And so it's so important to have a trauma informed therapist to help with preparation, and then the journey itself, and then the integration of what, you know, happened during the session and ongoing therapy support with your therapist. Right. All the time. I see people come into a psychedelic session and have unearth some deep traumatic material. Right. The understanding of trauma is that you can loop in trauma. Right. And if you metabolize it appropriately, it'll move through. So this is kind of like really big. In emdr, for example, there's this idea that trauma is encoded in this undigested way, an unmetabolized way. And if you can recall the trauma in an appropriate way and remember it with a beginning, middle, and end, and process through that, that'll break up the looping that's happening in the traumatic event and help metabolize that. So then it becomes encoded as a normal memory.
