Let me just share a, a client story, and I'm going to call her Vanessa. And she'd always been skeptical and wary of men due to some negative experiences that she had in her past, and she carried the belief that all men were awful and found it challenging to trust or form meaningful connections with them. She started to believe that there were good men out there, individuals who were capable of love, support, and genuine connection, and she allowed herself to be open to new possibilities and embrace the idea that a positive relationship was indeed possible.
