The 3 Most Important Beliefs

Our beliefs, they're everything. Every part of what we do stems from a preconditioned belief that we have. Our beliefs are the chain reaction to our thoughts, to our feelings, to our actions, and then to our results. Our beliefs is what starts everything. Change your beliefs, change your results. Simple as that. If you can change the way that you think about something and believe something, then your results will change as well. Remember, your beliefs lead to your thoughts, your thoughts lead to your feelings, and your feelings lead to your actions. Those are only the things that you can control, only these, the results you can't control. So you want to change your beliefs? Start with these three beliefs. If you can be aware of these three beliefs that you're having, are they supportive or non supportive? If you can examine these beliefs and really redefine them in a way that is going to help you versus hurt you, a way that's going to support you versus sabotage you, then you're going to have an amazing rest of this year. So what are the three beliefs? Belief number one, believing you can do it if you want to earn a million dollars, or if you want to earn $500,000 or if you want to sprint. I mean if you want to run.
The four minute mile, whatever it is.
You need to believe that you can do it. If you don't believe you can do it, guess what your thoughts, feelings and actions are going to mimic the belief that you are not able to do it. You need to deep down believe that in some way you'll be able to do it. So examine. Do you believe that you're able to succeed in what you're doing right now? And if not, check it, become aware of it, see where it stems from. Why don't you believe that? Belief number two, believing you're capable of doing it, achieving it, of achieving the results that you want. I learned this from T. Harvacker. Obviously one of my greatest mentors. Grew up with the guy and been working for him for eight years. I can. Basically every lesson he teaches is ingrained in this hat. Everything in life is learnable. Let me repeat that. Everything in life is learnable. So maybe you're not capable at this specific time, but believing that you will somehow figure it out and become capable in the future is a belief you need to have to get the results that you want. Simple as that. Believing that you're capable, achieving what you want is the second belief. So believing that you can do it, believing that you're capable of doing it. And then the third belief, probably the strongest belief, that sabotages most people, very human nature because of how we grew up, stems from a lot of childhood memories, a lot of things that happen. The belief is are you enough? Do you believe that you are enough to achieve the results that you want? Are you enough? You know, most people end up believing that they're not good enough to achieve the results they want. They were told that they're not smart enough, they're not fast enough, they're not tall enough. But you are enough and you need to believe it. So if you can identify, become aware of any tension that's caused from these beliefs that you may be having. When it comes down to believing you can do it, believing that you're capable of doing it, and believing that you're enough, if you can identify any non supportive parts to those three questions and you can change them and reframe them to becoming more supportive, to becoming more believable, your results will change, your year will change, your life will change. So what belief is it that's resonating with you? Is it number 1, 2 or 3? Comment below thank you for watching this video and have an amazing rest of your day. Bye for now.
