What's stopping you? Are you too tired? Didn't get enough sleep? Don't have enough energy? Don't have enough time? Is that what's stopping you right now? Don't have enough money? Is that the thing? Or is the thing that's stopping you?
You.
Excuses sound best to the person that's making them up. Stop feeling sor sorry for yourself. Get off the pity potty, telling everybody your sad and sob stories, trying to get people to show up to your pity parties and your pity parades. If you ever see me in a Rolls Royce, a six or seven star hotel, living my life to the fullest, don't get jealous of me. Cause I worked my ass off to get it. Nobody handed me nothing. Wake your ass up. Awaken the beast side. It's game on. It's go season. It's time for you to take advantage of the access and the resources that you have in your country and your community. You got a problem with your life, you got a problem with your environment, do something about it. If you want it, go get it.
Recognize the excuses are not valid. They're conjured up, they're fabricated, they're lies. Then how do you stop the lies? You stop the lies with the truth. The truth is you have time. You have the skill, you have the knowledge and the support and the willpower and the discipline to get it done.
The fruit of everything good in life begins with a challenge. Everything is a pill that's required. And this, it's not going to come to you and it's not going to fall in. And it's not going to be something that, oh my gosh, it just was so simple. It's always going to be difficult.
If you want it, you gotta go get it.
This is your chance. This is your shot. This is your moment. This is your time. This is your place. This is your opportunity.
This is my time. This is my moment. Tomorrow, tomorrow. Tomorrow. Ain't no such thing as tomorrow. We only got today. It's your dream. If you wanted to have it, get your butt up and make it happen if you want to have it. Rise and grind.
You still got work to do. Stay on that basketball court. Stay on that football field.
It's grind season, homie. And we're here. What's going on, everyone? Day two and we're back. If you feel me, if you're here, if you're excited, let me see it in the chat, let me see it in my comments on Facebook, on, on, on my zoom. What's going on, everybody? We got Charlotte in the house. We got Brian in the house. What's going on? Marcella? This is the best. Awesome. So pumped to see everyone. Thank you for. Can you put together a collection of these videos? You like the videos? Yeah. Do you guys like the videos? Whoo. Hannah. Yeah. Hello, everyone. All right, good morning, good afternoon, good evening. I'm seeing people who are up at 12am midnight. It's 1am for them. It's all around the world, we're doing this. We're here together. And this is the best part about it, is you're showing up. This is the most important thing. You show up. You show up in life. You get here, you do what you need to do, you get it done, and you keep doing it consistently, day in day. And that's how you become successful, is you just show up, show up and take action. I was talking to one of our VIP members yesterday on the after, and he was asking about. He didn't know which action to take, and I said, any action is better than no action. Right? Any action is better than no action. It doesn't need to be the right action. We don't know what the right action necessarily is. We can take our best guess, but we got to take action. And showing up is taking action. My friends. It's Saturday or Sunday. It's the weekend. You could be doing all these other things. Well, kind of, because most of us are in quarantine, but you could be doing all these things, like watching TV and doing all this stuff. But you're here because it's whatever it takes. Time. It's whatever it takes. Time. And that's what happens, is we get put in situations in life where we need to have the mentality of. Of whatever it takes. We have to have the mentality of whatever it takes. Do we always need to do whatever it takes? No, we don't. We don't always have to be in that mode, that warrior mode of get it done. We don't always have to do that. But when the time is right, like right now, or when you want to be successful in a certain thing, then it's right now. Whatever it takes. So here we go. It's day two. So let's do a little bit of recap from yesterday. Day one. First of all, unbelievable, you guys. I just can't believe how epic you guys are. This is just. You make my job, like, so easy. Just the amount of effort, participation, commitment to go all in. So many people struggled with playing small and are playing so much bigger than they ever have. So much Bigger. Tracy's ready to. I see a lot of Tracy. Yeah, Tracy. Tracy is really killing it right now in this challenge. And I saw her change her profile picture yesterday. She's ready to shine. Like, we're having big breakthroughs coming through. And this is only day two of five, right? Imagine what you're going to be feeling like after five days. So let's do a little. So thank you so much for your participation. What I'm trying to get you to do is get into momentum, okay? So I want you to get into momentum so that you understand what it feels like to get into momentum, to get into that progress of I can't be stopped. Right? Little wins is what