T. Harv Eker discusses recent stock market volatility, stating his belief that the market will likely recover to previous highs and beyond over a multi-year timeframe (possibly 1–15 years). He advises listeners—especially younger investors with longer horizons—not to try to time the market, to consider their personal risk tolerance and time horizon, and to use the period to reposition financially rather than panic-sell.

I believe that over the next five, maybe 10, maybe 15 years, this market will most likely. I mean, I don't have a crystal ball, and I'm not talking truth here, just giving you my humble opinion. The market will come back to where it was and beyond. That's what I think will happen. Will it happen? Who knows? That's what I think will happen. It might take one year, five years, 10 years, 15 years. It depends on the market. Doesn't depend on much else. Okay, now, so do I think it's coming back? Yes. Great. When? Could be short, could be long. Fine. So most people who are on the younger side here, you have a lot of time for the market to come back. So do you need to take your money out of the market, for example, and out of those investments? That's totally up to you. But if you have a lot of time for it to come back, why try to pinpoint the market and guess when it's up and guess when it's down and worry about all that? You can just let it ride. Do what is appropriate for your personality and your length of time. This is a time to utilize this, to reposition yourself, reposition yourself financially.
