Let me speak to that person that feels like they lost their worth of their value. This is a dollar bill. Now, if I go to the store and there's something for 90 cents, can I buy it with this dollar bill? Okay, all right, so if I go to the store and there's something for 85 cents and after tax it ends up being 96 cents, can I buy with this dollar bill? Okay, all right, so what if I borrow the dollar bill up? Think about, I just bought the dollar bill up, like, so we can't be worth a dollar now. It's probably worth like 95 cents, right? How much you think it's worth? A dollar. Listen, listen, y' all gotta pay attention. I just balled it up, so clearly it's not worth a dollar anymore. All right, all right, so maybe. What if I step on it? What if I stomp it? I just stomped it. How much is it worth now? Maybe 65 cents, 68 cents. It's still worth a dollar. Okay, what if I ball it up? What if I stomp on it and then I put it in the trash can and it's in and it's around. Some beer and some gum and a bunch of other nasty stuff and some guy off the street pulls the dollar out, unfolds it, how much is it worth now? Maybe 82 cents. And. Come on, at least 92 cents. It's okay, all right, so what if I ball it up? What if I step on it? What if I put it in trash and then watch this. I tear it in half. Think about it now, right? How much is it worth now? A dollar. I could tape it. Wait, wait, wait, wait a second. Wait a second. I just. I just balled it up, I just stepped on it. I put it in trash, I pulled it out, then I tore it in half. And you mean to tell me I could pick the dollar up, I could wipe it off and I could put some tape around it and it's still worth a dollar? Then why, if this dollar doesn't lose its worth or its value, then why do you feel like you've lost your worth of value? Because, like, you've been stepped on. You feel like you've been pushed aside. You feel like you've been abandoned. You feel like you've been talked about. You feel like you've been abused, like someone took from you, someone hurt you, somebody took advantage of you. And deep down inside your core, you feel like you've lost some of your value. And I am here to tell you today that this dollar still has Worth in value. Because there are some men years ago who put value over this life and said no matter what happens to it, it can still be taped back together. It can still be wiped off. And I am here to tell you that you and you're born and you're here and you have life and you have purpose and you have value. And though you've gone through some hard times and though you've experienced some depression and you might be wanting to hurt yourself and you might want to give up, I am here to tell you, you still got worth and value. And there is nothing that can happen that could take your worth and your value away. So what you got to do now is you got to pick yourself up, you got to dust yourself off, and you got to keep moving.
Whoo. What's up, everyone? Welcome to day number three. That video gave me the chills. Oh, my God. You guys are really worth value. You guys got to remember that. I know a lot of you guys maybe feel sometimes that you're not enough, that some people tell you that you're just not good enough or that you don't bring enough value to the marketplace, but I'm here to tell you that you do and you are enough and you do bring enough value to the marketplace. So how was that video? Did you guys like that video? It was a little bit different than the other ones, but I just felt like it was just. It was necessary. Yeah. How did you like that video? Let me see it. Awesome. Loved it. Loved it. Yeah. So good. Thank you guys so much for your participation. You're awesome. Thank you for being here. Charlotte says it's great. Super good, says Krista. Need to show everyone. Yes, says Marcella. Sherry says she loves was perfect. Tracy says. Amanda says awesome video. Heather says I'm enough. I love that video. Amazing. Thank you guys so much. Again, it's the weekend. For some of you, it's now going to be the middle of the night for other people going into the week. And you are here. We are here for day number three. Whether you're watching this live right now or maybe in a couple hours, you're watching the replay. You're doing it. You're getting through this. You're up for the challenge. We're here right now. We're enjoying the process of going through the challenge together. And I can't even believe the transformations that I'm already seeing inside this group. Only after three days, it's so mind boggling to me that just the momentum, the consistency, the progress people are making from people Starting at day zero. Going live to people new. Going live for the first time for everyone. Giving inspiration to each other and making sure that everyone's supported and encouraging. Man, this is. It's just unbelievable to watch from an outsider's point of view and an insider's point of view, but it's just incredible to see everyone start to blossom, like, really start to grow and how quick you can do that. I want to talk about my shirt really fast. It's called average sucks. Everyone can see that. It's a really cool term. I love it. It's my buddy Michael Bernhoff. He's coming out with his new book, Average Sucks. And I think it's a great reminder. He came with a cool water bottle as well. Average sucks. And it's a great reminder that we don't want to be mediocre for our lives. We want to be above average people. And the way that we become above average is we put in the work to do it. We show up like you guys are right now. Show up to what you're doing. Show up to everything that you're doing. Give it 100%. When you're doing it right, when you say commit, you commit. When you go all in, you go all in and you feel that all in, there's a difference from all in to 95%. There's a difference from 100% to 99%. And only you is the person who's going to know the difference. Only you is going to