Think of the three things you're most proud of in your life, and it could be anything. It could be energy, work, or love. And then look at how clearly there was a huge challenge involved. There's no scenario where any of those top three things came easily. It's just not how it works. The things you're most proud of are the things that required you to show up as your best. The main ingredient is a huge challenge that at the time, you didn't want. But then you know, it's seasoned with the salt of the blood, the sweat, and the tears. It's cooked at high heat, it's cooked overnight with sleepless nights. So that's another way to connect to our hero bars and to remember that that those things we're most proud of came on the other side of challenges. Yet you still want to be exonerated from those challenges. Those life ambushes are going to keep on coming, and the more you push, the bigger they're going to get. And the more you put yourself out as a coach and the more you distance yourself from the prior life, the more exposure you have, the greater risk you're taking. Perfect. Let's go.
