Short excerpt from a motivational speech by Lisa Nichols (recorded/published April 18, 2025) urging people to curate and deliver their personal stories as concise (3–5 minute) messages using a learnable blueprint. Nichols emphasizes broad, inclusive mobilization—an "army of change makers" spanning genders, ages, races, cultures—and says this calling can apply to business or philanthropy.

So yes, there is an opportunity for us to take your story, your story that you have and curate your story inside of your expertise, put them together, add to that a dignified invitation and then a closing that leaves me wanting to be a better person. Guess what? You can deliver that in a three minute message or a five minute message. And all you need to learn is the blueprint so that you feel comfortable and what you said earlier, more confident to actually deliver that message. And in this current climate, there can't just be one of us or ten of us. In this current climate, we need the gladiator force, we need the army, and we need the army of change makers to look different. We need the men, the women, the white, the black, the Asian, Latino. We need all ages, all cultures and all genders. So if you are hearing this message, there's a calling on your life that's probably greater than you've ever known and, and you can be prepared to make it happen in your business or in your, in your philanthropy. Either way.
