Hi, everyone. Good morning. It's still morning here. Mid morning here in Parking, Nepal. Exciting to be here. I'm here with my wife Sophie. We're here for a pilgrimage and we'll be practicing beginning tomorrow in retreat for a couple of weeks, but we get a day here and there to do some sightseeing. So we're in the town of Parking this morning and we hiked up to what's called Asura Cave, which is a cave where Padma Zambaba is said to have meditated and practiced and attained one of his many manifestations. And actually there were hundreds of young monks there when we were there. We're just above there now. We're on a hillside above there. You can see all the prayer flags behind us. We're going to walk further up to the very top of this hill in a moment. But looking out here, we can see this whole valley in which the town of Park Ping sits. We're surrounded by mountains here, but looking the other way this morning the sky was clear enough that we could see the Himalayas, incredibly majestic peaks as we were having breakfast.
