T. Harv Eker shows how to scale a business by combining duplication with high-ticket offers. He scaled one fitness store to ten, then created training programs ranging from $1,000 to $20,000. Start with low-ticket offers like a $297 entry point, but the real money comes from selling high-ticket items.

Hard to get rich. Hard to get rich. I'm telling you that right now. One of the reasons that I enhanced my wealth, first of all in the fitness business, by duplication, by having 10 stores instead of one store. But in the training business, when I started out, I had one offer, one program. It was 12 $95. By the time we were done. La da da. It got down, you know, with more and more people, it was $395. How did it go from 1295 to 395? How? Because I had. I wrote more and more and more and more programs that were 1000-2000-3000-4000. Right. Packaged together was 20,000 for 12 programs over three years. Very, very, very high value. People said that was the best 20,000 they ever spent. They could have never got that in any school. Made them rich. Worth 20 grand, of course. But that's why I started bringing them in for lower and lower until the millionaire money intensive became either $297 for VIP or some people got in free with the book. A lot of people got in free with the book. All I wanted to do was introduce myself. Then they would see, they'd say, oh, I love this and I want more of what you've got. That's a big secret. If you want to be broke, sell low ticket items for the rest of your freaking life. If you want to ever get rich, have high ticket items. But start with low ticket items to get them involved. Is this making sense to anybody?
