Almost everything else we do literally, is to be happy or happier. Literally everything we do is to be happier or happier. Otherwise, why do you do it? Right. We want more money. Right. Why? To be happier. We want a loving relationship. Why? To be happier. We do all kinds of activities and things and golf and swim and go to the beach and do this and hang out with these people. Why? To be happier. All these things are to what? To be happy. And so it's time to just admit and commit, admit and commit that what we really want is just to be happy and make it happiness number one. Number one priority. And why is that important? By the way, I use this on myself ten times a day. Okay? This is critical. Why is it so important that happiness be your number one priority? Why? Everybody needs to hear this right now. This is the biggest problem for most people. You don't realize it, but you are constantly doing things and thinking things that make you make you unhappy. Let me say it again. The reason, the primary reason you are not as happy as you could be is because you keep making yourself unhappy. And exactly how you do this to yourself, subconsciously, without realizing it, without knowing it, is what I'm going to be teaching on this online thing.
