a million people on our social Networks. We have 250,000 people on our email list that are active, meaning that they open within 60 days. Open and click within 60 days. We've generated millions of leads. Last week alone we generated 11,000 leads in one week. That's one week. So we do know what we're doing obviously. And we have a mix of the referral, we have the mix of paid and we have the mix of organic. So we work all three of them and we're going to decide what works best for you. And likely it's going to be a combination in the simplest and easiest way possible. You guys know how I like to teach. You guys know how I like to be straightforward. I'm gonna make it very easy for you. So again, that is some questions on that. I saw that. It looked like J.C. had his hand up here. J.C. did you have your hand up? Yeah. Why? Don't you hear me? Yeah, man. What's going on, dude?
Okay, so my, when I started this program, I had a product line or a small product that I thought was this, it's this squirrel table kit. And it opened up this whole dream of mine to create this industrial arts program that's an online interactive for people who don't have kids that need to learn how to do things. You know, pick up a screwdriver, pick up a tape measure, build something and create a program like that. So my, so the shift in my, in my picture has gotten big.
Right.
That's my big picture.
Okay, but.
And I decided I need to focus on delivery because I already have. It's a small client, you know, I have like five or six orders but I want to over deliver and I need, you know, I'm saying I need to make sure that what I, what I deliver is worth the value. So so should I be focusing? I know you talked about focus small, you know what I'm saying?
So think big, but your actions should. Yeah, small and doable. Right. So, so are you. So keep going.
So you know, I set my goals of my 90 day goals of 50 sales. Create, you know, a media immediate buzz.
Yeah.
And, and enhance my marketing plan.
Okay.
And so my marketing plan is kind of taking this whole new. And the more I talk to people and the more I, you know, watch you guys and listen to what the tribe's doing. I'm like, okay, so what it's kind of become or what, you know, the big picture is I need to market to the boy scouts, the girl Scouts, homeschooling groups. City colleges have kids programs, City rec departments have kids programs. That's like a bigger picture. But I also want to, you know, I know that, you know, the sales you talked about. Dollars, dollars per, you know, either a thousand sales at a hundred bucks or, you know, 100 sales at a thousand bucks. So how do I, how do I balance that? Which, I mean.
Yeah, right. Yeah. So the, so it's a good lesson and it's, it's based off of the make sales part. Okay, so let me. So everyone could see this. Let me take my time to just get on here really fast. I wasn't expecting really to, but I think it will be valuable if I use the iPad.
Love your charts.
Okay, cool. Yeah. 3, 4, 8, 7, 4, 8. So basically when you're thinking about this, you want to think about, yeah, obviously what I did, it is as an illustration of, hey, you don't need to sell $37 stuff. That shouldn't be your backbone of your business. Your business doesn't need to be $37 products. Right. We need to think about also your goal of your objective and what's going to be the easiest way for you to get to that objective while still being able to deliver your promise. Okay, so there's multiple ways you can do this. Right? Let me see if I can figure out the day on here. I think it was day two. Okay, so when we think about the chart here, I want you to think about this part right here. Build a journey. Okay, so there's something called front end, back end. Okay? And this is taught in Million dollar Business secrets. So I'm going to give you guys a little peek into what's Million Dollar Business Secrets is all about. So it's front end, back end, meaning that lots of times what ends up happening is. You have like a prospect up here, right? And you've never really done business with them. They don't really know who you are. But you've shown your authority, you've shown your time. You're starting to let them know that you're starting to be the right person. The first step that people take sometimes is the biggest step. Sometimes people have that one night stand, right? It happens. It does happen. But most of the time people go on a first date. Most of the people, when you're thinking about romantic, they have a first date, they have a nice time, they have first date. Sometimes it's better to lead with the first date material, Right? So you wouldn't be talking about marriage on your first date with someone. Right. You wouldn't be talking about, you know, having kids necessarily, unless you really want to go down that hole. But you wouldn't really want to go to that with your first date. So lots of times your front end is like your first date, which basically just means. Which basically just means lower time or commitment. Okay? So basically, when someone gives you their time, they're showing you that they are starting to be committed to what you're doing, right? So even when things are free, but they're giving you your time. Like when someone shows up to a webinar with us and they've spent an hour with us, that's giving us some time. That's like first date material. When the challenge. We've got five days, they've committed for five days. That's commitment right there. So we can think of the first date material as a front end. So the front end can be free. It could be under $50 or under $100. Right? So we think of the front end, once they get to know us, like us, trust us, they really start to progress with us. And they're like, hey, I want to do more with this. That's when you introduce something called the back end. Okay. Whoa. Okay. So the back end. And that's just like where your higher price stuff, your more premium stuff is. That's where you, like, where I would say, like, you know, now you're like a serious boyfriend or girlfriend. Like, you're an exclusive relationship now. Like, they are committed to you, you're committed to them. It's more of like a back end. Like, you are now taking them really deeper into getting results in whatever way you want. If you're teaching them certain stuff, maybe it's more handholding, maybe it's more delivery. Maybe your front end, where you're teaching your kids how to do the woodworking or artwork is do it yourself type stuff. And you give them the directions, but your back end is, hey, I'm going to actually do this with you for an hour a week so that we can actually build this together. Do you see the difference there, John? You're. Sorry, you're muted. Hold on, I'm going to unmute you. Oh, there you go. Do you see the difference? Oh, yeah.
That's totally. I mean, that totally clarifies it because, you know, like, my front end would be this table. The back end is this program of we're going to build all these projects together and you're going to learn these skills. Does that sound right?
Yeah. Basically, front end is like, get a little taste of what it's like. Back end is like, let's go deeper together. Right. Uh oh. Who froze? Okay.
Something happened. You froze up.
Oh, there we go.
That's my connection.
Am I good? Yeah, you're back. Oh, I don't know if it's here. I don't know if it's my Internet or. I mean, I'm not.
Hey, I'm not leaning back on the string. You know, I'm not pulling the string hard enough, apparently.
I'm gonna give you an example here. So five day challenge was our front end and tribe was our back end, right? Yep. And now for anyone who goes through tribe and they're like, oh, my God, I want to go through everything with Jesse. Like, I want to, like, get married. I'm not that deep.
But.
