Don't build a business with the intention of selling it. Build a business that you would want to buy. And it just so happens that those two things are the exact same thing. Because I want to buy a business that doesn't require me to spend all of my time in it. I want to buy something that's highly systematized or automated, and I can come in and just push buttons and make money. If you're not integrating AI into your business, if you are trying to sell the business and establish your valuation, if you're sitting at the closing table, especially if you're dealing with, like, private equity or somebody like that, what you do now is going to determine whether you're the prize or the prey. So if you're the prize, meaning you've got this thing automated, it's excellent, it's Systematized, you've got SOPs, you've got quality people running it, you know, these guys are going to come in and see you as we got to buy this thing because it's going to be easy for us. But if you don't have that, they're going to see you as the prey.
