How to get a huge boulder to the top of a mountain

Brian Johnson breaks a massive boulder into pieces so many people can carry it up the mountain together. He's built 2,000 ambassadors and 10,000 people in his Coach program. The math: one million people hitting three virtuous targets daily equals a billion virtuous targets.

Terrified isn't a word that I use often, but just when you thought it couldn't get worse. I mean, over the last month, it's. We face historically significant challenges. Our opportunity to do anything of value between here and 2051 is. I mean, it's overwhelming. But then what do you do? And this is why I tried to map out the tension, the rubber band. You pull it all the way out, but then you. How do you get a big, big boulder up to the peak of a mountain? You break it off in tiny little pieces, and then each person brings up their little piece. We can do it that way. And again, that's the perfect metaphor for our movement. I'm not saying I'm the dude that's going to do it. My job, and I've talked to our kids about this countless times. We pass an individual that currently doesn't have a home. You know, as we're driving home, we give them our wear a bar. Most I can do right now. And I literally have talked to them about it. We help people who help individuals. Going through his challenge right now. And, you know, a lot of them are veterans we've talked about. We're helping. You know, we're trying to help before and during and afterwards. But the way you bring that huge boulder that no one person could carry up to the top of Everest is you chip the Phil Stutz bomb away at it, and you get the tiny little chunks that are carryable by you and by me. But then you do your job and you pull your weight. And again, this is why I'm humbled by the opportunity to be here with you. And I carry my weight. I do my best every single day. And if each of us does our best at single day, you carry your weight, dude. And when you need help and you need to let some off and I put it into my rock for a step or two or three and vice versa, then we do it. But that's it, man. And that's. That's where my inspiration comes and why that million is important. A million people at a sole force of 101, hitting three virtuous targets a day is a billion virtuous targets. We've made a difference in the world. We've carried a big rock dude up to the top of Everest. You know, it's going to take us probably closer to six years than 16 months. You know, like, perfect. But I'm not going anywhere. And that's the other attitude for me. I'm not going anywhere, which is why I did this. But I feel the same pressure you feel. But then I try to bring it back to this moment. And again, this is what all great teachers say, from Eckhart Tolle to Byron Katie to the Stoics to Eknath Eswaron. God will never give you more weight than you can carry, but he will also never give you one ounce less than you can carry, is what Ekmeth, Eseron's grandmother, taught him. So I think that's the ultimate mission here. And again, why we're here today, in the context of the ambassadors, 2,000 of us, our 10,000 people that have signed up for the Coach program, we have 3,000 investors that have given us the funding to do what we're doing. But each of us playing our roles well is how we change the world.