Then you have another back end. Can you have more backends? And that's going to be my limitless coaching, which is going to be awesome. Yeah. Which is like, you know, one the highest level coaching that I offer. Right. So, like, now you can see that I have a little bit of a customer journey and a funnel that people are going to go through now for people who go through now, I'm not offering limitless coaching to people before they go through the challenge. And some people who've gone through the challenge have asked to skip this part. Right. And they want to go to this part. And that's fine because that's gonna happen. But I'm not offering that, like, up front. They are just ready to do it. Right. And that's gonna be the same with you. Some people are gonna want to escalate much quicker. They're gonna want to go faster. Because some people's personalities are just like that. They just want to, you know, they're ready to make changes now. They want the highest level now. They're a premium person now. So you want to make sure that you know what you're doing and you're talking to people. And I think the best mindset that you can have when it really comes down to it is think of yourself. You know, I'm not too happy with the way that they approach things at the moment, but, like, just think of yourself as a doctor. Okay. When someone comes to you and they're asking, hey, this is what I want to do, and you're having a conversation with them, you're thinking about prescribing them something to help with their problems. I think that's the easiest way to put it is like you need to be the doctor and prescribe the solution. Right? Oh, these are the symptoms you're having. Here are what I believe are the best solutions for you. Right. So if you're finding someone and a kid and they're like, you know, the table is nice but like I want to do more, great, that's awesome. I do have more. And that's the next level. Right. So you think about it like that. So your first level could be, you know, 197 or. Sorry, 97 bucks or free. Even like a free class or free. Do this or do whatever. It could be free, it could be under a hundred bucks, whatever you want. And it doesn't. You don't have to start with a front end though. But like based off your question, that's what I'm saying of what you could do. So you can start with a free or under $100 and then your back end could be up to $1,000 and then your next backend could be up to, I don't know, $10,000. If you really want. Whatever you want doesn't really matter. It's just an ascension model down. Okay. Does that make sense, John? Yeah. Yeah. Okay, cool. All right, man. So that makes sense. And then. So one of the things that is important though is that you don't necessarily need to have someone spend money to you before they go to your back end. So like a webinar, for example, like a web class or this five day challenge, I could have easily offered a higher end coaching from this five day challenge. I could have because people were very committed with their time and their energy and they were ready to make the jump to move deeper. That's fine. But one of the things that we decided not to do is because we were looking at the market that we were having and we said a lot of people aren't ready for that right now. That's my specialty of a more established business that we can really pull some levers quickly and make some good income fast. But a lot of people are just getting started in the business and they are still getting stuff going and they need the tribe. We pulled the trigger of, hey, we don't need the high end. We have the tribe stuff. That's why we decided to go that way. And it's really up to you what you're feeling, where it goes. There's no rules, right? The, the rule is you gotta, you gotta get the know like and trust, you gotta build the authority and then you gotta prescribe them what you believe is the best solution. That's the rule. Right? So you I what the best thing is have the ammo available for yourself, right? So if you have the front end, great. If you have a back end, great. But when people are first getting started, lots of things that I asked them to do when I first asked them is I say create the back end first. Why? Because you need less people and you learn a lot more. And what ends up happening is you learn a lot more but you get a couple people and you inject some good cash into your business. So if you have a thousand dollar product and you get five people into that, that's $5,000 for you, right? So that's pretty good. And if you're only charging $100, that means that you have to get 50 people into that to do 5,000. That's a lot more leads you need. So it may be an easier sale. Maybe, maybe not. It might not. It depends on what you're building your tribe with. Your authority. How are you demonstrating your confidence and your authority to helping the solution? Also, how bad do these people want it? Right. If people are ready to move now, then they want it. If they are not ready to commit, they don't really want it. Maybe they're not your client right now. So that's really important too. So you don't have to start with a front end. When I'm starting with people, normally my coaching is I want you to create your back end first because then it's easier to create the front end on front of that. And then now you can start to use paid media strategies because that's when it really works. When you have both of them, it actually works both ways. So there's no rules. It's just what ends up working with the system that you create. Cool, cool, cool, man. All right, who else has got a question? Yeah, Tanya says you don't always get the right people in with a low price on Facebook. And you're right, you don't get the. Don't always get the right people in for the right. But the best way to continue, like most people are not going to go and just spend $5,000 with you right away. Right. They have to like you have. There's a sales cycle there. So it's normally, normally again preface because there's no right or wrong way. Normally a little bit easier to sell something under $100 if you could demonstrate it and then move them down because it's like dating. Right. You don't want to go in for the whole thing right away. Does it happen? Yeah, it happens. Is it easier to focus on less people than more people? Yeah, it is easier. You need less leads. And if you have a good sales process, you can make it happen. But you need to be able to deliver a promise and a transformation for people to be able to pay that much. So, you know, like what you're saying, building something like that is like, big is awesome. Like, that would be really effective for them, not just. And I would think of it more of them building for their. For their habits and their commitment and their consistency than actually the result of the building. Right. That's a secondary thing to me. So I would like. When you're marketing to the parents and stuff, it's like, this is how they build success habits. This is how they start to show up. This is how they get good with figuring things out. And that's how you can pull some strings with your parents. I just gave you some gold nuggets there. All right, man. Who else has got a question on here? We got some people. Anyone want to raise your hand? No one? Hello? Yeah, I got the question. Casper, what's up, man? Can you hear me? I have a question. For example, I have build a network. I have builded authority, but all my network, which is big, they're not interested in my products. So it means I'm not in the right niche and how to get into the niche which is interested in my product. Yeah, building again, new network. Yeah. So basically what you want to. So, yeah, so this is common. One of the things you got going for you, though, dude, is you got people that are engaged and that's going to help your new network. See that? Oh, well, this guy kind of has some people that follow him. So the social proof of having that network there is going to be good. Now you are going to need to build a new network, and that's fine because it's not that hard to build a network once you know what to do. And I've seen you continue to go after it and put the actions in. So I'm not worried about that. But yeah, the numbers of having an engaged people that aren't interested, it doesn't really matter for you. It may feel good for your ego and might feel good for like. Yeah, I like the 100 likes. That's fine. That's freaking awesome. Not many people get that. But we do want the most, the people who are actually going to obviously be our prospects or our partners. So your network needs to be a mix of your partners, like your referral partners and your prospects. So if you're a coach, there's nothing wrong with having a network of coaches because that can help you with tapping into other audiences and then prospects. You want to make sure you have your specialties. So we're going to have to build you a new network. But I really like that you already have a network that's engaged. So that's going to help get that social proof of, like, I'm not the first, like, I'm not the first doing this. So we'll harness that and leverage that and then it will help you build even faster just because you have that social proof behind it. Because when someone sees like, you know, I know it's very shallow, but when someone sees like five likes on something, they're like, does anyone really follow this person? Does anyone really like them? Right. But if someone sees like 100 likes and 3 shares and a bunch of comments, they're like, huh, this person must know what they're talking about or these people kind of wouldn't be engaged with him. So you can leverage what you have. But we are going to have to make sure that we're building the right network. So that's a really good principle right there is. Make sure you build the right network. That's the most important thing. And that's really going to help you. Obviously, you know, move them to sales and have the conversions and conversations and stuff like that. Yeah, because probably I started to go to startup companies before they saw this lockdown.
And those people are different.
They are looking for engagement, for improving. And that's what I understand, that it's totally new network. And today I called my old database and they're just like, oh, no, we are not interested. And you understand that you can solve the problem for them. So then it means you just keep your authority. But building a new network. Yeah, exactly. You know, we just, we just got to pivot a little bit and, you know, that's totally fine, like, because, you know, you'll grow over it. We all evolve, right? We all change and our networks change. So what, you know, I came from real estate and now I'm in personal development. So it's okay to shift as you're going and people will follow you and people will leave you. That's just the normal ebb and flow of the biz and it's the normal peak and valleys. Right. So I wouldn't be too worried about it. Like, you've done well of like, Building something already. Now we're just going to build it again. And once you know what to do systematically and have, like, a system and a process for what you need to do, then it becomes, you know, easier to multiply and leverage. So one of the things that we did with Harv is we built his network right online. Now what we're doing with me is we're building my network. So we're starting. The whole game plan with my network has started in early May and is starting again in June. We're going to the social profile. So I'm in the process of rebuilding my network and going to show you all the tricks and techniques that we're using so that you guys can model what we're doing for me. Right? So my network already started pretty, pretty nicely. We have almost 10,000 people already in Millionaire Mindset. We have. What else we have? You know, I haven't even started my Instagram, So I'm at 16, like 16, 1800 people following on me on Instagram. So my goal in the next. My goal in the next three months is 30,000 people on Instagram. So, you know, we're gonna show you how we're doing that, how we schedule that, how we. I just got this from our team member, Diana. She's running my Instagram. She gave me a breakdown of, like, how much authority building are we doing, how much building are we doing, how much community are we doing, how much? And she's got a Monday through Saturday layout of everything that we're doing right now. I have a team to help me with that, so it's a little bit different, but we're still going to show you how to make it easy for you guys to do it, and we're going to simplify it the best way, so I wouldn't worry about it at all. I think the most important thing for you, which you are doing, is you're just taking action. You're just going for it, and you're seeing good results. It's like that momentum that we're building. So, yeah, it's unfortunate that you have to let go of a network, but the letting go is going to open you up and be more motivated into building again.
Thanks, professor, for answer.
Yeah, man, of course. I'm so excited that you're in it, dude. I'm pumped. John, you too, man. I saw you. I saw you in there. Gonna crush it. All right, who else? Marco. Marco.
Hi.
Hi, everyone. I'm Marco. She's Koa. She's my wife. And we have design and Communication agency from business to business. And we have. Our question is, you suggest to us to be a specialist and we agree. However, our impression is that clients are looking for comprehensive agencies that includes a wide branch of solution from that same single provider provided. How can we attract our niche with our specialty if they are looking for such agencies?
