Hey, guys, what's up? This is Bry, happiest of Tuesdays. Today's a big day for us, Coach. Optimized coach class 3 launches today. We now have over 2000amazing optimizers from over 70 countries in our Coach program. And I'm just so fired up now. If I can get this pen cap off, I will recommit to my commitments. This is the optimized coach declaration. And this pen cap is very challenging to get off right now. Let's go. Let's do this. You can do it, Bry. All right, There we go. Every day is day one again. This is the certificate, the diploma, the declaration we give to our coaches on day 300 after going through the program again, half of whom want to be coaches, the other half just want to master their life. Boom. Then we say, congratulations. Here's your declaration. Now it's day one. So every morning I sign that. At the end of the day, I wipe it off. Boom. Recommit to living with virtue, giving the world all I've got. So really excited about that. You can still join us. Optimize me, Coach. You know this. You know the drill on that front. Yesterday was a great day. Let me check out the aura reading. We'll look at that briefly. But yesterday was as close to a masterpiece day as I can have. I did seven philosterous notes. TVs on everything from Gandhi the man, David Brooks's second mountain falling upward by Richard Rohr. And then I went off, as I promised, on four books by Navy seals. David Goggins, Can't Hurt Me, Fearless about Adam Brown, Mark Devine's new book, Staring down the Wolf, and then Jocko Willink. Discipline equals freedom. So today the plan is to repeat that. Can I make my prior best my new baseline, right. AM1PNTV prep times four. I did that. We've got the hero with a thousand faces, Joseph Campbell. Then I'm going to do three on Mr. Rogers, who is one of my absolute heroes. I thought that was a nice juxtaposition after spending a week with Navy Seals. Let's go talk with. Let's go hang out with Mr. Rogers. But guess what? Different expression of the same exact soul force. He's such a beautiful man. We love him. So anyway, I'm going to prep for. Go hammer those in the studio after recovering with the kids. Then I'm going to prep for three more. Then I'm going to recover, and then I'm going to go do the same thing. Boom. Let's go. That's my map for today. Well, let's just go to Aura then. I got some thank yous as well. And before I forget though, actually, if you have questions that you want me to address in videos like this, please post it in the comments. I'm currently checking them out. I plan to do that for a while and would love to directly address any questions you have. For example, I got a question from Frank, one of our coaches. He says his resting heart rate is similar to mine, but his heart rate variability isn't as high. It's a little lower, first of all. And he said, what do you do that you think dropped drives that? And I said, I think the number one things, number one and two things are I eat early, so I eat at least four hours before I go to bed. That directly impacts both resting heart rate and heart rate variability. Right. And then I said, you got to control your inputs. If you're blowing your brain up all day, every day with stimuli, you're just imbalanced. Your sympathetic nervous system is too activated vis a vis your parasympathetic, and you just need to oscillate. So this is one of my favorite little things, right? Oscillate. You got to be on, you got to be off. You cannot be like this all day long. That's a flat line. That's death. You need to go boom, big arcs. That's how you create a balanced nervous system. That's how you get a high heart rate variability. Then this morning, as I was meditating on the PEMF machine, which, by the way, is no longer working, I think it got dust in it. So now I get to run an experiment. Is it the PEMF machine or is it the nanov machine that's jacking up my heart rate variability? I don't know. It was a confounding variable before because I was doing two of them at the same time. Now that it's not working right, we're going to get it fixed quickly. Thank you, stoic gods. Perfect. I get an opportunity to test one variable at a time and see what's driving the cause. Anyway, back to our heart rate variability issue. This is another thing that's directly impacting me, the training and the recovery through these mechanisms. But the third thing that I thought of today, in addition to eating early and controlling inputs and oscillating, was breathing. There's no question. And I'm going to do a PNTV today on the power of your breath by Anders Olson. We talk about breathing a lot. I have trained my Breathing intensely for years now, every single day I do a breathing meditation. I'm constantly training my breath that has unquestionably driven my heart rate down and driven my heart rate variability down and my