I think I had an early recognition as a meditator of interdependence and what that means and then bringing that to our business activities. It has to be good for everybody. They recently did some studies at Google that the number one quality for a team to have to be successful is psychological safety. So what creates psychological safety? I mean, I know I feel psychologically safe with people who are congruent when I can feel there's that disconnect, like they're saying one thing, but I really feel another thing. I don't feel safe. I'm trying to figure out what the heck's really going on with this person. You know, their words are like this, but their body posture is doing something different. So if somebody's willing to be vulnerable, tell the truth, and if they genuinely care, I think that creates an environment of safety. And I think that, as it turns out, brings out the best in people when they feel safe.