Yes, it seems that we fall short on the solution for them. That's the impression. We have seven years on the market and that's a common answer that, okay, you just only do editorial tools like presentations, but you don't solve the social media for me, you don't do web design. So we prefer to go to another person that give us all of that.
Okay, so a couple of things that you can do. One is, so have the people that you are approaching, have they ever signed up with an agency that does it all?
Yes.
And have they ever noticed that there's problems with agencies that say they do it all?
I guess so. But they express that they prefer to work with only one to one person and don't have different providers so they can be more efficient in time and in money.
Okay, all right, so here's. So here's another way of thinking about it then for you guys. So if you want to open up your specialties and do more as an agency style, then the way that you niche down is the type of person that you specifically help. So for example, we're a web agency that only helps dentists. We're only dentists. That's the only people we work with. So you only approach dentists. We're a web agency that only works with real estate agents. Right, so that's the way that you specialize if people are giving you a hard time. Because I understand, like for us when we do paid media, right, like paid advertising. And everyone's a Facebook advertising specialist. Right? Everyone's Facebook, but there's also YouTube and Google and there's also all this stuff. And one of the things that I've been fed up with is, well, I want someone who does it all because I'm tired of splitting our budget and it's hard to allocate. And then now I have to work with different people. So it's like not that good. So what we did is we found this awesome company and they are doing Facebook, but they also do Google. And so basically. But they specialize in thought leaders. Okay, so they specialize in working with people like myself and Harv. That's their specialty, but they do more networks. Do you see how that makes sense? So your specialty is picking the demographic or the person that you're working with or the expert you're working with. It's not working with everyone, but you're doing more things for them. So you can do social media, you can do web, you can do your presentations, but you only specialize in one person because now you can do. So the reason you want to do that is because you can now systemize the results you get and then duplicate it in an easier fashion. So if you know what real estates are doing, then great, now you're going to know what the real estates are doing. You're going to be able to be like, for this real estate agent, I was able to do this. For this real estate agent, I was able to do this. Do you want to do it if you're a real estate agent? So that's what I'm saying. It's the best opportunity for you at that market. So with your services, you know, I get it. Like, business owners don't want to work with a bunch of different people. I totally understand that. So if people are giving you that objection, then you might want to think about expanding your services to what you are capable of doing. Make sure you're not specializing in something that you can't do. Like, don't overdo it. But you can start to niche down based off of the person you're helping. Does that help you guys? Oh, yeah. Good. Okay, cool. All right, let's go with Christy and then Lisa could go after.
Hey, Jesse.
Hi.
So here's my question. If you're talking about niching down and in the vip, we niched me down like all the way. But here's my question. If you're just launching your business and you need cash flow quickly, should I not niche as deep at this point and then maybe further niche down in six months?
Or no, no, you should niche down more. The most you niche down, the more premium you could charge. Right? So again, like, we want to stay strong with our niche, More people are gonna be attracted to you because you can connect with them. So the way that it works is that you have to niche down to it, connect with the right people. If you're saying if I said to you you wanna make more money, you'd be like, well, what do you do? Right? How are you gonna make more money for me? And so the way that you wanna think about this is you have to continue to. You have to continue to be the go to person and speak directly to your market. So making money is great. But what if I can show you how to get your first $1,000 paying client, would that be more interested to you? Well, if I want to get a client for $1,000, I would definitely sign up with that. More than make more money. It's way more specialty to me. So for you, you definitely want to stay strong with your niche. Like I help women going through a career transition move and find their dream job. Like that is specific, it's specialty, and it's your premium. And that's where you're going to make the most cash right away. So you know, you can start with, I'm going to hold your hand from start to finish and that's going to cost you 1,000 to $2,000. And that's how you're going to inject cash for yourself. And that's probably what we'll probably start with you doing is something like that. And then, then, then once you do that, you say, okay, well part of that was we wanted to make the dream resume. So what we do is, you know, we take that part of it and we make that your front end. So now you get people in on the dream rev resume and then we move them to your coaching program of actually landing that dream job.
Because it just seems like, I mean, yes, you can charge more for sure, but if you have 100 people and if you're super specific, maybe only one of those hundred is going to buy.
Whereas if you have a thousand people.
That you're trying to reach, maybe five people are going to buy. And if you're wanting to infuse with cash quick, I mean, I guess I.
Just, it is, it's very counterintuitive. But what I'm telling you from experience is your marketing becomes less effective. So you'll, when you have a thousand people, you'll still convert. You'll probably convert less speaking to everyone than when you have 100 people speaking to the right people.
Wow. Okay.
Okay. So I know it's counterintuitive, I know it's weird, but like I know people with close knit groups, tribes with only a couple thousand people. So let me give you an example. I'll use us as an example. Okay, so there is, there was an affiliate launch. It was Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. Okay. We participated in that. And we have a list of 250,000 people. Okay, so we have a list of 250,000 people. We, one of the people we were competing against was this guy. There was a couple of them, but a couple of them were really small influencers in their space. One was an Instagram person One was this girl named One had a really strong podcast. His name was JD John Lee Dumas. And another one was this company screwed a 9 to 5. They only have 10,000 people on their list. They crushed us. How is that possible? Yeah, right. How is that possible? Well, it's because they are speaking to the right people. The way that they did it was they positioned themselves as the right people to help them in that opportunity. So when they put themselves in front of them, they knew what they were doing. They have a strong following. They have a really strong influence on their tribe. So for us, we have a very general market. Okay. And I'm only using this as my own experience because this has been a challenge for us. We have people coming from. They are still employees wanting to become a business owner. They're a new business owner, and then they've been in business for a while, and they want to, you know, they want to figure out how to make their business better. All three of them are going through different stages in life. So when we talk to these people, it's not talking directly to one person. It's hard to connect with someone. So I would rather have 50,000 people that are fully connected to exactly what we're doing. Like, let's just say I would rather have 50,000 people who are interested in tribe than 250,000 people who are interested in building business or something like that. I don't know. Just like, you know, because it's specific, I'm solving their specific problem, and the conversion is going to be much stronger. So the more specific you are, the conversion's better. The number doesn't mean anything. It's what you convert it at. So, you know, let's try the niche for you and show you how strong it will be. And I guarantee you your niche is not that strong. Small. So we'll show you how to make your niche nice and large.
Okay, thank you.
Yeah. All right. So, Lisa, Hi.
Hi, Jesse. Hi, everybody. First time here. I have a really. I have a really good problem to solve that day that I did my vulnerable share and then did my offer at 10:30pm Yeah, I have someone who's interested and she's. And she's. Serious. She reached out to me and she's like, how much is it? I want to do this. This is exactly what I've been looking for. I love it.
I love it.
Yeah.
Isn't that crazy? So she's in another.
I'm like, oh, shit.
I didn't even set a price. I just did the Offer.
Yeah.
So she's in another country and I guess my question is how do I price this thing? You know, I mean I have sat with it and I felt with it. I communicated back with her and because of the time zone. But I see she, she messaged me again today. So it's a serious, you know.
So I don't necessarily know what you are charging. Do you want to tell me? I mean what you're doing?
Yeah, it's, it's a two and a half day. It was the two and a half day writing, write a book, write a book weekend and I have a one week before it's a game plan consult up to 30 minutes and then I offered a post weekend developmental edit which can be kind of a big job. I was like, I don't know if I should offer that but I was practicing.
Yeah, yeah. No, you can always go back too. Okay.
The other thing is, the other part of the question is I had also offered. Right. Facebook, you know, tribe and live, which I don't have a tribe with it yet. But all the better for her, I mean if she gets one on one with me.
