This guided meditation, narrated by Heather Prince, leads listeners through a structured practice designed to open the heart and attract or deepen connection with a soulmate. The session begins with suggestions for creating a luxurious, comfortable environment and assumes a relaxed posture with open palms. It then guides a rhythmic breathwork sequence, encouraging full exhalations to release tension from each body part. Listeners are invited to focus on the heart center and visualize themselves floating onto a lush green hill that symbolizes past life ups and downs. On the hill, they meet their soulmate (or ideal partner) and experience a warm, unconditional embrace. The meditation emphasizes trust in divine timing, non‑attachment, and self‑love, encouraging listeners to send love, acceptance, and gratitude to their future partner regardless of physical presence. It concludes with a gentle return to the body, grounding movements, and an invitation to open the eyes. The narrator notes that the practice can help singles reset standards and recognize their worth, while couples can use it to deepen existing bonds, adding sweetness and gentleness often missing in daily life.

Hello and welcome to this meditation for connecting with your soulmate. I suggest setting up your room with anything that makes you feel luxurious, such as a cozy soft blanket, candles, cushions, salt lamp, Or anything else that you choose. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position with your legs and your arms uncrossed and your hands resting gently in your lap, palms upwards, which is the signal of openness to the universe. And bring your full focus on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose all the way down to your belly button. Hold it for a moment and let the air out of your mouth as if you are blowing out the candle on a birthday cake. And repeat. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, releasing any tension from your body with every exhale. Breathing in, and as you breathe out, let go of any tension in your legs, Breathing in and breathing out, letting go of any tension in your body. Breathing in and breathing out, allowing your shoulders to soften and drop. Allowing that feeling of relaxation to move down your arms, into your hands, and out your fingers. Breathing in and breathing out, allowing your neck and your jaw to relax. Breathing in and breathing out, allowing your face And your eyes to relax. And if you wish, you can close your eyes and bring your full focus to the energy center of your heart, located in the middle of your chest. Breathing in and breathing out, continuing to release any tension with every exhale. And imagine you are now floating, floating higher and higher, and imagine that you are sitting on On top now of a beautiful green hill. There is nothing around you but rolling lush green hills and you can see for miles and the hills represent all the ups and and downs that you have experienced up until this present moment, and allow yourself to feel grateful for all the ups and downs that you've been through as you now feel the readiness inside for you to open up to connecting with your soulmate. And on this hill, imagine that you are joined by your soulmate, your partner, your person, whatever you choose to call it, and they are now standing in front of you. Do they have something to tell you? Or do they have something to say to you? Do you feel a loving warmth surrounding you? Just allow yourself to be hugged and held in the energy of your beloved. Allow yourself to rest in the arms of your beloved, feeling loved for everything you are, knowing that you are worthy of unconditional love and kindness, and rest here. Recognize that they might not be ready just yet, but that's okay because you have trust and faith. In divine timing. And in your mind you can say, I love and accept you. I welcome you in whenever you're ready. And this allows them to be on their own timeline, just as you've been on yours. Wherever they are on their journey allows you to be attracting them. Just love yourself to be open without being controlling, and this allows you to trust that everything will work out. And even though they're not here with you now, trust that even when they're not with you in the physical, that you can connect with them in meditation. It is It's unnecessary to force, to control them to be here with you now. Instead, simply enjoying the fact that you know that they're out there, you know you are both going through whatever you need to go through. You will meet in perfect divine timing. And now send out appreciation to them wherever they are, whatever they're doing. And in your mind, say to them, I know we will meet in person when the timing is right. And continue to send out energy of love and acceptance and appreciation. And just feel grateful that you don't have to control anything. Other than yourself. And now you feel floaty again as that vision of that hill And that individual begin to fade, and you are floating back down to the space from where you began. And you feel once more your feet and your hands. And you wiggle your toes and wiggle your fingers and have a stretch, waking up your body. And when you are ready and in your own time, you may open your eyes and focus on something around you. This exercise can be really helpful if For singles, resetting standards of what a partner will be like and the love you deserve. And if you're in a relationship, this can be your current partner and it would deepen your connection. It also brings so much sweetness and gentleness in, and that's something many of us are missing.
