How many of you would agree that it usually takes a lot of energy to achieve your dreams and goals? Yes or yes. So if you don't have that kind of energy, then what is going to happen? Well, you won't feel like doing very much, would you? Yeah. You won't do what you say you're going to do. And as a result, what's going to happen? You won't be successful. True or true. However, the opposite happens when you have tons of energy. Yes. Think about the last time that you got super excited about doing something. What happened? What happened? You felt a rush of energy, Right. In fact, that energy in you is what we call excitement. Meanwhile, that energy is what drives you.
