You know that the number one reason that holds people back from their success is not necessarily their vehicle that they chose and not necessarily the knowledge that they have. It's their mind, their mindset. And today I'm going to share with you five methodologies, five strategies for developing a growth and success mindset that will take you into the future, future that you want. Are you ready? Here we go. So, number one, you are awesome. And you know it sounds like a lot of hype, right? But in my classes, my seminars where I have four, five, six thousand people I go to everybody raise your hand, put your hand in your heart and you say, I am awesome. And it's not just a declaration, it's not just an affirmation. It's a truth. You really are awesome. First of all, as we all know, there's, you know, several billion people into the world, and for you just to make it into this world took a miracle. You are a miracle. Does anybody here have any children? You were there when they were born. You know that thing coming out? That is a miracle, right? And when you think about yourself, you think about a human being especially let alone all the nature elements, we are like total awesomeness. Total amazingness. Did you know? Listen to this. The bacteria that is found in your eye with which you could not see, if that same bacteria was in your stomach, you would die within 24 hours. And that's how miraculously intelligent your body and you are. So knowing that should breed some self esteem, some self confidence, and just understanding that you are part of this amazing world, this amazing nature, this amazingness, and you are a part of that. And you are a miracle. You need to hold that. And not in a place of being arrogant about it, but just be truthful. And you are awesome. And I am awesome. We are all awesome. And so that's number one in your mindset. You start with a confidence, says, I am a miracle. I am awesome. That's where you start. All right, let's go to number two, the mindset of growth. And this one is very, very important. You know, you've heard me talk about this many, many times before, but we have an inner voice, let's call it a mind. And that voice is not necessarily your friend when it comes to success and happiness. Its job is to survive. That's it. Its job is to keep you alive. And therefore, it's based in protection. And therefore it's based in fear. Now here's the key thing. When are you in fear? When you're thinking about the past? No, that's not fear when you're in the present? No, you can't be in fear in the present. It's only when you are thinking about the future. In fact, the definition of fear is anticipation of pain. I'll say it again, anticipation of pain. Anticipation is when it's in the future. So we say, well, how am I supposed to be successful without action? Well, you can't, so you have to take action. But that's where fear comes in, isn't it? Here's the secret. The secret of all secrets is you cannot be fearful in the present moment. You cannot be fearful when you are putting your attention and your mind and your focus on what is occurring right this moment, okay? You can only be fearful by thinking about the future. So you say, well, I've got to think about the future if I want to be successful. You put your attention, your vision in the future, but you've got to be in the moment to help avoid fear. And if you are in fear, act in spite of fear. So. So the secret of all secrets is to be present. What does that mean? It means put your attention, put your mind, put your focus on what is happening right this moment. If you can do that, you will not only be very, very successful, you will be at inner peace and happiness as well. That's a promise. All right, let's talk about the third mindset that we want to have for success. And that is if you want to be, you know, rich and successful, you know, you're going to have to have something that is of value, but you're going to have to do it big enough to where you're getting paid by a lot of people, let's put it that way. So you've got to end up with a proposition that is fairly large, okay? And so you got to have a large vision, and large vision is a necessity. But there's a saying that says this. Think big, start small. Think big, start small. And so many people think big. And that just takes them out because they go, oh, my God. Like, I've got this vision, but where do I start? Like, it becomes a very complicated and scary proposition. But you know what's not scary? Right this moment, as I said, and taking the first step one step at a time, one step at a time. As the Chinese saying, go, journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step. Everything, my friends, starts with the first step. And then you know what the second thing is? The second step. And can you guess what the third thing is? The third step put your attention on what you're doing now? This step. What's the next thing I have to do? This step. What's the next thing I have to do? This step. What's the next thing I have to do? This step. When you start getting way out into the future, it gets complicated and it gets scary and you start getting confused. And what if this doesn't work right? Forget about it. One step at a time. You can achieve everything. All right, let's go to the mindset element number four that I want to share with you. And this one is absolutely critical. It's. It's a life changer. If you really understand it. And here it is. I want you to ingrain it into your mind. I want you to grain it in your heart. I want you to write it down, like only a few times, like 4 million times. Okay? You write this down 4 million times. Here it is. Listen closely. I want you to repeat it with me. Okay, here we go. Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it. Let's say it again. Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it. So bottom line is this. You create your own reality. Most people think of that. They go, well, how do I attract this and how, how do I bring this into my life? And how do I get money and how do I get a relationship and how do I have more health? You know, the stuff. Stuff, stuff. No, it's not about that. You create your reality not by external elements, but by how you look at everything. Understand? So nothing has meaning except for the meaning. In other words, everything is neutral until you get. Get there. And then with the way you perceive it, the way you look at it, the way you think about it, it becomes what it is. So let's see where we are here. We're in the forest. I have a home in, in the mountains in Tahoe. I'm sure you can see some trees here. I look at that tree and someone will look at that tree and go, man, that, that tree is. It's nice, but it's kind of blocking the view of the mountain. You should get rid of that tree. Another person looks at the tree and goes, hey, there's a nice tree. It's so tall. It's amazing. Another person looks at the tree and they go, wow, what a miracle that is. As we said earlier, can you look at all the life that's in that tree? And some people say that's a really big pine tree. Some people say that's kind of small for a pine tree that, blah, blah, blah. What does the tree know? The tree that tree is just the tree. The tree is completely neutral, but the person looking at the tree gives it all of its characteristics. Yes or yes or yes. And what does that mean? That means freedom for you, knowing that nothing is going on until you get there. And that means. So here's a situation. Then we mix that situation with your view of the situation. So situation's red. Your view is. Is brown. Okay? You mix red and brown together, and now look at it. Okay? Now the color is some type of a purpley color, I suppose, right? And you made it that way. Let's say it's the same red situation, and your view of it is green. Okay, well, now you put the two together, and now it's yellow. How did that happen? Because nothing is anything until you make it something. And you are in charge of what you. You make it. So that's where your power is. It's not what is. It's how you think about what is that makes it what it is. That, my friends, is complete freedom and complete control of life. All right, number five, here it is. This is very, very, very important. And I'm not talking about any religious beliefs or anything like that. I'm just talking about the fact that there is. Let's call it nature. There's. There's the universe, okay? And the universe has intelligence, obviously. And so you have to understand people going, you know, oh, this is happening to me, and that's happening to me, and this is happening. And again, what did I just say earlier? Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it. So is it happening to you, or is it happening for you? And that question is up to who you. You decide how you want to look at everything in life. So a situation occurs, and maybe it's not a very pleasant situation. Most of us don't like unpleasant situation. I gotcha. I'm with you on that. And so situation occurs. You don't really love it. And now you can say, oh, my God, what a terrible situation. This is bad. This is it. And mope around. How does that set you up for the next moment, the next day? That it doesn't. It just brings your energy down. Now what do you want to do? You want to look at life is that everything happens for a reason, and that reason is there to serve you. Again, everything happens for a reason, and the reasons there to serve you. Now, is that true or false or right or wrong? I don't know. Is it helpful? Abso freaking lutely it is helpful. And that's all that matters, because there's no right and wrong and true and false. It's all what we decide. So everything happens for a reason. The reason is there to serve me. This is happening. I'm gonna, I'm gonna learn from it. And I'm gonna give you a secret right now that I don't usually share in too many places except for myself. Major seminars. Are you ready? Here it is. It is the principle of utilization. Utilization, that means everything that happens, you can either resist it, you can accept it, or you can use it. You can utilize it. And if you become a person with a mindset that we teach in our programs is all about utilization. How do I use what's happening to me for me to make it work in my benefit? And so you take whatever is going on, worst case scenario, it's a learning or you say, you know what that's meant to be. I'm going to make the most of this. And that's what you do with every single thing in your life. Now let me ask you a question. What if nothing bad ever happened to you, nothing like you had zero bad things happen to you, how would your life be? You go, that would be amazing, right? My life be amazing? Well, guess what? If something not so pleasant, whatever is happening, you're the one that makes it bad. So how do you make it positive and good and supportive? You say, oh, this is happening. How do we use this right now? How do I make this work in my favor? And if you can do that, you will be what's called, I suppose, street smart, enlightened. So I hope you enjoyed this part here.