builds confidence. And when you have confidence going and you're focused, you have momentum. On day five, I'm going to share my momentum, my momentum model. To make sure that you can get out of procrastination easily. To make sure that you can get out of playing smart, easy. To make sure that you can get out of being spread thin, too easy. I'm going to show you guys a great model that I came up with that's going to show you how to get into momentum just by doing a few quick strategies to show you how to get more confident and how to get more focused right away. I know confidence and focus and consistency is a big thing for a lot of people, and it's common. I mean, it's not something that, you know, you have to work at. You have to build the habit of doing it, right? So the going live and doing the videos or posting or participating, this is building your endurance. Like, you're working out basically, right? When you work out, the first time you do, like, a new weight working out or when you try a new workout, it's really hard, right? It's really difficult. Like, you're just like, what is this? This is really hard. But then the second time you do it, okay, it's getting a little bit easier, but maybe not as hard. Third time, easier. Fourth time, easier. Fifth time, Sixth time, seventh time. Now you're already a pro. You're getting used to the weight already. You're already getting in momentum. Well, it's the same thing when you do something new, like going live the first time. I'm, like, shaking, right? Like, most of the people, like, some people are grabbing their hearts. They're taking deep breaths. Me and my wife are watching you guys. Me and Jen are watching you guys. Like, Jen's been. She's not here right now, but yesterday she was sitting here and we Were just watching you guys, like in your Facebook lives. And I'm the one commenting. I don't have anyone commenting on my profile. So I'm watching you guys, I'm participating. I'm really making sure that you guys understand that you're doing the best you can right now. You're putting in the effort. And that's really what's most important. Okay. Is putting in the effort. The information that we give you is going to be really useful. But what you become from this challenge is more useful because if you can become the right person, if you can become the right person, then on the information that we give you or any information that you get, you'll be able to use more effectively, more efficiently. But if you're not the right person and you get information, it doesn't really matter because I can give you the best tools, the best strategies, the best principles. I can tell you exactly how to make a million dollars, which I totally can and I will. I could tell you exactly how to do that. But if you're not the right person to be able to show up, to consistently take action, to build the habits that you need to, to plan properly, to be focused, to be confident, then those tools and strategies and the information I give you are useless. It's useless. So we really got to remember to keep focusing on being that person, being the person we need to be. Not something inauthentic, we need to make sure that we're authentic, right. But the traits that we need to build our muscles around or flex our muscles so that we're stopped thinking and more doing. Not in a stupid way, like we don't want to do something dangerous, but we need to get out of our head. Our fear based mind, our survival mechanism that's keeping us in our comfort zone. Okay, so let's talk about yesterday. So there are three things that we chatted about yesterday when it comes to our machine. And yeah, don't discount mindset. Make sure that instead of looking at problems, you're growing, says Sherry. Great. I love that. We're here to grow, right? We're here to grow. And that's what humans like to do. We evolve. If you're not growing, you're automatically. Let me see it in the comments. If you're not growing, you're automatically, automatically. Brian's got it dying. You're dying. Yes, Sherry's got it dying. Michelle's got it dying. If you're not growing, you're automatically dying. So we're here to grow. We're here to grow. We're here to evolve and take it to the next level. And this is what our heart needs, our body needs. All right, so we talked about our machine yesterday, and I'm sorry if it's like not something that you super sexy, but you can make your machine sexy. If you want to make your machine sexy, It's a label, right? So my machine's sexy. Hell yeah. My machine's sexy. Hey, everyone, put into the comments that my machine is sexy. All right, Put it in the comments. My machine is sexy. I want to see some sexy machines into the chat. My machine is sexy says Brian. Who else has got a sexy machine? My Marcellus says I've got a sexy machine. Yeah, you do. My machine is sexy. Charlotte says my machine. Yes. Dana says my machine sexy. Michelle J. Says my machine sexy. Michelle says my machine sexy. Yes. Oh. Amanda says my machine is sexy. AF I love that. Hell yeah. Okay, so here we go. We got three parts to our machine. Who wants to say the three parts? This is a review so that we ingrain into our body so we understand that. What's the first part of the machine? The very first part of the machine, it starts with an I. Very first part of