Once I got into realizing I had to get in my body to stabilize my ability to ascend into those states of consciousness at will, you know, without hours of meditation and chanting, which is how I got there the first time. That's where these anchor points come into that. I'm teaching people how to work with. To literally drop into the body, because the body allows us to translate, to be able to understand the gifts and the wisdoms that are in those experiences. The transcendence is beautiful. We just want to make sure that we have the ability to do something with what we discover. Once we're back here and have to go to work on Monday.
