Good morning. It is about 9am here in Ubud and I promised I would show you how green the rice fields get. So if you look at some of the other videos, you'll see it's totally not green. And now it's gorgeous. Comes in and so amazing. Anyway, I just finished my morning journaling. I thought I would share you that and then also share a little bit about my morning journaling process. See if we can get in here. We got a little bit of love in there. So basically, I start every day. If you look at my journal near the end of this one, I write down the same thing nearly every day. I'm going to start doing it every single day. I've probably done it about 100 out of the last hundred and twenty days. And I definitely have my best days when I'm doing it. Here's something kind of cool. Where'd it go? There it is, the yoga class schedule. You may notice we've got the Philosopher's Forum going on Tuesdays. Where else? I don't know where else it went, but it's now Monday, Wednesday, Friday. But anyway, that's when I'm teaching. The Philosopher's Notes live on a different title. I'm going to cover a hundred of them this year. So I do a lot of journaling. Highly, highly recommend journaling, just to get clear on who you are, what you want in life, and also to ground. I find that when I start my day more patiently, it just makes my whole day go better. I can set my priorities and get really clear on what's important rather than just rushing into the day. So one of the things I do every day is I sit down and I say, okay, today is going to be the greatest day of my life. You will notice today is going to be the greatest day of my life. They also write, I love and accept myself completely. I release all restrictions. I'm free to be me. That's a Louise Hay mantra. I'm living on purpose. I love my life. I feel great. I also say I love my consistency on my fundamentals. I'm creating a deep foundation. Really cool stuff. And then I have here 10, what do I say? 10? I'm 365ing. So I'm getting up at 5am I'm meditating immediately for an hour. I'm moving for an hour. I'm eating by 8. That's really important for me, getting grounded. I'm reading a note, one of my philosopher's notes. Either preparing for a class or just give myself my own mojo and then I journal every day. I get a massage every day. One of the benefits of living in Bali, very affordable. I do a guided meditation for half an hour and I do my own ideal life visualization for half an hour. So those are 10 things I'm committed to doing 365 days this year. And then we've got today. My number one for today is to record my affirmations for holosync. So I'm doing level two now where I get to put my own stuff on the subliminal part of the holosync meditation. I'm super excited about that. I've got a call with Trip, who runs a New man at 9am which is in a few minutes. I gotta go. What time is it? It is 8:50, but a couple more things. So then I also have no's. So I'm all about rewiring my consciousness right now. So I've got a bunch of no's, right? So no complaining, no blaming, no criticizing, no shame, no guilt, no second guessing, no regret, no doubt, no worry, no laziness, no impatience. Right? So the idea is, notice whenever I'm doing any of those things and literally just stop doing it. Clear out my consciousness of that. Then I've also got yeses. So trust, optimism, knowing, enthusiasm, joy, bliss, love, appreciation, empowerment, freedom. What do we got down there? Grace, poise, smiles, laughs, creativity, kindness, generosity, wisdom, courage, knowing, hugs. Is that what I say? Hugs. Call me hugs. Greatness, destiny. Can't even read my own writing. Radiance, glowing. Patience, diligence, persistence and confidence. So those are some things I'm working on. And then I also. My number one goal right now is to get 100 of the notes done. So really excited about that. I've got a hundred of my little icons there that represent my notes. I do that nearly every day. Super cool if I find another daily here. Anyway, I like drawing those. It gets me really clear on that. That's what my number one goal is right now. Then I also have a little sketch of, okay, how many members I'd love to have, how many notes I'm going to create, how much revenue I'm going to create over the next 12 months, over the next 24 months. And then patience, diligence and persistence is what it's all about. I'll go into the other stuff I do later. I also do some really cool top five things I'm most proud of. Top five things I'm going to be most proud of. There we go. Top five things. Top five things Top five things I most appreciate. Top five things I'm most excited about, Top five truths. And then I have a vision, an escrow account and inspired action steps so I can achieve my vision. It's an Abraham Hicks concept that everything is waiting for you in an escrow, right? All you need to do is take inspired action steps to get there. So, so really cool. I got financial, social, physical and creative vision and escrow accounts and then also my inspired action steps to get there. I'll tell you more about that some other day. And then I just have general doodling stuff I'm going to do in springtime to roll out some cool products and inspiration and also just reminding myself of the Hedgehog principle. I don't know if you've ever heard of that, but Built to Last. Good to Great by Jim Collins. He talks about the greatest businesses in the world are really clear on three things. You've got three circles here. You've got what can you be the best in the world at? Then you got what do you love to do? Then you have what will the world pay you for? The idea is a business or an individual needs to get really clear on those three things. So that's really cool. And I'm actually doodled that in preparation for my call with Tripp, who I'm going to talk to you about his business. A new man. You can check out his podcast at Personal Life Media. Super cool show. Back to the green. There we go. I've got to go. This is longer than I thought it would be, but I hope you enjoy more. Coming soon. Later.