So. Yeah. Yeah. So I think the biggest way to look at things, you know, there's a lot of different ways for pricing. Sometimes you go off gut, like what do I feel comfortable with? Like how much is my time if I'm using my time? Like how much is my time worth? So sometimes you can just do a simple math where it says how much money do I make in a year? And then break it down by hour. So how much per hour do I make? And if I'm using my time, then that's kind of like how many hours am I going to put into this to do that? That's one way of doing it, especially if it's one on one. So you're looking for your actual hourly rate. That's a way of doing that to come up with a price. Another way is looking at the market so like what other people are charging. So that's another great way of looking at it is I don't like to under price things because then you're working on price alone versus value. So I would look at the market like what people are charging and are you going to be more of a premium service than what they're doing or like so like the market tells you kind of like where you're looking at. And then another thing is like who you working with. Right. So like if these people are just starting out and they have no money, then it might be Hard to charge them a couple thousand bucks then, you know, someone who maybe is more affluent, maybe is ready to write their book based on their business experience, whatever it is. Like that is a different demographic. So depending on the starting point and where they are in their journey can help with the pricing. So again, is this your premium service? Like is this your back end? And if it is, then you know, you might think about, okay, well backends usually are 1000 plus dollars. I like to look at it like that. And if this is your first time, you're like, hey, it's a thousand plus dollars. And I'm just wanting to get some experience so that I can do this and let's do it together. I'll do it for 500 bucks just to try it. That sounds really cheap though for what you're doing. So like I really probably wouldn't do that. And I don't like getting in habits of doing that. Like even with pilot programs for my coaching program, I didn't charge anything less. It was just the benefit is what you got was more time with me, right? So I gave you more work. I gave you more my time. I gave you more. You're doing stuff live with me versus recorded. So it's like I think, you know, one of the most powerful things is to stand in your power and to just do what you would normally feel comfortable doing. So if you want to charge 2,000 bucks, then stand your power. 2,000 bucks or four payments of 250 bucks or something like that. Or like sorry, eight payments of 250. So again, it just really depends on what you feel like. But again, look at the market. That's the biggest thing. Market is going to help at least give you a starting point to what you're doing. So if you're writing, it's writing a book. My buddy runs this company called self publishing.com Chandler Bolt. I know that they charge. Let's see, just emailed me. They charge. What was his name? Pedro. So they charge, I believe. Two quick questions. They charge for doing their package deal. $4,000 is the typical price point for becoming a bet their best seller program. So I don't know necessarily know what's in the bestseller program, but it's $4,000. That's what they're theirs is. So if you wanted to look up, I think self publish, self publishing.
Yeah, that probably includes like that, that probably includes layout and publishing.
Yeah.
Which is totally, you know, it's a different thing from the writing.
I'm just using an example, but yeah, exactly so, you know, that's. I again, like, I would do a little bit of research and do that. You can also. Yeah, that's what I would do. That's kind of like, it's. I know it's a very abstract and not probably the answer that you're really looking for, but I don't want to tell you a price because I'm just not knowledgeable in the industry. So, like, I can. When I look at pricing for us, we start with what other people are offering, where the market really is, what people would pay for it, and then also, what's the ROI someone's gonna get? So, you know, what do they get as far as the cost that they put in? What are they getting in return? Right. And like, that conversation we had on one of the days where I showed the chart, it's like, okay, if I can show you that we're going to get you $10,000, what would be, like, the ROI that you would expect on it? Like that? Like. Right. We talked about what's a good ROI for a business owner. Everyone's like, 10, 20%. That would be awesome. So if it's. If I can know that you can get $10,000 just being theoretical and 20%, then you'd be okay with spending about 2,000 bucks. Right. So, you know, that's. That they're telling you that.
I think the biggest thing for me with this is it's the pricing, but it's also the mind, because it's the first time I'm doing it, you know, so I'm like, I have that. Like, I want to do a really good job, which is a good thing. That's where that perfectionism comes from. But it's. It's just like, can I do it? Can I do this?
Well, yeah. Yeah. I think the main thing for you is just the biggest thing is standing in your power and being okay with a no. Okay. Because, you know, you don't want to do your stuff for free ever. Like, your time is valuable, and if you're going to put work and energy into something, you need to get paid for what you're doing. Right. You know, this challenge is a method we use to. With very purposeful and intention behind it. Right. There's a lot of intention behind it. One big intention for us is building authority. For me, right. Since I am now stepping more. Stepping in front of becoming more of the personality, the face, and leveraging harv a lot more since I have the availability to go more on camera and I'm ready to Create more content in a deeper level. For people who want to learn how to stuff. Building authority is important. So this is the quickest and fastest way we know how with our audience to do that and showcase what I can do. Right. So there's intention behind it, and there's a process that we knew we were going to move people in so that we would, you know, make it up on the back end. So I just don't want you to put yourself in a situation where you feel like, I shouldn't have done that. Right. So feel good about it. If you have a price and you're like, this feels good. Like, I would totally do this, then do that, and if. And go with that. Because you're kind of creative, obviously, and you have a gut. And so you say to yourself, like, you know, go to your eucalyptus tree and ask, yeah, does 1997 feel good to me? Yeah, feels really good. Does 1000 feel good to me? Yeah, it feels good. And 500 feel good to me? No, it really feels like I'm underpaid there. So, again, you can use that. But again, start with the market, and then start to use your gut feeling based off of the market. What I'm saying is don't undercut your value.
Absolutely. Okay, awesome. Thank you.
Okay. And you know what? The best thing here is that you've proved that there's a market for this. So who cares if you. Yeah. Who cares if you really get the yes or no at the moment? Now it's about practicing and starting to hone in the process of, like, okay, so, you know, one of the ways that you should talk to her about is, like, you know, what do you want? How are we going to do this? And start to build the desire with her even more so that when the price comes, she's like, you know, let's do it. Right, Right. So your goal is build that desire.
Okay, awesome. Thanks, Jessica.
That they take the action. Right. Okay, cool. I see two hands raised. Tracy, what's going on? Unmute. Izzy, want to unmute? Hey.
How are you?
Good. How are you?
Good.
I just wanted to make a statement because. Validating this process that we're going through because I came in. I know of you because of Harv. I've been. I've taken a lot of his classes and everything, and watching you all of a sudden start to send the emails, and all of a sudden your name was on things, and I was like, what's going on? You know, where's Harv? You know, and then having you be so upfront in the beginning that, yeah, you know, you were worried about the credibility and having to step in and take over. It made me feel like, oh, my gosh, I'm not alone in that feeling.
And.
And then you just hit it on the nose again. Because I've taken a lot of the Harvs classes, but I just don't have the tribe, you know, and so I guess I just wanted to say it. It's making so much sense, all the things that you've been saying. And it's been fun to watch the process, actually, and go through it as a consumer, to all of a sudden be sitting here with you and feeling like you have credibility with me, and you have built that. And so I'm like, okay, so I just gotta do that. I just have to. Because it's like, I have the program, you know, I built it a long time ago, but I don't have. So I have this amazing thing.
Yeah.
But I don't know how to do the tribe, you know, So I just wanted to say that. That it's been really amazing experience just from when you started handling things back in May. And I'm like, who is this person to where I am with you today?
I appreciate that. Yeah, yeah. It's been a really interesting process and to see the feedback from most people, 99% of them are cool with it. Right. All the emails used to come with me, from me. Anyways, we're starting to change the from name a little bit and, you know, some people get upset with it and that's fine. But, like, you know, we're just being. We just need to be authentically going in the direction we know we need to go. Right. And like, we'll never teach something that we're not really doing.
So, you know, so I just really value that. Just that I've followed it, I've learned it from both sides now and then being able to see the inside. And also the lesson for me, just to be authentic, that I don't have to put up a front, that I don't have to pretend I'm more than what I am.
People relate to that more. And then also your perfectionist thing, I saw that that's a big one. So, like, you know, for you, like, your big one is going to be ready, fire, aim. Right.
And. And Harv's told that. And I don't know how many of the classes, but. But dang it, if I wouldn't pull that last trigger. So what's interesting is I'm relating with you now that I think I can pull the trigger, maybe I can say that to everybody. You know, if we're afraid to pull the trigger, we just gotta pull it.
Pull it. Jessistribe.com Tracy's promoting it. Jesse strive.com thank you, Tracy. That's all I wanted to say. Okay, cool. I think it's. Is it Amanda? Yeah.
Yes, it's Amanda.
What's up, Amanda?
Hey. Okay, so my question is, since I haven't really wrote my book yet, I've just been, you know, writing over the years, random things like. And I joined the. What's it called, the tribe thing yesterday. Am I, like, getting ahead of myself? Because I'm kind of feeling like I'm taking in a lot of information. I'm like, this is kind of stuff I need to wait till I even publish a book. I don't know.
