This was at the height of the Great Recession in 2008, when the collective consciousness was one of fear and overwhelm and scarcity and the economy was continuing to tank. But in two months of doing this morning practice, these six practices, known as the Sabers, I more than doubled my income. I went from being in the worst shape of my life, having not exercised in six months, to committing to train for and run a 52 mile ultramarathon. And my depression didn't take two months to go away. It started fading on days. Day one being replaced with optimism and confidence and resilience. And my life changed so fast, I went to my wife. I remember, I can picture the moment. I said, sweetheart, I signed on two more coaching clients today. She said, that's great. Congratulations. I said, no, no, no, you don't understand. This is monumental. I said, we have officially doubled our income, more than double our income since I started that morning routine two months ago. It feels like a miracle. And without skipping a beat fleet, she said, it's your miracle morning, Sam.
