Short talk by Brian Johnson advising listeners to cultivate 'soul force' and integrity so they become worthy of their aspirations. He argues moral charisma rooted in integrity influences others neurologically and biochemically; recommends clarifying goals, designing how to add value to chosen organizations, and then hustling to attain worthy recognition and roles.

So when someone has activated their soul force, we have evolved as human beings to feel it at a neurological level. You can't consciously articulate it, but people who are in integrity have moral charisma that literally affects us at a neurological, biochemical level. We trust them more. We want to be more connected to them. I get clear on what you want, and then I'd get clear on the organization with whom you want to work or whatever you want to do there. And I would craft your ideal. How can you add value to them? How can you use your gifts in service to that organization and be worthy of it? I mean, to be dignified, to have dignity means to be worthy of. Don't worry about not having the public acclaim that you want to have. Worry about being worthy of it. That should be your obsessive focus, is you being worthy of whatever it is that you aspire to have more of in your life. And then that's what we focus on. What do I want? What do I need to get it? And then hustle.
