How To Get Unstuck In Life With This Simple Strategy — T. Harv Eker & Mary Morrissey

Mary Morrissey tells T. Harv Eker that feeling stuck comes from having no clear daily plan. Her fix: pick three simple actions each morning and start with a "to be" list of who you'll be that day instead of a to-do list. String successful days together and momentum builds.

This is T. Harveker. I'm with Mary Morrissey. And Mary, I have a question for you. I've spoken with many, many people over the years, some participants at my live events and others who are online students. And they came to me and they said that they feel like they're spinning their wheels, that they're frustrated with where they are at in life. They feel that there's not a lot of growth in their life anymore and that they're not really happy and feeling fulfilled and they are getting unmotivated. Why does this problem happen for so many people?
People spin their wheels when they don't have a successful plan for a day. You know, people don't have a successful life. They don't even have a successful year. They don't even have a successful month.
They have a successful day that's built with success for that day.
So I think sometimes we have these great overall wonderful visions and plans, but we don't know how to operate in.
A day that brings a measure of success in that day.
And why I love your work so.
Much, Hartrecord, is that you give people tools and strategies for how to build a system of transformation so that they move their lives forward.
And I think when people say to.
You or me, when we're both systems.
People, that I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels. We want to bring it down.
I call it. Actually, a friend of mine also calls it reduce it to the ridiculous. Let's create a successful day and let.
You feel what it feels like to.
Have a successful day. And let's set a set of maybe three things that are simple to do that day, including instead of getting up in the morning with a great big to do list, let's start our day with a to be list. Who am I going to be today? Because there are things that matter to me. And I don't care where you are on the ladder of success or where you are on the ladder of failure right now. You can bring into a day of your life some things that cause you to feel successful about that day. And when you build on one successful day, another successful day, and you string those together, pretty soon you've had a successful month and you're no longer strict, you're no longer spinning your wheels because you've introduced a way of transforming a day. And then you do that over a sequence of time. You turn around. You can hardly believe where that is taking you in a very short amount of time.
