Some kind of body work has been considered pretty essential in healing trauma. So I wonder how that's brought in Psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
Yeah, I mean, I think ifs has some component of somatic feeling where these parts are in the body and down. You know, Dick Schwartz and I, when we do our retreats, we've really focused on the somatic component because that becomes really important in the psychedelic therapy session. And we really see what Peter Levine talks about with, like, kind of this, like, shaking and moving the body and really letting those parts kind of experience that shape. Aching in the way that they need to release the trauma is very common in the psychedelic process.
