Hey, this is Bry. We've got a. I never do videos. I never take my phone out of the closet unless I'm doing one of these basically, or something special. And I definitely never take it on a trail. But I thought we'd do a special little walk together. First thing we did when we landed in the country outside of Austin was I carved this. This kind of walking, hiking, running trail with Emerson. And so I thought we'd do a little walk today. This is our behind the scenes. Just feel blessed. This is my heaven spot. Come out here multiple times a day just to think and train, etc. Anyway, super fired up. Optimize coach class. Three launches in less than a week or a score. Data this morning was pretty solid. 39 resting heart rate and like 80 something heart rate variability. This, by the way, is one of the reasons why my heart rate variability is so high and so much higher than it was before when we were living downtown. You know, I just didn't have the same recovery. And then I also. I have traded off a walk along the perimeter of the property for inputs. I'm not doing tech news right now. I'm not doing any technology other than that, which is most essential, which absolutely helps. There's a little creek that runs through here which is kind of cool. Absolutely helps the heart rate variability. We got some cows as neighbors over here, which is kind of sweet. So. Yeah, there you go. That's all I got for today. Yeah, life is good. Feeling blessed and hope you're doing great. And if you've been thinking about the Optimized Coach program, just as an aside, that launches in less than one week, at that point, we'll have nearly 2,000 people from like 69 countries around the world who have participated in our program. And, you know, humbly, I know it works like, we have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of testimonials from people telling us that we truly helped them master our initiative. And our kind of. Not really a tagline, but kind of the. The ethos of it is, look, we want to help you master yourself so you can serve heroically and empower others the same. Look what we got. What's up, buddy? Nice to meet you on the trail. I heard you. You heard me. I'm doing a video. You want to walk with me? Yeah, come on. Here, let's show them. Squeezy ease. Let's say how we say I love you. Like that? Yep, just squeeze it. What's that mean? I love you. I love you too, buddy. It's the trail So I come up here and the house. Somehow they architected this and made it work. It's an optimized blue. Cute little house in the woods. I smile with joy every time I see that. Should we show him the pond, buddy? Yeah. It's becoming a puddle. Yeah. Yeah. He's got his camo pants on. We play. We're gonna work out pretty soon. He hides in the trees. That's why he loves those pants. We play a game he invented called walkie talkie tag. It's pretty cool. Walkie talkies. He runs away. We try to find him. I've got Eleanor, etc. So this. It's kind of a large puddle now, huh, buddy? Yeah. So this used to be, like, twice as big. Little. Little pond. It does officially have fish, although we stopped fishing it. We didn't like that. Hurting the fish. It was nice when we can kind of playfully do it, but it used to come all the way out here, huh, buddy? Where'd it go? Nowhere. I don't know. Where'd it go? Huh? All right. Yeah. All right. Anything else you want to share, buddy? Wanna say bye? Bye. So you have an awesome day. Wanna give him an I love you? Show them how to say I love you. Other way. This way. Yeah, there it is. All right. Love you guys. Have a great day. See ya.