know how hard you really push. How did you really show up? And it's a muscle. Just like everything else. Your mind is a muscle. Your brain is a part of a muscle, right? So every day we got to show up and we got to flex that muscle like we would for our other ones. I got pretty big biceps, so I don't want to show any of them off right now. So you got to keep flexing, right? You got to keep doing it. So today we're continuing to move forward in growing our business. And today we're going to be talking about, I think, one of the most, One of the, I would say one of the primary reasons most business owners are struggling today. And we're going to get into that in a second. But today is really important. And it doesn't matter at what level you're actually at to take advantage of today. Even us, a seven figure multi, seven figure company, we still look at today's lesson and ask ourselves similar questions to what I'm gonna give you today, like, as prompts. Okay, so I'm seeing some things like, how do I get that shir. So I believe it's. If you want to go to averagesucks.com averagesucks.com you can get this shirt. You can get his new book. I know he's awesome. Michael Bernhoff, one of my good friends. So if you want to get this shirt averaged socks.com and Jason on the Facebook group just said something. He said, how you do anything is how you do everything. And that is so true. Jason, my man, it is so true. And that's from T Harv Eker. Obviously, when we're hiring someone and they do something, that's a little red flag. Dana and I do a lot of the hiring. So when we look at that, we say the red flag. We say that every time. How you do anything is how you do everything. And most of the time, even when it's not, has to do with hiring, let's say, based off skills and specialty. We look at. Did they say they were going to get back to us by the end of the day and didn't do it? That's a huge red flag. How you do anything is how you do everything. Did they say that they would send us a reference, but then they didn't? Did they say they would get back at a certain day or time? We just listened to what they do, and if they don't follow through, how they do anything's how they do everything, they don't get hired. And that's how we look at hiring people, making sure that their qualities and their habits and their traits are the person that needs to be the person on our team for our culture. Right. That's how you need to be. Right. What you're doing in one part of your life affects every other part of life. Remember, we're holistic beings, so one part of life is going to affect the other part. We want to make sure that we're working it all together right there. Dana posted it. Great. Hey, Dana, you're so sharp on this. Awesome. Okay, so let's do a little bit of a recap. And remember, the reason why we review is because we retain the information so much better. So when we review something, we are actually retaining it, ingraining it, and getting it on a deeper level to us actually doing, like, you know, understanding what we're doing. One of the biggest challenges with reading a book is you read the book and most people don't go back and review the book. And if you do and you read it again, you ingrain it in different level. I Saw in our Harv Eker Academy, someone said they watched the first module of Secrets of Inner Power 50 times. That's a lot. But you know, it's the understanding that the first time through you don't normally capture everything. Right. That's why watching replays of stuff, recordings of stuff, rewatching stuff, which I can't stand, but I, you know, I do. I'm just being very honest. Like Jen, my wife, we can watch a TV show and she'll watch it the day before and if I didn't watch it to catch up, she'll watch it again with me and she'll have no problem with it. But for me, I can't stand watching the same thing. But that's just one of my personality traits. And I'm a big quick start. I like to keep moving forward. She's a big follow through. So we're different on that front. So basically when we review, at least in a short tense, it starts to trigger and starts to ingrain in your neurological pathways. And your neurological pathways are what creates your habits. Right. The stronger your neurological pathways, you have good habits and bad habits, but they start to get more ingrained. Right? Yeah. Someone said, I've read Secrets of the millionaire mind 40 to 50 times. That's crazy. And that's awesome. Congratulations, Thomas. That's amazing. Okay, so here we go. So let's talk about this. Let's talk about first our sexy machine. We've developed this sexy machine for ourselves. And our sexy machine is our business. Right? So there's three parts to our business. What are they? The first part is the what? It starts with an I. I want to see it in the chat. What's the first part of the business that we need? Everyone's got it. Brian, Michelle, Christy. Input, Input. And we got inputs going around. So what does input mean? I want again, what does input mean? When we talk about input, we're talking about what? We're talking about what? When we're talking about input, we're talking about ourselves. Right. Christy, the B. Marcella says we need the B. Right. So the input is what starts the engine. It's what makes us actually start the machine. When we start the machine, that's when things can start moving. And the only way we can start the machine is if we become the person that's going to be able to start that machine up. So that means for a lot of you, being courageous, being bold, being consistent, being focused, being clear, right? We need to be the person that starts that machine. If you never start the machine, then you'll never get the result that you want. So we have the input, right? Everyone's got that. I feel like everyone's got that locked down. But I'm going to be covering it every day because it's the most important part. Again, we need to