Yeah, so I'm actually going to dispel something that you shouldn't publish a book unless you have a program that leads, that that book leads into. So. So, and this is a really important concept for everyone to understand is the book should come second. Okay. So you have a lot of great information. We can take that information and make it an actual product before we make it into the book. So before Harv wrote Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, he created Millionaire Mind Intensive. Okay, so he created the course of Millionaire Mind Intensive. Meaning that. So. Meaning that. So he created a Millionaire Mind Intensive, and people started to go to that course, really, really liked it. They liked the program, liked his information, were buying more stuff, and his goal was to scale that, to build authority, to build a new network on a high level. And the way that he did that was to write a book. Okay. So the book had a purpose to leading to the program. So a lot of people fall into the trap of writing a book and thinking that's going to lead to something else, but then they don't have anything to catch them yet. So my opinion about this is you've had really good information and you're writing your book. We can easily turn that into a program itself and your tribe is going to buy that program. And when you're ready to have your book, that's how you're going to expand your tribe and become the expert in that authority in that space. So don't worry about the book so much. We're going to be building your tribe on the audience, the interest of what you already know you want. And then when you're ready, when you're ready to launch your thing, which we're going to show you how to do to move to sales. People are going to be interested in working more with you. And once you start working with people, then you're going to define what your program is, then you're going to define what it is and then you're going to want to write your book after. Now that you know there's a little bit of a journey, people are going to want to come and that's where you're going to like scale your business out. So I totally understand where you're coming from, that you feel like you're taking too many steps forward and you don't have anything to back it up. And that's fine. Like, I totally get it. And you know what, what I would say again on this side is we work on your outline of what your delivery is going to be. So like, if you can like from now until tried, think of like if you were going to create a four week or a six week or an eight week, like think of your. Here, I'm going to share my screen really fast. So for your delivery, it's really simple. All you need to do is think about the problem that they're having right now. Remember, okay, the solution that you're giving them. Like, what's the first step? Solution? Like, what's the, like what part of like, what's the solution you're giving them? And then what are the steps that's going to get them to the solution and how many steps is that going to take? So step one is this step two, three, four. Okay, there's five steps. Meaning that, okay, I have five steps to give them a solution and that is what we call obviously the gap. But that's also going to be your delivery promise. Right. Okay.
Because I kind of was. Oh, sorry.
Yeah. So think about like what we just did. So we have problem. Is. It. Am I back? Am I back? What the hell? This happened? That was interesting. Okay, so let me share my screen one more time. I am so happy this didn't happen during the challenge. Holy. Okay, so inside Build Network, there is couple things that we'd want to work on. So we have two sections for this and two sections for this and two sections for this. Right. And then I also know that like this is one part, but I also know that they need to make time for it. So I wanted to make sure that the bonus was, you know, finishing what you start and finisher and giving yourself extra time. So that's the GRSD method, which is already stuff. I know. So that's how you want to start thinking about it is like, you know, just basically map it out and say, hey, this is what the problem they're going through. Here's one of the solutions I give. So I was on a call with one of my high level students yesterday, Faisal, and he talked about he is in the hypnotherapy coaching and he was talking about his product. So we said, what was his product? Well, his product was overcoming stress. Okay. So we said stress was the problem and dealing with stress, like on demand was the solution because no one has no stress. People have distress. It's like, how do you cope with stress? Right? So we said, okay, how many steps is there to deal with this? And he said, well, there is understanding your state. Then there was breathing, then there was fear, and then it was going and then it was living, right? How do I live with stress? Live with stress. And that's his product right in. These are details, you know, the details of already what it is. So basically you're just coming up with categories of major categories of like what it is. All right, I'm gonna over deliver for you guys right now. Okay, so the easy way that you can do this, I just keep. I can't stop. So the easy way that you can do this is here's the result they want and just come up with all the different things that are going to give them the result and then categorize all the same things and then say, that's this category. So if I put all those together, what is the category now? This one. Okay, that's category number two, then this one. So, Amanda, what I want you to do is do something like that. Your result, like what's the problem you're solving? Start to write everything, like go crazy and then start to categorize it and then you'll start to see a little bit of an outline of a program forming. And once you have the outline of the program, you're going to feel much better about where you're going to move your tribe to. And then once you move your tribe to them, you're going to be able to help some of these people, which is going to ultimately help you finish your book and then scale your business. Does that make sense? Amanda, where are you? I think you're muted right now. Where are you at? Did I lose you? Oh, hey, there you are. Does it make sense?
Yes.
Get that.
I started writing, like just things I was gonna put in the book, like a problem and then a solution. So I don't know. I guess I'm just, what is my result? Shoot. I don't know.
What are you. What are they overcoming? So I help people do overcome this or I help people get this result or what do you. What is your niche?
I hope probably feeling accepted, I would say.
Is that your niche, though? Is it feeling accepted, your niche? What's your niche? Isn't it something with trauma?
Yeah, like overcoming a traumatic brain injury.
Is that okay? So that's your niche. Right. So how I help people who've dealt with a traumatic brain injury do what. What results do you want them to have? Live a normal life, have a fulfilled life, you know, get a working job. That or, you know, increase their iq. What is the thing that you're helping them specifically do? And think about yourself. What have you done? Like what experiences, accomplishments, things have you done that you feel like you can show someone else how to also do? So if you've had a traumatic brain injury, what are the accomplishments or things that you feel like you can show someone to deal with the traumatic brain injury, to overcome it, to get some sort of little promise or result or something that they are going to be like, this is what I want. So think of like again, the frustrations and fears but also think about what do they want? Like what are they aspiring to do? Like, what's their aspiration? So think of the wants, like for yourself. Think about it. So when you were, if this was similar to you, like if you've gone through traumatic brain injury, I'm not sure, but if you have, what were the wants you wanted while you were dealing with that? Like, what were the things where you're like, oh, I wish I was able to do this. I wish I was able to do this. This is so frustrating that I can't do this. Is it going to be like this for the rest of my life? I just went through frustrations, wants and fears with you and that's how we're going to talk to your tribe about and that's what you're going to help them overcome. So think of what they want. Like what did you want? That's how you would do it, right?
Okay. Yeah, that makes sense.
Does that make sense? So map it out. Yeah, write out your frustration, write out wants, say wants underneath, put wants and just think about yourself. What did you want while you were dealing with this? Like, what did you truly want deep down? Like, what made you emotional? What made you feel like what was it like that was really frustrating for you, but what else? What did you want in your life on a good Level. Like, did you want consistency? Did you want progress? Did you want people to make you feel like, you know, things were all normal again? Did you want your memory to come back? What were those benefits that you were trying to come up with during this time that you now were able to achieve? So now I'm able to retain this information. Now I'm able to teach people to do this. Now my memory is back to normal and this is what I'm going to show you how to do in my program.
Okay. So I, I mean, I know you could say yeah or no, you didn't anyways, but I don't know, like, so I didn't mess up by being a part of the program. I'm not going to get ahead of myself. I'm kind of gonna learn, you know.
You'Re gonna, it's gonna be, it's gonna be helpful for you no matter what. Yeah, it's going to be helpful for you. The most important thing is we're going to, we're at least going to build like minded people for you to learn from. So that's if, if, if all else fails and we don't have a program for you, that's fine. Remember the process that we just went through, the five day challenge? So we did have a program we were going to offer at the end of the five days, but based off of some things that I was teaching and some things that happened and then some responses that we were getting, the overwhelming amount of people really wanted to work on their leads. We didn't think about that when we first came into that. But the tribe spoke, right? Like the Survivor. The tribe has spoken. Right? The tribe spoke. The tribe spoke and they told us, like, they want more elites. And so what we did was we created more leads for them. Right. So that's exactly the strategy. Like now that you have the people to talk to, everyone's always like, well, what do I, what do I create? I don't know what to create. Well, if you don't have a tribe, you don't know what to create. So what, at least building a tribe is going to do is it's going to give you the top. The group of people to talk to, to lead, to figure out what they want so that you can get creative and figure that out.
Awesome. All right, thank you.
