RJ Garcia has used Heroic since 2011 to sharpen skills in energy, work, and love. The workshops with Brian and the team help clients track progress on their phones, whether they're in business, healthcare, or parenting. RJ's learned to handle challenges better by presenting and growing through the collaborative environment.
It's really cool to be in a place where all of us have the same desire. Each time that I've come to a Heroic presentation, it's always giving me an opportunity to sharpen my saw. So My name is RJ Garcia and I've been involved with Heroic since 2011. The application is where we can keep it really simple. Energy, work and love. What are the behaviors that you're looking for? What are the virtues? And then apply that every day. And because of the application, I've seen clients really light up because they have something in their hand which most of us have. Cell phones will give them an opportunity to kind of see their progress. And that is an ability for me to be able to see their progress also. And I give them the opportunity to share that with me and then celebrate it. I think I gained just a lot of knowledge in the area of how to present the workshop, recognizing anti fragility, which for me means being confident in dealing with challenges. And so I've been able to see that throughout the process with Brian and the team. And especially during this week of the workshop, there were some things that we were just still kind of reprocessing and making them better and so forth. So it made the whole group feel comfortable to be able to tap into the resources that we have and then actually put them into action. It's really cool to be in a place where all of us have the same desire. We all have the same desire to want to help others and put it in part of our own skills with our clients that we work with. Some are in the business world, health care world, and some are moms who just happen to want to provide this type of resources to their neighbors and to their friends. And so what it's done for me is allow me to connect desire wise with other people and just see that benefit of being able to connect. Because I think three areas of care are so important. Just committing to the energy aspect of it. How are you going to make your body better? The work of it? What principles are you going to follow? What are you going to work on? And then love. And this has been just about a lot of compassionate people who want to share love and give them the opportunity to share that love with others. And so I'm just so grateful I came. Each time that I've come to Heroic presentation, it's always given me an opportunity to sharpen my saw and get better, but also help others do the same thing.