the machine is input. Awesome. Brian and Michelle. Brian, you're fast today, man. And Daniel and Charlotte and Sherry. Input. The first is the input. Which means what? Now what does input mean? What does it relate to? Relates to what it starts with a B. Relates to what the person you need to be. Right? The input is who you need to be to start the machine. It's our beliefs, it's our attitudes, it's our habits. Right? So our input into the machine to start the ignition to actually make the machine even work. Our sexy machine. If we want our sexy machine to work, we need to be that person like we were talking about earlier. We need to have the right attitudes, we need to have the right beliefs that we can do this, and we need to have the right habits. And you guys came up with three power words that you wanted to work on over the next 90 days to help input your machine to help start your machine up. Right? We wanted to get that shit going, so we got to get that input going. Now, once we get the input going, what comes next? Starts with a T. Michelle got it first. Starts with a T. And it's throughput, right? It's throughput. And throughput starts is what. It's our action, Right? Actions. Actions. So our throughput is the actions we need to take to continue our machine to move forward. So we start our machine with our input, we become that right person, then we take the right actions. Or action doesn't necessarily have to be the right action, has to be an action, right? So we take actions and then it gets to the last part of the machine. Very simple is the last part of the machine is what output, Nice output. And Daniel says its output is our result, it's the outcome. So when we have the output is what actions. So who we need to become to do the right actions or do actions, and then that will create some sort of result. Right? And the results that we want to create were the 90 day results you guys came up with yesterday. So the 90 day results, I want to give some feedback based off that because I know one of the challenges when it comes down to 90 day coming up with a goal or coming up with like some sort of thing that you want to do, we like to say, like things in a general sense, and that's how we normally talk, right? I want to make more money, I want to get more leads. I want to do things on social media. I want to be active on social media. All right, so when you don't define your result, you won't get your result. So make more money if that's what you want to do in 90 days, great. What does that mean? Does that mean if you make a dollar, does that make more money or is it $5? When do you make more money and how do you celebrate that? So I want you to really think about your 90 day specific three things that you're working on. And I want you to, if you haven't yet come up with something specific that's going to know that you actually did it. So there's three ways. I like to look at this really fast. The first way is it's a project, right? So if I want to write a chapter in my book that's specific, I saw some people wanting to do that if I want to. Someone had a great specific one. Sorry if I forgot your name, but they wanted to reach 40 different contacts. That's, you know, that's specific, right? So if you have a project you want to work on, there's an actual project that is something that is specific. So think of a project you'd want to work on over 90 days. The next thing you can think about is numbers, right? If something's got a number attached to it, that's usually helpful for being more specific. I want to make $1,000. I want to make $5,000. I want to generate 100 new leads. I want to talk to 50 new people. Right? So if you have a number attached to it, that helps with being specific. Okay. And then the third thing is, can be a percentage, right? We like to do some percentages in our company, so like a 15% revenue growth, a 10% lead growth. Right? So we like to do sometimes percentages in ours. But that is the three main things that would really help you in being specific with what you're doing. Because if you're not specific, then you can easily cop yourself out and say, well, I kind of did it. Right? Give yourself some lame ass excuse of, well, I mean, I kind of did it. No, that's not what we're doing here. It's either you did it or you didn't do it. And you don't have to beat yourself if you didn't do it. At least you went for it. But I want you to understand that you either check it off or you don't check it off. You either scratch it out or you don't scratch it out. Right? And that's what I want you to understand is when you're specific. There's a great principle that I learned from Mr. T. Harv Eker where attention goes, energy flows and results show. So your attention needs to go to gives you your energy, which then gives you your results. Everybody write that down. Where attention goes, energy flows and results show. One more time. Where attention goes, energy flows and results show. Right. Yeah. Oscar on Facebook says smart goals for the win. Of course. Yeah. Smart goals are great, specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and with a target. Right. Something like that. Like a target date. Something like that. Something like that. Smart goal. But yeah, I just like to be specific with what we're doing. Right. So