You're so welcome. I'm so pumped for you. Very excited. Yeah. All right, Tracy, you had your hand up again. What's going on here?
Yeah, yeah, I do have a question. So again my perfectionist paralysis, I actually Have a book. I have. It's with a joint author and we actually. I just received the final PDF version of it just now and I built. I know I've done all this backwards. I built an online course. So the book leads the online course. And so I did market research about a year and a half ago for confused and frustrated dieters.
Okay.
So my thought is, all of a sudden I'm like, okay, I could publish this book. But now I'm thinking I need to wait. I need to wait for this. Try and be patient.
The book is going to help you. You have the online product, though, right? Like, it's ready?
I have, yeah. And see, and I was scared to do it live. So I've done all the video I've got, all the PDFs I've got.
Yeah, you're fine. Don't worry about that. So the difference with that is you already have a destination for them to go to. The book is going to help build your tribe faster. So don't worry about that. We'll use the book as a tool to show your authority. So I'm going to show you how you're going to build your authority because you have the book already and you already have the online program. Now, if you didn't have the online program. So, like, one of my high level again, I just like to talk about my students, Tom, he is in the real estate game and he was like, well, I want to. I have my book for my front end. And I was like, well, what's your back end? And he was like, I don't have one. I was like, we need your backend first and then launch your book because that's going to explode your backend. So we don't want you to explode and then have nothing to talk to them because people are going to want to work with you. So once they say, holy crap, this is great information. How do I get more? And there's no place to get more. You're screwed. Right. So now that there's a place to get more, it's a good situation that you have it. There's nothing wrong with it. So it's good that you haven't launched it yet. Now it's perfect time.
All right. Yeah, I got nervous. Like I've done everything backwards. Okay. All right, thanks.
Okay, cool. I know it's ute. He. It was he or her. I don't know if you're on here anymore. Yeah, yeah, her. There you go. Hi. What's ute stand for? Oh, unmute. Hold on. Unmute. Izzy, can you unmute? U, T, E. Hold on. There you go.
Hi.
What's it stand for?
Ute. That's a German name.
Ute.
Yes, yes.
Okay, I'm gonna do my best. Ute. Alright, tell me your question.
Yesterday I tried three hours to make a video for my niche and also for my program or my offer. And I was so frustrated because my niche is not so clear. I'm an art therapist and I'm working with kids and teens and the most of them, they are depressed or sad. The kids and parents are struggled with them. They want to make them more happy. And then I tried, I thought about it, to make them more resilient and make an online course. But I don't know if it's really a good or a closed niche or should I go deeper inside of that?
So you help. Is it autistic kids? Is that what you said?
Also, I worked with them before, years ago, but now I'm working almost with depressed kids or they have the experience with mobbing at school or they don't have so much. They have self hurting sometimes and also teenager with suicide thinking, wow, Yeah, I thought maybe it's, it's good to have a program to make them more resilient, to get them to make. Wait a minute. For the, I don't know the English word for the self value or it's. Yeah, yeah, okay. And then it's the next thing. Should I, when I make the offer, should I make them, should I go to the parents and talk to them or to the teens?
Yeah. So when you're talking to kids, most likely you have to market to the parents, right? Because they're the ones who are actually gonna make the buying decision. And most of the kids aren't gonna be like, hey, mom and dad, can you buy this for me? Like they're not gonna do that. Right? So you have. Yeah, it's not like a toy where you can market to them and be like, oh, this is the coolest toy. And like, you know, get the influencers to do that. That's not your case. You have to speak to the parents. So your marketing needs to be like, is your kid acting like this? Do you, have you heard stories of your kid getting bullied like this? You know, from your vibrant kid. Are they now quiet and like, are they doing this? You know, this is early signs, warnings of that they may be going through some struggles and depression at school. My goal is to get them back on and get their self confidence back up and get resilient so that they don't have to suffer anymore. So that's what your marketing messaging can be like. I honestly think that your niche is fine. Like just going to like you might want. The way that you could niche down is. So there's different ways of niching. So obviously niching the market is one is like you specialize with autistic kids. Like let's just say you specialize with kids that get bullied in school. That's one way of doing it. Right? Okay. Another way of doing it is location. So you're in Germany and you only want to work with people in Germany. So I only work with Germans who are going through this period of life, you know, get back to their self love days. So that's another way of niching. Another way of niching is differentiating the market. So if everyone's doing in person meetings, my difference is the parents and the kids do it together or my differentiating is like family practice or my differentiating is doing it live or online. So there's different ways of being unique to the market. Right. So you, I think you've defined your niche fine. Like I don't necessarily know that. The only thing I would think about is pick one stage to focus on to specialize in and you'll have overflow of people coming to you because they'll hear about you and they're like, can you help my kid? And that's fine. But you're still your, you, you need to identify your ideal target person that you can get the best results. So if they're in high school and they're between the age of 13 and 15, that is my sweet spot. Okay? That's the person I help because they normally are going through this and they're normally experiencing this and they're normally doing this. So when you're marketing to the parent, you're saying, you know, your kid's entering into a very delicate place and you have may seen some changes in the last six months because they have been going through this. So now you can speak directly to the stage that they're in and you can make that connection versus like being so broad and like, you know, just being general about it, you know what I mean? So like once you specialize and niche down, it's so much easier to speak to directly where they are. And now like how many 13 to 15 year old kids are there in Germany? There's a lot. Right. And how many people struggle in high school? All of them. Right. There's like 90% of them. So like you don't have to worry about niching down because what's going to happen is once you start to specialize and get results, more people are going to refer to you, but then other people in other markets are going to come to you anyways and you can help them. But that's not your market. Your marketing is speaking directly. So first of all, you prove the process with speaking directly to one market. And then once you feel like, hey, I'm killing it, I'm ready to go, I want to expand my marketing. So then I open a new product line or a new specialty and I say, I'm only dealing with autistic kids that are in this. And now you have two specialties. Now you have two different ways of doing it. But this first way you've systemized, you've duplicated and you're expanded. You're like, okay, this is kind of the biggest. I can go with this now. I'm ready to replace myself here and move on to the next one. So first you build it, systemize it, grow it and then you say, okay, I'm ready to go to my next specialty. Okay. Or you also think about, you start working with these people and you're like, hey, I don't know. I don't really like necessarily working with this group.
Group.
I'm going to go to this one. It's totally cool. A niche. Picking the wrong niche is better than picking no niche because you learn so much. Right. There's going to be so much going from there.
Thank you, Jesse, so much. Thank you. Of course. That's cool.
Yeah, Hopefully I see you and build my tribe. I would love to have you.
Thank you.
