Happiness is an energy. Let me repeat that. Happiness is an energy like everything else. Einstein said it. He said energy is neither created nor destroyed, but it is always, always, always transferred. In other words, your happiness or unhappiness is contagious. And your happiness, happiness, energy that is contagious. That energy lifts other people. And unfortunately, as I said, the same thing goes with your unhappiness. It brings everyone else around you down. So if you really want to, if you're a good person and you really want to help other people be happy and lift everybody else around you up.