you want to make sure that you're able to cross that. Cross it out. Did I do it or I didn't do it? Okay, so that's one main feedback that I had from yesterday. If you are general, go back to your list of three and make it specific. Okay? That's what I have to say. All right, so day two, today I'm just gonna pull up, get this over here. So day two, today we are going to be talking about the middle of the machine, our sexy machine. And we're gonna be talking about the throughput, the actions that we want to take. Okay, so today is a little more tactical. I want to give you some good training as far as growing your business, because this challenge is not only about mindset, it's about giving you the strategies and principles to actually grow your business and If I can give you the three most important things that I believe and that have worked really well for myself and our companies that we've done. I created two multimillion dollar companies before I turned 30 years old. So I do have some experience. I've run this company now for eight years, Harvacker International, and we now have 16 employees. When we first started, I and my wife were the business, right. Jen worked is not as involved right now, but she was super involved before and she's still very much on the strategy side. But when Jen and I first started, it was just us, right? And we were doing all the writing, we're doing all the production, we were doing everything except we did have one client care person, okay? And we did everything. And we've grown this company to what it is right now, multimillion dollar company and is, you know, really, really exciting at the moment. We have lots of really fun things happening. So I have some experience and when it comes to growing a business, I understand the levers, the most important things that are actually going to create growth. Okay, so today we're going to talk about how do you grow a business with the three most important parts to growing a business. Now I want you to think about this. How I teach is in a way that I try to make things as simple as possible because someone's smart. I like to quote him a lot because he's a very smart guy and I've learned probably the most from him. Mr. T. Harbecker. So he says if it's simple, it's doable. If it's complicated, it becomes interesting, right? We don't like doing complicated things, okay? We are human. We like to take the path of least resistance. So when I teach, I like to simplify things and I like to make it as simple as possible so that you actually freaking do it and understand it, okay? I'm not trying to complicate things. I'm not trying to look cool. I'm not trying to make things harder than they are actually. Business can be really simple if you think of it in a simple way. To grow your business, okay? There is different parts to it, obviously, and you got to get good at those different parts. And it's not easy, but it is simple. There are certain things that are going to make you grow and certain things that are not going to make you grow. Okay? So today we're going to be talking about the throughput and this is the actions you want to take. So I'm going to bring up my iPad right now and I'm going to do some drawings for you guys, some writings for you guys, and then we'll go from there. All right? So give me a sec. I was prepared today. Woo. What's up? All right, let me get this. I wasn't prepared enough to join the meeting though. That was funny. Okay. 9, 6, 4, 4, 6, 4, 8. All right, here we go. All right. How's everyone getting there? How's everyone doing so far? Give me a heck. Yeah. Into the chat if you're having a good time so far. Charlotte, so I have three goals. Is it a good idea to only have three or can I have more? So, Charlotte, this is a great question. So if you are someone who wants to have more than three goals over the next 90 days, don't do it. Why? Because what ends up happening is you end up spreading yourself too thin. Okay, so three goals is great. And if you can hit those three goals, then you're gonna crush it. Right? If you do more, it's a bonus. But like, only focus on three. We only focus anywhere from three to five max. And we have 16 people helping us with that. Okay, so we only do three to five. Less is more. Less is more. Think about that. Less is more. Okay, I'm going to cancel my spotlight. I'm going to do this. Share my screen. All right, Here we go. All right, All right. So we have three parts to growing business. Okay, so I'm going to share the three different parts. Okay, so this is a map of what a growing business looks like. Okay, everyone repeat the first thing for me. The first thing for me is what? Repeat the first thing. Repeat the first thing for me to growing a business. The first thing is what? I'm right here. I just wrote it. What's the first thing? Get leads. Get leads. Right? Get leads. Get leads. That's the first thing we need to know about growing a business is get leads. All right? Get leads. The second thing. What's the second thing? Make sales. Yeah, make sales. Get leads. Make sales. Easy so far. All right, and then the third thing. What's the third thing? Make it bigger for everyone. What's the third thing? Can everyone read my writing? Deliver promise. Right? Deliver promise. So we have three parts to growing a business. The