Hi, this is all about juicing, and people ask me, well, what should I be having for my breakfast? So let me show you. For 2 people, I suggest 4 apples, 2 beetroot, some ginger, 4 carrots and 4 sticks of celery. I cut off part of the ginger and I just take off most of the outer skin and just chop it up. I like the taste of ginger, so that's about the amount that I would put in for 2 big glasses full. I don't peel the carrots, I just take off the top and tail and then I just chop it up into slices. ready to go into the juicer. Peeling beetroot can be a bit mucky, it can make your hands go all red, so use gloves if you want to. And once it's peeled, just chop them up. Now you've got your chopped ginger, your chopped carrots, and your chopped beetroot. Take your celery sticks and do the same with them and chop them up once you take off the dirty top and tail. It's not necessary to core the apples or anything, just chop them up. So there you have all the chopped up ingredients for 2 big cupfuls. So the next question is everyone asks me is what juicer have I got? So here it is, it's a Mattstone and the model number there is D09001. You then easily feed the chopped up vegetables Down the chute.
