First of all, service to somebody else is a remedy for depression. You know, when you begin to gift of service, the depression becomes expression and there's an energy that flows. So you get the benefit of giving and sharing. And so it's a path of awakening. And then what happens is the sense of separation ultimately breaks down. You realize there's no other. You know that we're all united in this great field of love and beauty and intelligence, and you're serving that part of yourself that's having an incarnation as another being. So it assists you in breaking down the sense of separation.
