Now, I was recently in a conversation about ascension versus dissension and also miscreation, and it got really interesting because yes, we all hope we're ascending. We want to rise, to expand, to live in love and higher frequency. But here's the truth, it's easy to descend. Every time you choose to focus on what's wrong, to make someone else wrong, to judge, blame, or hold resentment, you're unconsciously choosing a path of dissension. Every time you refuse to forgive Or play in the energy of superiority— I'm right, they're wrong— you're playing the game of duality. That's the lower realm energy. That's the loop that keeps people trapped in separation.