three parts to growing a business really simply. And everyone can see this on Facebook. Okay? Right. I want to make sure. Yeah, everyone's saying, okay, so three parts is the get leads, make sales, deletes. All right, so those are the three parts that we have to growing a business. Okay, now let's do something fun. All right, So I want to do a little bit of a fun exercise with you guys. And this is something that you guys can do personally, but we're going to do it as a group so we understand where everyone's at. It's important to understand that we're all kind of in this together, right? And we're a tribe now and we're like, we're a community now. So it's important to see where we're all at and then we all progress together, right? So I want everyone to think of and anyone who is on my one day live event has done something like this, but I want everyone to think of traffic light. Okay? On a traffic light, there's three different signals. There's a red signal, then there's a yellow signal. That was a good one. And the green signal, man, my drawing is getting way better. So there is three signals, right? So what I want you to do is I'm going to say something and you're going to either write in red, yellow or green relating to you, okay? And then I'm going to take our collective like what I see the most collectively and then I'm going to mark it onto our sheet together. Okay? So let's talk about getting leads, right? So if you don't have a business yet, think of it in your knowledge, right? Your knowledge to getting leads. If you do have a business, the actual amount of leads that you get, that qualified leads, then the amount is not necessarily possible, but like the qualified leads or a system for getting leads. Talk about it like this. If you are new to business and don't have a business right now and you don't know anything about getting leads, you would be a red if you kind of know something about leads, but you've never really gone deep into understanding and creating a process that would be yellow. If you feel like you're really like, once you start going, you have a full on plan for doing it, you'd be great. Now, if you have a business already, red means you have no system already for getting. You don't know what actions to take for getting leads. Yellow is you kind of know what actions, but they don't really work. And you just try a bunch of different things but nothing's really happening for you. You get some leads, but it's more word of mouth. And green is you have leads whenever you want. All right, so let's see, on my side, we got green, yellow, yellow, yellow. We got red, okay? And we got lots of yellows, lots of yellows. Lots of yellows. More yellows. Yellows, Yellows, Yellows. Okay, Yellow. This is pretty good. Yellow. Yellow. Awesome. You guys are much more educated than I thought on this. Then usually when it comes down to a lot of people really are in the red zone. That's really good, though. Yellow's awesome. All right, let's talking about making sales. So when it comes to making sales, we are. Red is. I have no idea how to make a sale. I hate selling. Selling sucks. Yellow is okay. I have a little bit of a process for making a sale. I've made sales before, but I definitely would not be able to scale my business. And green would be. I can scale my business. I'm ready to go to a million dollars. Where are we at? Oh, Marcella is green on sales. Green. Okay. Yellow. Yellow. Green. Okay. Green. So you feel like you have a process. Awesome. Selling is an act of love. I love that. Yellow. Okay. Yellow. We got red. Yellow. We got yellow. Yellow, yellow, yellow, yellow, yellow. You guys are awesome. I was definitely thinking this was going to be a red sales pros. This is unbelievable. We're going with a yellow. Unbelievable, guys. That's really, really great. That's really awesome. So you either have a lot of knowledge, you know, you're not a disaster when it comes to sales. You feel pretty good about it. And I'm seeing some greens like you're ready to scale. That's super exciting. Okay, let's talk about one more thing. Delivering a promise. So when you're delivering a promise means, like, you're delivering what people are paying for, right? You're solving their problem. Red means that if someone bought something from you right now, you would be totally doubtful that you'd be able to deliver what you are selling. So deliver a result. Deliver. Yeah. Some people say big red. It's collective. Don't worry. This is personal for you. You're taking it with yourself. But it's all good. We're doing it as a group. So if you're red, you got places to go, Right. If you're green, you got still places to go. So don't worry about it. So delivering promise. We have red is. I just don't feel comfortable that I would really. Someone paid me, so if someone paid me a bunch of money, I don't necessarily know I'd be able to deliver fully where I just, like, I want to do it, but I don't necessarily have the skills to do it yet or the. Maybe not the experience at what level I want to sell at. Like, to deliver at yellow would Be, you know, I would feel pretty good about delivering my promise where they would at least meet the expectations of the person. And the green would be I would exceed the expectations of a person when I charge my value. Now this