Okay, cool. Everyone who's watching, remember the website is Jesse's J-E s s e s tribe tribe dot com. We made it nice and easy for spelling for myself so that I would get it. Can't spell my name wrong too often. Jesse's tribe.com Please note that by tomorrow that is going to be done. How much free content do you need to give out before making an offer, Maria? It doesn't matter how much free content. It matters about the like a little win you're getting them. So, you know, it's, it's basically getting them to identify that they need you to help them. So whatever that means is that's what it's going to take. So it can be a five minute conversation of free information. Yeah, I can. Because if you're good at conversating with people, that's maybe all it takes. Is it an hour webinar yeah. Is it a five day challenge? Sure. There's no right or wrong way, right? There's no right or wrong way to do it. It's just what you're trying to get them to do is to become now aware of the problems they're having and that they now see you as a person who can solve their problems. So whatever the information is to do that and you don't have to give away free information. There's no one saying that you do, but it's an easy medium for you to do that, for you to be able to reach more people so that people can test you out. Right. It's like thinking about getting samples of something. If you're giving a sample of a food in Costco or if you get samples of like lotion or perfume, you're much more likely to buy it because you sampled it than just like trying to buy it off the shelf. Right. So think of it like that then like a spray of a perfume takes two seconds. I smelled it, smells good. I want to buy it. So there's no definition of how much or how little it's what it's got to be purposeful. There needs to be an intention to it. So the intention is to give them a small win, a result in a fans. Right. So or get them to believe in themselves that they can do it and that you're the right person for them to be able to solve their problems. Off topic. On day four, I signed up for the secrets of multimillionaire after offer on day five, wondering if it would be better fit for me at this point it depends on your objectives. So both are super awesome and both are very different. Right. So the secrets of the multimillionaire trainer is going to be more about running an event and learning how to create your content, create the actual promise, the delivery. It's your talk. Right. The promise of that is create your 30 minute talk by the end of it and show people how to make an offer on stage. Build your tribe is going to be more specifically to building your network, building your authority with specific ways that we're going to show you for posting and talking and then moving people to the sales process and that's going to be more build your tribe. So it just depends on your objective. Do you, do you want to work on more of getting your leads and building your tribe or do you want to work on more on your sales process and your delivery process? That's kind of the best way I think to put it. Both of them are going to Be useful and that's why we have both of them. So hopefully that is a little bit helpful. I don't know necessarily if it's one's going to be better or another for you. I think both of them are going to be awesome. It just depends on what your feeling at this specific moment with your objectives. Again, the 90 day objectives. My question is what do you recommend? Our advertising cost should be on a daily basis. We are targeting people from around the world. So advertising I've always had, if I'm in growth mode, my marketing budget for growth mode is 20% of projected revenue. Okay. So if we're projecting to make $300,000 then my marketing budget is going to be with advertising agencies spend about $60,000. That's growth mode. That's the safest way that I think and that is going to be something where you're not going crazy and you're not like undergoing. I would say you're always want to be anywhere from 10 to 20% of marketing. Pushing marketing on paid media or actually spending your time doing it as well. All right, Vicki, are you going to offer tribe again in the near future? I'm very unsure. So obviously this is our first time rolling out with it. The intention is not to do something one time but this might be the only time that we do it live. That would be the big difference. So next time I might not do it live, might be just the program and there won't be any necessarily coaching element to it. So this for sure, 100% is the only time for sure that I know right now that's going to be live. Is it going to be live next time? It might, but we're not 100% sure that's going to happen. So that would be the major thing is I'm going to be doing live and then have a coaching as a bonus on the back end of that versus not doing it live. If that's helpful. If I want to have you as a one on one coach, do you offer that as well? So I have some one on one aspects to my higher level coaching. Tanya, if you want to. So a part of my higher level. Yeah. Vicki, awesome. Great. I'm happy that helped. So for higher level coaching, the aspect that I have available right now is when you enroll in that coaching you get a 90 minute game plan with me where we work on three projects that we're working on. So basically. So basically. So that's the personalization and then once a quarter we meet again one on one. But in the higher Level coaching. We talk like, you have access to me on Facebook. You know, I respond to stuff personally, so there is that aspect of. Of it. So sure, Izzy, I got that. Next. So. So yeah, if you're interested in that, go to llcession.com that's llsession.com and that will go you right to a booking with someone from my team on our coaching. Again, that's not for everyone here. That's. That's only for people who are, like, really want to go to the next level and, like, have an established business. Maybe they have a little bit of leads, maybe they have some sales process, they have delivery and they're looking to grow business, like, fast. That's for that. So llcession.com. tanya, that might be better for you based off what you're saying. A coach is. Oh, sorry, Rafi. Okay, thank you, Vicki. Bye. Before everyone goes, tomorrow at 11:00am Pacific, there's a huge surprise. Tomorrow, 11:00am Pacific, there's a huge surprise. I'm bringing on a very, very, very special guest that is going to rock the house. I'm going to make an announcement. Again, very exciting. 11:00am tomorrow Pacific Time. Get your stuff ready. Okay. So, Raffi had a question.
Hello, Jesse.
What's up, man? Hi.
I have a question that I want to build a tribe that help people, that they feel stuck in their 9 to 5 job and they don't have the courage to get out of their comfort zone and then pursue their dream. But the problem is I'm in the same situation as them, so I'm not sure with my situation here I can build the authority to help them out or not. So should I, like, get some achievement first and then I can sell them the course or it can just, like, work out together with them and then just teach them what I already know?
Yeah. So there's this good question. Two things. So I never want you to be inauthentic with what you're doing. So I would never want you to say, hey, I'm going to show you how to leave. Where am I getting that from? Izzy got me. Okay. So, Rafi, I just muted you. We muted you for a second. So we'll open you back up when we're ready. Okay. So you never want to be inauthentic. So if you have not achieved the results you wanted yet, then you shouldn't promise the result yet. Okay. So, like, the authenticity is going to help. So the other way of doing this, if you haven't achieved the result is I'm on the journey with you. Okay. It's called I'm on the journey with you. Meaning my goal in the next 90 days is to leave my 9 to 5 job and I'm going to be trying all these different things to start a business, find a business, validate a business. And here are the steps that I've already researched and things that I'm going to do. And I've already done all that work for us. I haven't achieved the goal, but I want to do it with a certain amount of people who are also interested in that. So if you are interested in joining me on this journey and you want to tap into the notes and research and things that I've already paid for that I'm going to give you access to that and then we're going to do it together and I'm going to lead you, us through the process and we're going to test this out together and we're going to learn together as it. So it's almost like you're doing a little bit more of, I almost want to say a little bit more of like a mastermind in a way where you're getting a group of like minded people with a similar want a similar outcome and you're all kind of in the same boat together and you're like the facilitator, right? It doesn't mean that you're more experienced than them, but you're facilitating the direction. So I'm starting a group to be part of this group. It costs $97 or $197 or whatever your price. Okay. To be part of the group. Now if I want to be part of the group, here's some of the benefits you get from being part of the group. One, I've spent $5,000 on teaching and training of how to leave a nine to five. Okay. You get access to that. Two, I'm gonna hold weekly meetings on Zoom and facilitate what I'm trying, what the best move for us to do, actions for us to take and then feedback mechanisms so that we can see where we want to move forward. And three, I'm gonna do X, Y and Z. Right? Once a month we're gonna come together, I'm gonna, we're gonna bring on a special guest that I'm gonna find that's going to give us a opportunity to move out of the nine to five and I'm going to find that person, I'm going to bring it on. So that's so much value, right? Dude, like you're like, basically like, oh, like you're not Promising them anything. You're going through it with them. You're not inauthentic, but you're, you're using your motivation and your inspiration to help other people get the same thing. And then it's like now they're relating to you because they're like, well this, this guy is like, not like, yeah. Would it be great to get with someone who obviously has the result I'm looking for? Of course. But there's a lot of people that connect really deeply with people who are at the same level as them. Right. And they're like, so I wouldn't charge a premium because you don't know what it is, but I would definitely charge your worth of putting it together. Like you're basically facilitating a conversation or a meetup. Like let's say it's a four week facilitation or a 90 day facilitation where every week you're going to help people progress yourself, moving them to there. Right. So I think that would be pretty a decent opportunity for you. Is that helpful?
You're on mute. It's very clear.
So.
My, another question is before that they are willing to pay me for the like the 97 bucks for the group. So how can I create the lead for people to like, okay, this guy is the. I will give him money and then go into the mastermind group together.
So you have to build your network, you have to build your authority. Yeah, so build your network and then build your authority. So you know, the way that you build your authority is not, hey, I've accomplished this, it's hey, I've got. So basically, you know, so there's this really big digital conference. Okay. It's called Traffic and Conversion. And one of the things that some person decided to do to build their authority is they said, I have a team of people that went to every room and took notes and I'm selling those notes for people that weren't in all the rooms. So similar to you, like, they're not promising anything. They're just saying you guys are busy, you're working your 9 to 5 job. I don't want to take you away from that. What I'm promising to do is I'm going to work past the 9 to 5 job and do the grunt work so that we have a little bit of a process and not for us to follow. So that when we start to do the group together, you know what you're doing versus trying to figure it out yourself. It's a big distinction there. Right. So again, you're Doing the legwork for them. You're putting the labor in for them. You're spending the money for them so that they can access what you've done and gotten and what you're absorbing experimental versus them having to. Instead of them having to obviously do it themselves. Right. So you can say to them, listen, there's two paths to this. One path is you can do it yourself. You have to figure this out on your own. The other path is you can join me on my journey. You can access all the things that I'm accessing. You can take advantage of the curriculum that I have said. This is what is probably going to get us to leave our 9 to 5 job. And the access that is only $97. Would you rather do it yourself or would you rather me help you and do it and we do it together? Which one would you rather do? Right, Cool.
