Is there a change in my life that I really believe would allow me to show up more fully as who I am? You had mentioned diet and exercise as something that people struggle with. It's not like your identity is I want to be a person who eats more vegetables. That's not necessarily the identity that people are moving towards with aspiration you make those changes because you are clear about the other roles and relationships in your life that matter to you and it becomes very obvious that if you don't take care of your health it's hard to show up in those roles and relationships as fully as you want to with energy, with vitality, with steadfast exertion and with enthusiasm. And sometimes we need to figure out not only what's the essential good of the change. There's not anything morally true about whether or not you exercise but if you choose to do it, you see how it changes who you are and what you're capable of and that's the thing that you choose.