respiratory rate, etc. So, Frank, that's the third thing I would encourage you to consider. And then quick thank you to Matt and everybody else who offered feedback. Matt, your thoughts were so spot on. Another optimized coach. Love you, brother. This is exactly what I'm thinking. Five to 15 minutes depending. But I want to keep it tight and meaningful. I know I again, I value your time and thanks for the support on that. So you know what's working? Yesterday I had a great day. I'm happy with this. You know, this is. This is amazing. I rock this. We're going to be doing right. Resting heart rate of 41, heart rate variability of 68. I don't have a whole lot to say about that other than carry on, continue. I did want to share a little bit more about the creative process, so notice my stack here of philosopher's notes. TVs is growing. I told you it would started out looking like this. No, not a lot. Then I just add on, I add on, I add on little by little. The Buddha says one becomes good like water drops fill up a pot. Here's my stack of I will be doing these philosopher's notes. So this stack is going to get huge. And again, we're actually going to talk about this in the PNTVs on Mr. Rogers. He was an aspiring musician and he went to New York when he was in college and asked one of his favorite artists, hey, how do I get great? And he hoped the guy would just introduce him to, you know, some producer or something and make his life easy. But he said, no, no, no. You need to create a barrel full of songs. Come back to me when you got not four or five songs, but a barrel full. So we're going to talk about the correlation between quantity and quality. You got to create a ton if you want to create at a high level and then also just to show a little bit more on the creative process. So as I'm going through things and as I'm going through my life, I'm constantly capturing potential plus one ideas. So I batch stuff. I create huge quantums of time to focus on one thing. So I got ahead so I can focus on PNTVs. I want to get to 50 PNTVs by the end of this week. I'm currently at 30. Then I'm going to pivot because I Got to do plus ones. I share those every single day. And I've got a stack of notes of ideas that I've captured over the last whatever period of time from Emerson wants to live to 300 years old. No idea where he got that from, but it's awesome. So I said, dude, you want to live till 300? Okay, cool. Well, then you need to do this. And then he's like, oh, okay, cool. I need to do that. Breathe through my mouth or do the little things like putting the toilet seat up. It's hilarious. I just use his own motivation to get him to do things that he needs to do. This is how you're going to get there. You do the little things. Right. Did you know Usain Bolt, the fastest man in history, had scoliosis? Has scoliosis? Yeah. The plus one on that's going to be. What's your excuse? Fastest man on the planet has scoliosis. What? You realize what he had to do? Yes. He had natural talent. He also had natural limitations. He put in a ton of effort. So anyway, I capture ideas. I got this thing on. Are you weak? Right? Strength and weakness. We got to be honest. Are you weak? And I defined weak as withholding eudaimonic actualizing potential that will become a plus one, as will all these other ideas how to be strong. I'm on the trail. I'm thinking about, okay, what's the opposite of weak? Strong. Standing tall, releasing optimist use, needed gifts. Strong. That's kind of cool. That may not be the final take, but I like that. I'll go work with that. And this is how I create plus ones now. Next week, I'm going to. All I'm going to do is plus ones. I'm going to get in a groove and I'm going to crush as many as I can, excited about it and get ahead on that and then pivot back. The other thought here that I had was Scott Adams when I interviewed him, the creator of Dilbert. His job is to create Dilberts. So my job is to create plus ones every day. I don't let a good idea go away. Right? So he has in his house within walking distance of like, x feet, a pad of paper and a pen so he can capture ideas. He never lets an idea slip, so you may want to consider that now. I don't bring anything on my trail, etcetera, but otherwise, I'm going on that creative process. There we go. Oh, PNTVs. PNTVs kick off today. YouTube, Facebook, we've got it on the podcast now. Check it out. Whatever your favorite channel is. I am so excited about that. We're going to do at least 101 days in a row. There we go. Little by little, one becomes good as a water pot is filled with water. Let's plus one it today. Make today an awesome day. All right. Sending love. Oh, I might also tweak my studio. I've been using only white. I might go back to using a little blue. You'll see that soon. For now, make today awesome. See you.