Yeah. Yeah, cool.
That makes sense.
I'm clear on that. Yeah. Thank you for your time. And I already signed up for your justice tribe, so I think see you there at a few weeks.
Good. I'm excited to have you. Yeah, it's going to be awesome. It'll be good. We'll make sure that we. You figure that out. The most important thing is you're not trying to lie to anyone, right? You're just. You're just doing it with them. And people are going to respect you more for doing that. Right? They're gonna respect you more for being open and transparent, and they're gonna vibe with that. They're gonna. You're not gonna get everyone, right? Because some people are gonna want, you know, different, but you don't need everyone. And then once you now leave your job, now you have the process, the stories, the journey of how you did it, and boom, now you're the person who has left their job for nine to five and doing something. So now your next step is if you're still in a 9 to 5 and want to leave your 9 to 5 to replace your income, you do this. And on the same time, now you're working on growing your business so that when people are done replacing their income, now they can grow their business, their side hustle to expand. And now that you're at the next level, so it's a progressional thing, right? And that tribe is going to grow with you, too. So it's going to. It's going to be really good. Cool. Very clear. Very cool. All right, guys, I got 15 more minutes. I was supposed to go for an hour. Now I'm at an hour 45. So 15 minutes until my next meeting here. So does anyone have any more questions? Okay, remember Jesse's tribe.com Jesse strive.com Zuzanna is that what it is? Zuzana?
Yes.
Oh, Zuza interrupted. So I don't know. Can you hear me?
I can hear you. Great.
Okay, great. So my question is about the irresistible offer. You said this is like first offer, isn't it? So. Well, my offer was coaching for whole year. Is it too long? Should I just cut it into three months and then make it back end first and then for people who want to extend it, do it for a year?
So it depends, it really depends on what you feel comfortable with and if you have anything. Right. So sometimes you might want to decide that, hey, I'd rather go deeper first with people and then once I have the process set, then I can chunk it down and make it smaller. So that's one way. It really, it kind of depends. Like there's not, I would say there's not a right or wrong way of doing it.
It.
So it's okay. I now have a kid. So, so there's not a right, right or wrong way to do it. It's, it's, it's you, you think of the result. You think of the result that you're getting them and how long does it take for them to get that result. That's how long your course should be, right? And if the result is way too big, then what's the first result? So I talked again about the hypnotherapist. His result is like a fulfilled life. Well, you're not going to teach your first program on how to have a fulfilled life. His first program is let's reduce your stress first. Right? That's the first thing. So think of like what's the big goal and what are like some steps to getting to that goal. So for what we had, if I can use us an example, grow your business is the big goal, right? We want to grow your business as big as you want. The three categories for growing your business are get more leads, make more sales, deliver your promise. So now I have three opportunities. One opportunity is I can create a program for each. Another opportunity is I can create one massive program that's like, let's just say a whole year long. And we're working on all three of those, right? So it really depends on what you feel comfortable doing and where you want to go. For a lot of people, committing for a full year before they've tried you out can be difficult. Right? So committing for six months can be difficult sometimes. So sometimes you want to shorten it. And also, especially with online, people lose interest fast because they're so, so much going on. Like, there's thousands of messages every day, there's advertising. Everyone probably here has experienced some sort of shiny object syndrome where it's like, do this strategy, do this strategy, use this technique, do this, do this, do this. And you're like, who do I listen to? Right? So sometimes it's better to make it shorter so they consume it and get the win and they get the result so that they're going to get more attached and to you and they're going to want to move forward longer with you. So that's where you ascend them. So sometimes it's like, let's get you one specific good result first and then let's get you once you've got that result and you're like, I want to do more. Let's get you the big one, right? So that might be one opportunity for you. You think of everything you can do and then you think of, okay, if I was going to do a four week course, what would that look like? What's the first result that would help me move forward? Or like, think of it as how are you going to give them a big enough win or a transformation where they're going to be like, that was awesome. Now I need this, right? So now that you got me this result, what's the next thing that I need that's now happening? So I'll give you an example. Again, authentic. Jesse being authentic, very transparent. Please don't get upset with me, guys, because this is the process of how it works, right? I just want to share. So we're gonna say, okay, the process for growing your business. Get more leads, make more sales, deliver your promise. We're not giving you all three of those things, right? So now that you have get your leads and we give you that result to get your leads, you're gonna say, okay, well what do I do on the sales side? What do I do on the delivery side? Okay, well we have a program for you to be able to do that. Right? You see that? But the first we wanna make sure that we get you the results so that we can add to it. Make sense? Yes. So it's like your customer journey. Like think about your customer journey. What's the first result you want to get them or what's the big result? It doesn't matter. It just matters on what? How many steps does it take to get that result? And that's how much, how long you want to make it right. You don't want to make it longer just to make it longer. No one cares about that. Like I don't look at value for three months or six months. I look at what's the promise you're giving me and what's the result I'm achieving. Okay, thank you. Make sense.
Makes sense. I think I will have to follow you because I've got this shiny object syndrome.
Yeah, same. I'm the worst. I buy everything. I make Dana, buy this, buy this, buy this. And I don't go through anything. Sometimes I do. But you know, there's a lot of good strategies. And the thing is that you have to realize is they all work. It's not what you do, it's how you do it and what you want to focus on. So that's why I started the 90 day thing, so I could really stay laser focused for 90 days. And that's how really helped me for getting rid of my shiny object syndrome. Okay, thank you so much. You're so welcome. So Ahmad, the coach is selling his course for $1. You think that's a, do you think, is that a good idea? You think to start selling a course? It really, the context of that is really hard to give you a good answer for it because most likely the person who's doing that has a deep funnel and customer journey that they are taking you through. So if you're talking about Tai Lopez right now, who's doing the dollar thing, and he's probably got one of the best funnels in the world, that makes him millions and millions of dollars. So the dollar course is specifically talking to his market to get them used to him. And he's going to be putting a bunch of offers in front of them. I don't know David Michigan, and I don't know the strategy. So again, it's not what you first see, it's that like, so there's a lot of different strategies. All they're trying to do is get someone to pay with a credit card to show that they're willing to put money on the line. So, you know, whatever way you want to create a low cost buyer, that's fine. But like I guarantee if you buy the course for a dollar, then he's going to have upsells to do some other thing. So do I like selling something for a dollar? No, I've never done it before. I have no experience with it. So we've sold stuff for $7 like a book. We sold stuff for $14. We've sold stuff for $3. It's not the price that matters. It's the strategy that matters. So what's behind the dollar? What's the funnel? What's the customer value? Average order plus your customer lifetime value. So that's what you want to be thinking about is not should I do it for a dollar? It's like what's the full strategy behind it? Unfortunately, you don't get to see that because you're only seeing the dollar. But if you do want to go through it, pay the dollar and see what he's offering. Guarantee that there's going to be some more openings for you to see what else is available if you haven't already. Okay. Anyone else? All right, y', all, thank you so much for jumping on. I appreciate you guys being here. Tomorrow, 11:00am Pacific, I've got a very special guest to rock the house. We don't even need the pump up video for this special guest. So pumped up himself. Oh. Or herself. Or themselves, whoever he is. Whoever she is. All right, you guys are awesome. Thank you for being here. A lot of great questions. Hopefully I was clarifying so stuff. Remember Jesse's tribe.com if you're interested in moving to the next level with me and building that, getting that lead flow going in, building that tribe, understanding how to do authority, creating a systematic approach and a formula for building your tribe and being able to do that on an ongoing basis, we're obviously going to show you how we use certain campaigns to move people to a sales process so that you can pre sell something and that's available till Friday. The fast action's done. No more fast actions anymore. But the bonuses themselves are great and the price of the program is amazing as well. The cost of the program. Anyways, talk to you guys soon. You guys are awesome. Appreciate your willingness to show up and be transparent and ask good questions. Have a great rest of your day and talk to you soon. Bye for all.
