Hey, it's Jesse Ecker, and today's issue is issue number eight in the Millionaire mindset. In times of crisis. Today's video is all about online training and online teaching and how to make sure that you set yourself up for success and use this time to really establish your authority, your expertise, and use the online training platforms that are available for you, very low cost to start to propel your business, your profession, your career forward for the future. So there's no secret. Live events are not happening right now, and we don't know when large gatherings or events are going to happen again in the future. So we need to make sure that we set ourselves up in a position to succeed no matter what. And online training is an easy and fun and simple way for you to be able to do this. There's so much creativity happening right now. There's yoga streaming. We've done a hypnotherapy session online. We do online trainings all the time. And those who are learning how to do it, getting the knowledge how to do it, and using their expertise, their skills, their life experiences to be able to teach other people online are really succeeding right now, and they're going to be thriving in the future. So I'm going to give you three tips today. Three tips. It's the three T's to online training, and then you can use those to start getting you started. All right? So tip number one is your topic. You got to pick a hot topic. You got to pick a topic that's in demand. You got to pick a topic that people want. You got to pick a topic that you want, right? You want. You know, Harvard always talks about your head, your heart, and your hands, right? So, you know, understand that your topic, it has to. It's got to mean something to you. It's got to mean something to you. Um, you got to have the knowledge of what it is and then the skills. You got to, you know, be able to show people how you can implement that in your life. So the head, the heart, the hands will help you with your topic. Also, understanding, like, is there a market out there? Are people interested in what you're doing? You want to make sure that you have an audience for you to be able to teach or train, right? So that's tip number one is picking a hot topic, and I say hot. Tip number two is the technology. You know, technology for a lot of people can be really a thorn or it can be really easy. It kind of depends on what your budget is or, you know, or not. I'm Filming this right now on an iPhone with a little bit of a stand, so I'm not shaking as much. I also have some airbuds in so that I can sound a little clearer, but it's not necessary for a have. But iPhones work great. Or any type of phone with a camera on it. We also have. I'll show you over here. I also just got myself this camera which a Panasonic one. It was 50% off. This is a really good one. And that's going to be for my nice shoots. And this is the lens that I bought myself if you wanted to see that. So that is a little more expensive. And that's going to give you like that very crisp 4K blurred background. That looks really nice. You're going to need some extra setup with that. And the setup for something like that would probably be for your home studio, about 1200 bucks, maybe 1500 with lights and everything, depending if you have natural light or not. So that's it. That's one part of the technology is your equipment. The other part is Internet. You want to make sure you have stable Internet. There's nothing worse than someone cutting out during their trainings and not understanding them. It's frustrating for someone on the other side. It gets disengaging. So you want to make sure you have strong Internet. Either you're built into the ethernet or you just have a very strong connection with on WI Fi. I know a lot of people are surfing the web right now and there's a lot of, you know, people online. Brand bandwidth is a little bit low, so just give yourself a break. But just make sure you're set up for success. Okay? So technology is important, but it's not something that needs to be like detrimental. Also, if you're using streaming platforms, I recommend Zoom. Zoom is our favorite and it's very easy to. It's $15 a month for the pro version or there's actually a free version that's you can do up to 45 minute meetings. So that's pretty cool. We also use Facebook for Facebook streaming or even YouTube Live. So lots of free options for you to use. Again, Internet is probably the most important thing here. And then having some sort of camera, right. You want to have a good area to film in as well. This is my office. Not everything is so nice. Sometimes I have to move around because of the light, because I have this back right there. But it really does work well for me. And you want to make sure that you can set yourself up with a nice background. That's not distracting, not a mess around you, but you can find a little corner in your house or office or bedroom even and make it nice. Lots of things online about creating a home studio so you could check that out. And the third T is training. You want to make sure that you're an effective trainer. You want to make sure you're an effective communicator. You want to make sure that you are engaging. You know how to speak to your people, how to train them, how to set up your events in a specific way that is going to be most effective for them but also transformational and giving them the outcome that you promise. So this is really important that you understand how to do the training. So today I have two awesome things for you. One is if you want to understand your topic and you want to know what your topic is or what to teach, you have no idea, but you really want to come up with a cool, hot and special topic that your market or a market is going to love. Then we have a link underneath this video right now going to be a free PDF that you will take you through exercise of finding a kick ass topic. How awesome is that? The second thing is the training part. The training part is so, so, so important. It really makes the difference between, you know, the newbies to the people who are decent, to the people who are amazing that you just want to follow. You know, authenticity wins. Like you don't have to be perfect or polished to be a great trainer, but you do need to know what you're doing and, and that's going to make the biggest difference in how fast you succeed and how you can really take this to the next level. So we have another link underneath that which is a free class by T. Harv eker. It's about 90 minutes long. He takes you through the eight trade secrets to becoming an effective online speaker and trainer. This can be used online or in person. And he gives you really the details on how he's been able to create his multimillion dollar training business and how you can follow and model him as well. So both of those are free. Now one of the things I said in the newsletter that I want to make sure that you don't, that I didn't forget is someone asked me like, so I don't have my own product or service. I don't know exactly. I don't have something that someone could buy right now. And I want to just mention that you don't need your own product or service to be able to train online. Actually you can use other people's products and services and promote them or borrow their credibility and promote what they're doing and you know, split revenue with them. This is called an affiliate. So one of the things that shouldn't stop you is having your own stuff because you can partner with other people, people like ourselves who you know, we have a lot of people who promote our programs but but then they teach their own aspects of what we do and then they give Harv the like they give Harv's programs to their audience for them to buy and then we split commissions with them. So there's lots of different ways for you to get started. It doesn't really matter if you have a product or not. The most important thing is that you get started now. So check out the links below. Hope you enjoyed this video. Just remember the three T's to getting started. Started online with your training and have an amazing weekend and rest of your day. Talk to you soon. Bye for now.
