I just had someone a little while ago say to me, I'm making $180,000 a year in my job as a programmer. I've got some great programming ideas for apps for this whatever. But I don't know, you know, should I do that on my own? Should I? I'm making some money, good money here. What should I do? All right, so the question, the answer I said was, listen, are you programming apps right now for another company? They go, no, no, no. This is a programming for some type of, you know, nuclear power plants. And it has nothing to do with apps. It's not my passion, but I make. All right, here's what I say do. Listen, why don't you start with somebody else? A company that's already doing and programming and selling and marketing apps like you want to do, all right? Work for them for a little while. Learn, go to school on them. But, Harv, I looked it up, and the most I could get is like 100 grand a year. I'd be losing 80,000 a year. Right. Thank you. You're lucky you're not paying 150,000 or $300,000 a year for someone to teach you this. Okay? For you to go down a little bit in your income. Come on. Rich people think long term. Broke people think short term. Okay? Go for three months, six months. Go work in an area that you are going to find a niche. And you are. You want to start your business in, Go work for somebody else for a few months, for half a year, whatever. Take your little comeuppance, earn whatever you can. Make sure you're earning something. If you go down a little bit, cut your lifestyle a little bit, because now you're going to know what the heck you're doing when you get into that business. And if you're smart, you're going to start with customers already coming with you from that other situation, from that other business, coming with you to start your business from day one, you start earning money.