be that person. If we're not that person, we're not going to get the result that we want. The machine will not work the way that we want without being the person we need to be. So what I want to hear from you guys right now is what are your three words that you're working on? Put it into the chat, put it into the comments. What are those three words that you're working on? Are you literally working on them? Have you slipped or brought yourself back? Have you noticed yourself going back to old habits and then triggering yourself to work on those three things? Things are fresh right now. Things are exciting. This is a good chance to really, really practice what you're really trying. So are you doing your three words? Planner, doer, contagious, or courageous? Organized, Center, Intuitive. Yes. Consistent, courageous, Focused. Beliefs, attitudes, habits. No, that's from before. Consistent, bold, focused. Says Marcela. We have self, disciplines, consistency and fear. Right? Courage, leadership. Consistent. Action taker. Focused, committed, organized. Amazing. So a little trick if you are having a little bit of a hard time. For me, I'm a very single, focused person. I'm not a good. I'm a really poor multitasker. So me being able to do all this at the same time is like a huge victory, right? It takes a lot of mental work for me right now. I'm not a big multitasker. I'm very single, focused. So, like, I'm top of mind. When something's in my mind, that's what I'm thinking about. It's hard for me to think about multiple different things at once. That's just the way that I am. So for me, if I'm not like consistently recognizing it or have something available to trigger myself, then I go back to my old patterns. So one of the tricks that I have done with some students before Brian, who's on our call on Zoom right now as an example of this is a lot of people have cell phones, right? And cell phones have alarms. And these alarms, you can set multiple alarms for your day. So what Brian did when he showed me one time was that he set five different alarms throughout his day. When he woke up, his first break, lunch, another break, and then before he went to bed. And these alarms would have a message on them that Would say what he wanted, like a declaration for the day. Super smart. Really good idea. And so what we suggest is set some alarms for yourself to bring yourself back to make sure that you ingrain the habit that you're consistently working on. Your three power words. I am courageous. I am powerful. I am consistent. Once you see that again. Once you see it again, it's so ingraining of this whole experience. Like, yeah, this is why I'm doing this. This is what I'm doing. Right? So that's the first part, is the being part. Remember, figure out a trigger when I walk through my office door. I also have a jersey over here. These are two triggers for myself to get myself back grounded to what I'm doing. If I lose my shit, sometimes I do, I'm human, then I can look at certain things and I can bring myself back to normal and I can say, okay, it's okay. We got this, right? You know, it's, you know, keep moving one step at a time. It's all good. You know, there's a lot of stuff going on. No, no worries. It's just the next step that matters, right? I don't need to think about the final step. I need to think about the next step. That's a big golden nugget for a lot of you right now is we are a lot of us thinking of our goal and our output of what's going on, but we're thinking of this so far in front and it's paralyzing us from moving forward. So forget about the final step. Think about the next step. Right? What is the next step that's taking us to our next part of the. Towards our goal? I'm not saying don't think about the final goal. You think big, so think about the final thing. But you act. Your actions are small and doable and you're just thinking about the next step at the same time. All right, so that's the input. Now, yesterday we talked about the throughput, which was an awesome, awesome training. Super enlightening for a lot of you and insightful for a lot of you. A lot of you got so much from that and I think simplified business growth in an easy way for you. I know a lot of you got a lot from the authority pathway and it was. I think it took a lot of pressure off a lot of you. Hopefully it did that. It took some pressure off of you that you don't need to be the expert yet. You don't need that expertise yet. You just need the tribe and tribes are like minded people and they're attracted to a certain community. Right. And a tribe leader doesn't need to be the ultimate head honcho in the world. They just need to be kind of like one step ahead of the tribe members or just kind of the elected tribe leader. Like they are like the person, the person who owns something, the person who is just the forefront, who's starting the conversations, who's keeping people engaged, who's like the community member who's really like making sure that everyone's doing what they're doing. It's like they're the tour guide on a tour. Right? The tour guide isn't the person who is like the end all, be all, but you respect them for what they're doing and they're giving you a good tour of like, you know, the things that they know best. Right. So we want to make sure that when we're looking at our authority pathway, we're not trying to just jump to the, the expert if we haven't built our tribe yet. We want to make sure our tribe supports us. As our tribe supports us, we get supported up into the authority pathway to become the expert. We also talked about the throughput. The throughput means what? It starts with an A. What does throughput mean? Starts with an A. Starts with an A. Ooh, Charlotte. I wrote it on my mirror. I love that. Action. Marcella says. Michelle says action. Yeah, action. Brian says, amazing action. Daniel says. Yeah, so action. Action is our throughput. It's the.
