We see people's potential, but we need to step back, not get into ddt, and not try to rescue them if they're not interested. The individual that's constantly coaching someone who doesn't want to be coached and challenging them when they don't want to be challenged becomes a persecutor. You toggle back and forth between a rescuer, a persecutor, and a victim because now they're yelling at you and all you wanted to do is help them. So then everyone's playing in ddt. You're trying to rescue them, but you think you're coaching them, but you're really trying to rescue them rather than letting them be the creator of their own lives. We've got to have the wisdom to know what we're talking talking about the discipline, to see it and practice it in the moment. And then the true love to allow someone to live their life while pushing appropriately. So what within you can you continue to work on? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got it. I'm perfect. I'm the only perfect one here. They need to do all this work. Wait, wait, wait one second. What is it within them that I at least have a little bit of that I can work on? There's always something you can do on the thing that you want them to do more of. Do that.