is a big part, charging your value. Because I know a lot of you undercharge, okay. Especially my coaches. All my coaches most likely are undercharging for your value. So if you can exceed your expectations on a higher level, like the value the actually bring, not at the lower cost. So what is it? Marcella is a super shiny green, yellowish green change value. That's a big one. Charge for value. Yeah, that's a big one. Yellow, green, red, green, yellow, green. Ooh, we got a lot of yellows and greens. Yellow, green, yellow, green, yellow, green. Okay, I'm gonna do half. It's two words. So I'm gonna give you guys a yellow and a green because I like you so much. Okay, so why do we do this? Well, again, when we want to make a change, we have to look at awareness, right? We want to look at where we're kind of need to work on the most. So there's three parts to our throughput, right? In our machine, we have three parts. We have the get leads, we have make sales, we have deliver promise. Each one of those three parts are really important for our success. If we can master all three of those, our business will grow. Simple, right? Our business will grow. If we can get better at all three of those sections, our business will grow. Who's with me? Do you guys? Do you guys, Are you in agreement that if you get more leads, you know how to make more sales and you're better at delivering your promise, or you can deliver your promise, your business will grow? Right? Get everyone with me on that. Yeah, exactly. So what do you do to get those leads? What do you do to get those sales? What do you do to deliver those promises? Right? So that's what I'm here to help you guys with. I'm going to show you. Right? So let's see. Oh, Sherry. 187% growth. That's amazing. Awesome. So who wants to see the strategies to be able to do this? Me. I do. I do. Who wants to see the strategies? Who wants the strategies? Okay, let me get rid of this. Okay, so I'm going to give you nine different things that's going to help with helping you focus in the right direction on what you need to do for all three of these areas. Okay? So each one of these are important and they help build off each Other now it's important to also know, don't get overwhelmed with needing to master all of them. Right. We need to pick and choose based off of our capacity, based off of what we can do, based off of literally the amount of time that we have with everything else going on. But if you need something, like, one of the biggest challenges that I know people run into is I don't know what to do next, or I don't know where to focus or, like, what's the highest priority Things come back to this map here, which is, I think, an amazing thing for you to be able to look at. Come back to it and look at it and say, okay, which one of these nine things can I start to work on that will help me? Right? All right, so let's do this. So the first one on get leads. Now, here's my big thing. If you've done these iPad things with me before, you know that my spelling is not the best. Okay. This is a quirk for me. It's something that I don't really care about, to be completely honest. I do most of my writing online, and I can either worry about my spelling or I can and let it stop me from doing my iPad. Or I can do these trainings and serve you guys and get rich. Right. I could be successful or worry about my spelling. I choose to be successful. Right. Spelling and success have nothing to do with each other. I have an editor on our team, Mary. She's amazing. She does the editing for me. So when I write, she does the editing. Match made in heaven. Right? There's something called Grammarly. Oh, here's a great tool. Grammarly. Look that up. It's a great tool app Grammarly. I use that. That stuff's really good, right? Yeah. Grammar and spelling. Police. Free zone. Thank you, Vicki. I appreciate that. My wife, amazing editor. Grammar. Unbelievable. When it was me and Jen that was basically just doing the company, and Jen did editing up until she had Jordan. She's just unbelievable editor. So we're a really good team together, obviously. Okay, let's get back to this, because I can go into stories forever. Okay, so the first thing that we want to talk about when we talk about leads. So the first thing that we want to talk about is what it is what it is. I should. How can I? I don't know if I'll be able to flip this around. No, I won't be able to. Can everyone see that? Build network. First one is Build network. Okay. Build network. That's the first one. So what do you do to build your network. Well, everyone knows that when you have an audience to serve, it's much easier to get them to do stuff like get them to move forward. When you have more people to reach, you have more opportunity to showcase who you are, why you're the, you know, the person that they should work with, why your product or service is important. So having some sort of network is important for you to consistently do. We call this, for us, our ecosystem. Right? We call this our ecosystem. It's our network. So when people come into our network, we have a process for moving them through to sales and delivering our promise. So we're constantly building our network. We do it on an organic side, where it's building our social media profiles or me meeting people.
