So when worry comes up every five minutes throughout the day, that keeps my body in a constant state of hyper arousal. Keeps my body in a constant state of stress. So it's much healthier to have acute moments of stress than chronic stress. So then, okay, so that's the first two steps, right? You plan a time to worry every single day, 15 to 30 minutes. Not first thing in the morning, not last thing at night. You pick any other time other than that and you do it on paper. Okay? And then the third step is throughout the day, if you catch yourself worrying, you say, oh, brain, thanks for bringing up that worry, but I'm gonna, I'm gonna worry about that at five o'. Clock. And you train your puppy brain to do its business for 15 minutes every day. And the people who I've seen, who have actually followed through with this. Oh, and you practice it. This is the fourth step. You practice it for 30 days, do it for 30 days to make this kind of a new mental habit. Because you can't just do it in one or two days. If you do this for 30 days, like I guarantee you, your anxiety will go down if you have generalized anxiety disorder. Go down by 50%. 50%.
