He recommends using marketing approaches that fit one’s personal style — for him, copywriting and permission-based outreach — so you avoid unwanted rejection and maintain authenticity.

I hate rejection. I don't want to be rejected. I don't like when people say no to me. And you know what people say to you? Well, toughen up, you know, learn to take rejection well. Screw that. I don't want to take rejection. I don't like rejection. Who does? Right? Maybe if you're a robot. But I don't. And most people, I don't have a million students, nobody I even know likes rejection. Right. So how do you, how do you create marketing and not be, you know, rejected type of thing? Well, number one, you need to do the kind of style of marketing that fits you. So I don't like door to door selling. I don't like picking the phone up and going, hi, my name is Harv Eker and I'm here to offer you some pens and paper at a discount, blah, blah, blah. And they don't know who I am and they didn't ask for my call. And I don't like doing that. Some people do great. Hats off, Love it. Do it. Want to knock on doors? Knock on them. Great. You want to send a kn. Millions of. Yeah. So what I found for me that worked was different was I didn't mind writing copy, copywriting, putting it in a letter and sending it out to people, right? And those people that were interested and wanted to buy, they bought. And that those people who didn't want to buy, I never heard from them. I never heard no in my life. I never heard it anymore, right? Nobody said, no, get out of my house. I didn't like that, right? So I never did that anymore. Don't do marketing methods that don't suit you. It don't suit who you are. And don't create a vibration, an energy, a method of marketing that doesn't suit who you are, that you don't like yourself.
