Lori Stein-Emmerson gives a first-person testimonial about enrolling in the Heroic Coach program and subsequent instructor training led by Brian Johnson. She describes the programs as life-changing—a “complete 180”—crediting the material, tools, community, and the Heroic team for profound personal growth and strongly recommends it to others.
When the Heroic Coach program was offered, I was thinking about it and I decided at that point that I really wanted to go all in. I was at a pivotal time in my life and I was trying to just become a better version of myself. I felt like it was time for me to grow and I decided that this was the way I wanted to do it. So I enrolled in the Coach program. My name is Lori Emerson and I found Brian Jones Johnson in 2010. And I was really interested in what he was offering. His wisdom really resonated with me and I followed him. I was just interested in improving my life after going through the program. It so profoundly had a positive impact on my life. So I did the instructor training as well. So both of these are brand new for me. I had really high expectations and it just changed my life. Like literally a 180 for me. So I would tell anyone if they're on the fence, that means they're thinking about it. And if they're thinking about it, that's their daimon telling them to jump in and do it. It's amazing for so many reasons. It's amazing because of the way the material is taught, like what it is, the tools, the people who do the work, Brian, the whole Heroic team, they're just responsive. They are uplifting, encouraging. It's really the most amazing experience that I've had in my life in terms of learning and growing and also community and workshop, all of it phenomenal.
